Fantastic experience: Detox with Dr Jan is great!!! I was sceptical at first, but starting the 28 day detox program was hell of a ride I had some symptoms that were concerning me and any amount of vitamins wasn’t fixing it. My symptoms were low energy, dizziness, bad sleep, no motivation, just tired all the time. I am 30 years old and I felt like I am falling apart So we started the detox program and first 4 days were really tough, but stick with it, all body aches will go away. We drank lots of smoothies, we were eating clean. You get used to it, just have a plan and follow it! After 28 days ran out I felt so much better. My dizziness went away, I don’t need coffee in the morning to wake up, I don’t have any sweet cravings. I got everything I wanted out of this program! Little advice: before you start your detox just prepare a meal plan for the first week, there is lots of tasty healthy recipes (my favourite one was Mediterranean quinoa(just skip feta part). So when you come home from work the food is ready. Good luck with your detox! Stay healthy!

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. I do not recommend this place. The doctor is very nice but they do not verify benefits so expect a lot of bills after your visit even after you pay while there. When calling in they will put you on hold for an extended period of time hoping you hang up.

Fantastic experience: I got hurt while at work and I was able to get in to be seen the same day, after a week I was feeling in top shape and as able to go back to work! Great staff all around!

Positive experience: First impression: all good but I'd prefer that the attendant Tanya would be more patient and listen, instead of interrupting and talking over me. Kept talking as following a script. Some of my questions were answered with sarcasm conveying I didn't understand the basics of health insurance. I perceived annoyance when my call was extended because of my questions. Need to change the attitude or try a job that doesn't require empathy and patience listening. If a recording were sufficient, why hire someone to answer the phone? Thank you for your reply. What is your approach about her listening and interpersonal skills? Have they been addressed?

Fantastic experience: Started coming in a few months ago with terrible back pain, today I feel virtually no pain since I have been coming here. I was very skeptical at first but am glad I pushed my skepticism aside.

Dr Ryan Zullo spends the time needed, explains what is happening, why he wants to approach things in a certain way. I have not felt unheard nor rushed. I’m always greeted with a smile & the staff remember facts or topics you’ve discussed in the past (they actually remember you!) I’ve had chronic back pain since 2012 & have tried many therapies before coming here. After 1 month of therapy, my back pain has decreased significantly that my quality of life has improved as well. Fantastic experience: This place has significantly improved my quality of life over the course of about a month, and I'm only early into my course of treatment. I had a bad taste in my mouth about chiropractors before this, because the last one I went to years back seriously messed up my neck years back after only a few seasons. I finally got the courage to try again here, and immediately noticed a difference in quality. A doctor sat down with me for about half an hour to discuss the problems I was having, and he listened attentively. Afterward, I got a full physical and an X-ray, and we discovered a pretty significant issue that I never knew I had. After just a few treatments, I have significantly less pain in my back, which has made work and life in general much more bearable. Scheduling is efficient, and the doctors are very skilled. Unlike many chiropractic offices, these doctors actually take the time to diagnose you, recommended a course of treatment, and offer a payment plan, instead of just "pay as you go" and "make guesses about adjustment". They have it down to a science here. Can't honestly go back to any previous chiropractor after this place.

Fantastic experience: I experienced a knee injury on the job and was told by the ER that it was a pinched nerve in my back. I proactively made an appointment with HFC (Health First Chiropractic) based on their Google reviews as I am new to the Westerville/Columbus area, and have been impressed with their quality of work at every stage of my healthcare healing journey. It was HFC, with their extensive testing and guidance, that I discovered that I was misdiagnosed at the ER. It was HFC, not my doctor of record, that proactively ordered the much needed MRI of my knee to determine what the next steps should be for me. It was HFC that has helped me get back on my feet and back to work. HFC has suggested alternative treatments and guidance and I’m very happy that I called them and went through their process of helping me to get back to 100%. The receptionists are just wonderful as well! Meredith is fun to talk to during the roller bed sessions, and everyone there is always, always in a great mood. If you’re looking for a thorough alternative treatment plan to aid your healthcare journey, I would recommend giving them a call. I am very glad that I did.

When you first walk in you’re greeted by the lovely ladies who take you back for therapy before your adjustment, which is on a chiropractic traction roller bed, while simultaneously being hooked up to an e-stim device. Fantastic experience: Dr Schone has changed my life, prior to seeing him I had searing pain in my wrists and arm, I have diagnosed tendonitis and used to have to wear a brace every night and evening because the pain was unbearable. Since seeing Dr Schone I have ZERO PAIN. I also have not had to wear my brace at all, it now lives in a drawer and I have my life back. I couldnt open jars of sauce and now I am doing all of the artistic things I love to do that used to cause me pain.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time visiting a chiropractor. I’m probably the first person in my immediate family to visit a chiropractor—most, if not all, believe that every ailment can be fixed with mentholatum, castor oil and working a little harder. That’s a story for another time, of course. But needlessly to say I was extremely anxious about the visit and I don’t have any personal experiences with which I can compare it. But I was very pleased with the level of care I received by all of the staff. Sarah and the person who helped checked me out were incredibly professional, efficient and engaging, which are rare qualities in front desk staff these days. The doctor was also incredibly professional and winsome. I also loved that they were able to get me in for my next appointment fairly quickly. My only complaint is the size of the space. Because of the office is so small, it felt like people were climbing all over each other and no one had any significant personal space. But I may just wear a mask next time so I don’t feel like I’m breathing in everyone’s germs.

Everyone from the receptionist (Sarah) all the way to the doctors (Dr. Jan Schone and Dr. Jason Schone) are wonderful people. They don’t just treat you as another dollar. Fantastic experience: Took my 1 year old son here to help with his ear infections. Was referred from a couple of the Westerville groups to go here. Wife was nervous and the Doctor did a good job comforting her about how the process would go. The treatment took all of 5 mins and my son did great. Fantastic experience: I had gone to another chiropractic practice several years ago and was really put off by their business model. This other practice wanted me to spend thousands of dollars up front to have a personalized “plan” made for me. This model felt very salesy and provided me no flexibility or any sort of “pay-as-go” option. I left there with a strong distaste for chiropractic care. After a horrible episode with vertigo last week, I desperately reached out to HealthFirst (a practice recommended by a friend) to see if they could help me. I was pleased to be able to get a same day visit to get established as a patient. Dr. Ryan was fantastic at explaining things to me! He spent a lot of time talking to me and asking me questions to help drive his care. I am glad to be established with this practice and look forward to future visits.

Negative experience: Things aren't going well, I may continue my search for a Chiropractor. My last Chiropractor may not have adjusted me often. But what he did worked and I was never in pain. It made my pain and the strength in my legs 100% better. Right now, my back is in such a tight spasm that I can barely work. And I've not been able to have a BM since I left your office. A little discomfort is normal. But this is beyond that, I had said pushing on my lower back causes this, and it was done anyway. Claiming that you would do the massage table first then try. But you did nothing to prevent the spasms to happen after. The last Chiropractor (after adjusting my lower back) used different massage guns that were kinda rough. But it worked and I wasn't in pain at all after leaving. Thank you for your time, but I really don't think I'll be back

Fantastic experience: I have had sciatica pain for a year and a half and was always afraid to go to a Chiropractor due to a bad first experience 40 years ago. Dr. Schone was very understanding and worked with me and washed away my fears. My back is coming around and feeling much better. I have a long road ahead of me but he and Dr Ryan have made such a difference. They both teach you things you didnt know about yourself, what you should be doing to help yourself. After I went for about 8-10 adjustments over a period of 2-3 weeks, I now just need to go occasionally usually because I was doing an activity I shouldn’t have been. He showed me exercises and stretches to do at home and actually listened every appt how my progress was coming along. I felt like for the first time a Dr actually listened and cared. Fantastic experience: My first tile at Health First Chiropractic I was a bit nervous when they did the x-ray on me. But after a couple weeks of going there I started to feel better and felt like I was really welcomed there. All the staff are very nice and helpful and the two doctors are very kind.

Fantastic experience: I started to visit here about five weeks ago. Dr. Shone and staff members here are all very kind and professional. Dr. Shone created detailed recovery schedule for me. They have a lot of different equipment to help the recovery process. I feel much less back and neck pain after around 3 weeks of visits. And I like that they have advanced devices that can show my overall improvement visually.
