Negative experience: This chiropractor was great up until I am 300$ in with 3 appointments and all three times I’m there I ask if I will be refunded by my insurance because they made me pay in full. After the 3rd vist they tell me I will have to pay 900$ a months for some number of months and that they don’t use insurance. The service was great and they take X-rays to really show the before and after results but I’m not pleased by the fact I asked over the phone making my first appointment and in person for all 3 appointments and they finally get to telling me I will need to pay this outrageous amount 900$ a month for service and how often I will need to be there. And most Importantly they say they don’t use insurance. I just wish they would have told me that the first 4 times I asked because to me that was a surprise. 900$ a month no way not even a financing option.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joel is awesome. I have seen 8 or 9 specialists (rheumatologist, dermatologist, oral surgeon, er visits, PCP, ENT, ophthalmologist (and more) trying to get to the bottom of an annoying and horrible rash on my body with severe eye and facial swelling. This has been happening now for the past 10 months. My rheumatologist was great in determining that I do not have an autoimmune disorder so I needed to find someone who would go one step further than just bloodwork. Dr. Joel’s questionnaire was so thorough. He asks great questions and gave me natural supplement suggestions to help with the inflammation in my body while still exploring several possibilities of the cause.. He didn’t just pass me off to the next doctor or prescribe steroids (a temporary fix), like so many others. He thinks outside of the box unlike old school docs. He looks for the CAUSE of the symptoms rather than just masking them. Others prescribed steroids but he is working on finding the root cause. I believe we will figure this out and we need more docs like him.

Negative experience: This place is a scam. They wanted $3500 up front to treat me. They lied and said my insurance didn’t cover anything. I have great insurance and they cover everything at my new chiropractor. They also have not released my X-rays to my new chiropractor or me personally after several attempts.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Alex saved me!!!! When I came in it was a Saturday morning, I woke up with an extreme pain in my neck, it was like the weight of my head was 100 lbs! Searing pain! The pain was so bad I couldn’t see straight. He got me in and worked on me for awhile until I could function again. He continued to see me over the next few weeks because I would slip back out if alinement often. Now I hold my correction for weeks at a time! I go all the time just to maintain my spinal health. I never want to be back in the pain again. I quite literally don’t know what I’d do without Trinity and Dr.Alex.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had so many physical complaints for a very very long time. Probably 6 years or more. My appt was scheduled for a Monday morning and Saturday I got an extensive history paperwork to fill out. I thought to myself how many actually take the time to read all someone has written. Well, Dr. Kristen did! I felt as if she already knew me. She genuinely cares about making you feel better. Who knew that even the slightest misalignment could throw your entire body, mind and nervous system out of whack! I’m going back tomorrow for an adjustment and I’m looking forward to it. I dreaded going to my PCP, it was never as extensive as this appointment was. Thank you Dr. Kristen, Raul and Genderson(sp) for the care and kindness I received today.

Fantastic experience: This is not a place for anyone who is not committed to healing! This is a healing place and you have to put in the work. It takes time- this is not an overnight thing! Trinity has been our clinic for 2.5 years. Our health has improved so much overall, and the proof is also in our x-rays. The corrective care process the doctors implement is by far the best way to receive chiropractic care. And they care! They care deeply about the patients and their family’s. They want us all to be as healthy as possible to be able to live life to the fullest! Between the before and after care, the events, the clean supplements, the upbeat music always playing… it’s a great place to be and receive chiropractic care. Best doctors ever- I trust them all with my life.

Negative experience: scheduled a $37.00 visit thru facebook all set to go then get a text stating the $37.00 is just to be evaluated adjustment and additional $70.00 I canceled appt due to bait and switch. How quickly $37.00 turned into $107.00!!!!! caution get all information up front

Positive experience: The Doctor was great, however I ask to see my ex-rays and was told I had to wait. Then I was scheduled to meet with a group to learn about x-rays and a personal meeting about my x-rays I work 10 hour days to stay afloat, the last thing I want to do is to come back for my information. As I was checking out I was, in a round about way told that I would have to pay for my care plan up front, that put up red flags, what if I feel its not working, what if I decide or forced to move....you have my money. Once again its all about money first. I wasted $170.00 which is a lot to me. I wont be returning. The 3 Stars are for the Doctor, not the establishment.

Fantastic experience: On Saturday, at 9:15 am, I pinched a nerve in my sacrum. I laid on the floor, flat on my back for 47 hours until Trinity opened at 8:30 am on Monday morning. I saw Dr. Alex Dunlop twice on Monday and once on Wednesday. By Thursday morning, I was playing Pickleball! Dr. Alex and Dr. Joel have perfected the art of healing and I am grateful to be under their care!
