Fantastic experience: Where to start! The words are not there to fully express how I feel about healing arts and the staff! I have now been going for several months and my life went from laying in bed several days a week to enjoying things I have not done in several years. Dr Sam, Crystal and the staff are amazing. Battlefield acupuncture has allowed me to do activities I thought I would never do again! Their professional and caring attitude has giving me new life. Fantastic experience: Where do I start?..every individual here is family, not staff. I have had numerous appointments for my physical therapy due to a work related injury, and never once, have there been issues with a single visit. They have always worked diligently to accommodate my scheduling needs/work schedule. There couldn't be a more pleasant, friendly front desk/receptionist than the phenomenal Shane! All the therapists, Dr's, aides and receptionists actually make you forget about why you're there, pain. They have all been amazing from Day 1. The facility is clean, welcoming, and modern. I might add, I wasn't hopeful, positive, nor had intention to learn or remember everyone's names, but, there are more that I know now than don't, because they are now part of my extended family. There's never been a moment I don't feel my needs and concerns aren't their priority. Thank you for everything you've helped me with!!

They know me by name and they always take the time to listen. I feel better today due to the comprehensive care that I've received from Healing Arts Center and the entire team.

Fantastic experience: The therapist at Healing Arts center at Countryside are fantastic and do a great job during their therapy sessions. Jim and Allison actually have a deep concern for the patients, and do everything they can do to make the sessions successful. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication.

Negative experience: Terrible place to go for DOT physical! The Dr tries to deny so that you have to come back 3 months later and pay again. For a physical! They lied to me and said I could drop by anytime and get a better BP reading. I did and it was done 2 times and was under the threshold. Then I was told the Dr already submitted it to the state. Very deceptive!

Without her continuous, personal care ( I'm going to stress that) personal care. She knows me... my pain and body and keeps me up right and moving. Cannot sing loudly enough my praise for the Physical Therapy dept.... actually the entire Heaing arts team from ftont desk to billing is so darn good its like dealing with family... awesome place with wide range if services. Fantastic experience: Healing Arts, specifically the physical therapy area, has been a God-send for me since starting there. I went to them with severe pain in the SI joint in my back. With Dr. Sarah, Terri and Emily working on the the area using exercise and massage, my pain was gone in about a month. Since then, I've been seeing the three of them for arthritis pain in my shoulder. I started with my having almost constant pain but with their expertise using exercises and massage, I have progressed to having more function with about 50% less pain. They have shown me ways to use better body mechanics so I don't have the back pain and less shoulder pain. The entire PT group, including Rose, who keeps everything sanitized, and Shane, who does the scheduling, is made up of remarkable, caring people, all with great personalities. They make you feel like part of their family. I recommend Healing Arts Center to anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the professional Physical Therapy Staff, Healing Arts, Branson, MO, has been nothing short of outstanding. The P.T. staff consist of Terri, Emily, and Rose. The P.T. Tech is Rose and the Admin staff member is Shane. This team is led by Doctor Brittney and Doctor Sarah. Each individual P.T. staff member has in-depth knowledge of and excellent technique in the application thereof.. Usually I am assigned to Terri, who is very friendly, professional and a joy to be around. Her application of P.T. techniques is "SUPER." Yet, there are times when I am assigned Emily, who in her own right is a leader, who is a professional, with a very outgoing personality and is super helpful. She applies her knowledge of P.T. techniques in an excellent manner as well. And, there are time when I have been assigned to Doctor Sarah, who, knows her profession thoroughly. When she applies the P.T. techniques to you, it becomes quite obvious, she is 'the 'Doctor' and is a true professional. She is very friendly, has an outgoing personality and a natural leader.. No organization can be as professional as Healing Arts P.T.team without their "SUPPORT" staff - Rose and Shane. Rose prepares various areas for P.T. and insures they have been cleaned. And, Shane, who is the admin. support staff, insures Clients have schedules which fits into their lives and their timelines. I highly recommend the Physical Therapy team at Healing Arts, Branson, Missouri, to anyone needing Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sarah is very good physical therapist. Dr Sarah will push you enough to improve. My mobility improved about 70%. I walk cave tours to increase mobility. Emily is real good therapist to. Shane is the noisy clerk, very nice clerk that makes you laugh.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful clinic.I'm doing the Hormone Optimization and so happy I did. I have also used the IV therapy when feeling punny and it's really effective. My PC Dr is very impressed !!!!

Fantastic experience: While vacationing in Branson, I realized I had forgotten to pack my hearing aid charger. I began calling hearing aid centers in the area to try to find one to purchase. When I called Healing Arts Center they offered to let me borrow a charger at no cost! Aleah at the front desk and the audiology staff were super courteous and helpful. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Healing Arts for over 20 years. I had cervical fusion at C5-6 back in 2005. My surgeon said that with the bulging I already had above and below C5-6, I would be back for more surgery within 5 years! Here we are almost 20 years later, surgery free! I truly owe this to, first, Dr. Mathew Sams. His gentle techniques, skill, and expertise are matched by his humility in listening, and proven trustworthiness!!! I never thought I could trust anyone else. Never thought anyone else could safely provide me with relief, but then came Dr. Gregory. Thank you, for also humbly listening to both Dr. Sams and me regarding my treatment and many challenging issues and then making it your own, with your kind and caring skills and expertise!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sams is AMAZING! I tested positive for Lymes disease and then Alpha-Gal three months later. The doctor told me there's nothing they can do and they would test me again in one year. I was having swelling, pain, brain fog, skin rashes, fatigue, could barely walk and couldn't pick up my coffee cup without two hands.  Alpha Gal hit me hard. No Pork, Beef, Dairy and mine went into everything else I ate that had Alpha Gal so no cereal, oatmeal, crackers, etc. No exercise because  I could barely move without pain. The doctors now told me I had lymes, alpha gal, mono,  lupus and a liver auto immune disease. They tried to put me on heavy steroids each day but I said no. They also tried to put me on lupus meds and I said no. Those are just putting a band-aid on symptoms and not fixing the problem. After researching Alpha Gal I found Dr. Sams and made the appointment. They were quick to get me in and they started with the acupuncture treatment in my ear. At first this sounds scary but it's not. There were three little tiny needles (it's not like a regular needle, these don't hurt)  in my ear and covered it up with a tiny band-aid. It's so small you can barely see it and there is NO PAIN. You keep it in there for three weeks then go back and he takes it out. I had no problem sleeping on my ear, talking on the phone, etc. The only thing is I couldn't get it wet so I had to cover my ear for showers. Three weeks later I went back, they took it out and told me to go try one bite of beef or pork, wait three days and if I had no reaction to eat normal.  First I tried bacon and then three days later tried everything else and I was 100% cured!  The nice thing is this treatment is a n all or nothing treatment so there's no fixing the pork but not the beef. Within those three weeks something else happened. I also noticed my swelling, pain, fatigue had all started to get better. After the needles came back I continued to get better but wasn't back to my old self yet. Dr Sams started doing the regular acupuncture once a week to help with my overall well being and it was SHOCKING! I started to feel better each week and by the time we had done approximately 6 sessions I was back to my old self but better. I had the energy, clear head, and overall feeling of myself 10 years younger. I feel great! Now instead of once a week I go every three weeks because I'm feeling so well. All my blood work is  back to normal. No mono, lymes, lupus or autoimmune disease. I did share with them that I used an acupuncture procedure and it had cured my Alpha Gal to the point I can eat anything and they completely changed the subject and would not respond or even speak about it. Sad really, the one specialist had a daughter who had Alpha Gal for years and had so many problems eating anything. Here's the great thing about Dr Sams and his acupuncture, there's no side effects, no pain, and it's very affordable.I gained the ability to go back to my normal eating, no inflammation, no pain, no brain fog and overall feeling better than I have in years!!! Dr Sams and his whole team has helped me through this journey, they are the best!

Was told by a few friends that I needed to go to see Branson Healing Arts for acupuncture! Little did I know he was going to sit down and explain this process so thoroughly and answer every question I had in detail! Dr Sams and his staff were amazing and it has started a journey that has been life changing for me! Fantastic experience: I am a 35-year-old female that began having migraines and stroke symptoms about a year ago. I developed a tremor in my hands, eyelids, and mouth. It was difficult to be in public. The tremor was worse with stress, if I felt rushed, or was upset. I was no longer able to use a knife at dinner, my handwriting was terrible and when I smiled my lips would quiver. One of the most devastating things to miss out on was my favorite cup of coffee. It was no longer safe to hold hot or delicate things. I wasn’t sleeping well, and my relationships were strained. I became depressed and withdrawn from people and things I loved. Dr. Sams suggested we do a few rounds of acupuncture. He said to commit to 4-6 treatments and see where we were at after that. I had never tried acupuncture before and the thought of a few needles hitting just the right spot to calm my nervous system was laughable to me. I do not mean that disrespectfully, but it didn’t seem possible to treat or even lessen the symptoms of something so devastating without a strong medication. Minutes after placing the needles in my head, Dr. Sams handed me a coffee cup and told me to take a fake sip. MY HAND WAS STEADY!!! I had a total of two acupuncture treatments and the tremor has not returned!! I have since heard of other patients with lessened or diminished tremor after acupuncture treatments with Dr. Sams. I am a single mother of two children under the age of 10 and I have my life back! I have control! I would tell anyone that is struggling with this or something similar- do not go straight to taking medications- do not get discouraged and think there are no other options! I stepped outside my comfort zone for this treatment, and I cannot imagine missing this blessing. Dr. Sams is a healer, he has a gift, and I am forever grateful to Healing Arts Center!

Fantastic experience: Just an excellent place to go to alleviate your physical pains. I am very delighted with my first visit! Teri was the therapist that helped me today. I just hope to get her again. Ask for Teri, and you can't go wrong. I walked in shuffling my feet, I walked out and can't wait to get home to walk my dogs! I'm high stepping! Fantastic experience: I am so glad I chose Healing Arts Center for my total knee replacement post op Therapy. Dr Wright is wonderful and so caring. I believe Im getting what I need here to recover in a healthy manor. Taking good care of me and it’s just what I’d hoped for.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place to anyone or their sister location Country Side. According to my orthopedic surgeon, they greatly increased my total recovery time (by 2+ weeks) by allowing my quad to atrophy. (I went back for a follow up with my surgeon three weeks later as they were saying some suspicious things). If you are going to use them, get a second opinion and have your doctor keep a close eye on you. Pretty unethical and depressing. Literally ended my season. Seems like all they care about is the money to me because it’s $70 for a 30 minute session.

Fantastic experience: Heather was very thorough and completely walked me through the process of getting to know my new hearing aids, and how they worked with phone. She took her time with me, and I did not feel rushed.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending acupuncture and chiropractor for 6 months. Recently Dr Willhite has worked with therapeutic stretch. Fantastic experience: Wow! Heather is amazing and my aunt is hearing things she hasn’t heard in years! My aunt was able to get the hearing aids she needed at no out of pocket cost to her through her Aetna Medicare Advantage plan. If your loved one is suffering from the isolation that not being able to hear causes, please check with Heather! I wish we had checked into this possibility years ago!

Fantastic experience: Healing Arts PT is giving me relief from whiplash (from an accident last year) in a way that eliminates taking pain medication and I believe will bring lasting relief. The environment is positive and the testament is administered to perfection. Dr Wright is kind and listens to my concerns, then treats my symptoms giving me lasting relief as I am consistent with my appointments. Highly recommend Dr Wright and Healing Arts.

Fantastic experience: Dr Draper and Allyson have provided me with thetapy following rotator cuff surgery. The path back to use of my arm is going to take some time but both Dr Draper and Allyson have patience to work through my rehabilitation. They take a customized approach to what is going on with my shoulder in order to give the best therapy to relieve pain and strenghten the muscles around the rotator cuff. Both have a sense of humor and genuine care and respect for you which helps deal with the frustration of getting back to 100%. I recommend them to anyone needing excellent therapy.

Dr Sams is fantastic with the accupunture that I receive. Dr Willhite and her staff in physical therapy have been outstanding in helping me with neuropathy issues, back issues and neck and shoulder issues. They listen to the patient and pinpoint the therapy where it is needed to have the best result. Dr Wright does a fantastic job working with me for scoliosis. Her expertise in this area is great. The entire staff at Healing Arts are very professional and knowledgeable. They listen to the oatient and take the time to explain how the therapy will work. I highly recommend them to you for your alternative medical needs.

Fantastic experience: I came here for a Chiropractor appointment and the staff is literally the sweetest! Dr. Hussey worked on me and he is phenomenal! I've had lower back pain since high school and I've gone to 3 different chiropractors before him and not a single one could crack my lower back and nothing helped. My first appointment with Dr. Hussey and he got my back to pop not once but twice and I already feel instant relief!

Fantastic experience: I waited almost 2 years to leave a review, but my sugar addiction was put in the rear view window after my first appointment. Dr Sams has a way of looking at a zyto scan and pulling out issues I never saw. His recommendations for diet and health have been spot on! I now know when I go in there, just confess my sins to be healed. Lol... he is so easy to communicate with. He has a way of dropping his glasses and looking at you that makes me think-just confess. He truly cares. I love walking in that building, the staff, particularly Kim, are just great. Kim's personality allows me to banter back and forth and we both get to laughing. I almost want to make an appointment just to be around her. Jennifer at the front desk has an amazing tolerance level. I called in a not so good mood once and her kindness amazed me, thank you Jennifer. Nurse Erin has been absolutely wonderful helping me with hormone therapy. She's walked me thru ups & downs, encouraging and sharing. I can't say thank you enough. (Dear Abby......) Shane is great with lab work and has patiently fielded all my questions. Such grace. Chandra is like a breeze in there, shows up randomly and always willing to jump in, an encourager by nature. Zoe your smile is contagious, and energy seems bounbless. So often there's laughter and positiveness when in there. That's the whole staff including the ones I haven't dealt with. I can't say enough good things. I also just want to add that we get to choose our attitudes and a lot of us are broken people. One of my favorite quotes "the grass isn't greener on the other side, it's greener where you water it"; reminds me to take care of and be a good steward of what God has given you. Thank you HAC for helping me!

Fantastic experience: After visiting Phy Ther for a few weeks due to some foot issues, the staff and I agreed I was set well enough to be discharged. A few weeks later, I had the same recurring foot pain show up. Using the exercises and stretches they gave me, not only was I able to stretch out and subside the pain. I felt almost back to normal after a few days of extra stretches. This is just the PT dept. The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable even though I am sure everyone in there is in there with some sort of ailment. I have also visited Dr Gregory and Erin and have the same wonderful reviews for them. Healing long time ailments I had just chalked up to growing old. Thank you all!!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot give this place a high enough rating. I have an endocrine disorder that hasn't responded properly to western medical treatment and has led to me being very overweight and unable to get pregnant. After being belittled and disrespected by several different endocrinologists when I asked to try more holistic treatment options, I decided enough was enough and gave this place a try on the recommendation of a friend. Fantastic experience: For the first time in my life, I am hopeful regarding my health. There are times when you meet people who are in their element. Dr. Sams is in his element reviewing test results and developing plans to help his patients with their health issues. As I talked with him, I could see him connecting the dots of my health picture. I am looking forward to my follow-up visit in a couple of months. Erin was kind and helped find someone close to me for ongoing therapy. Kim was fun and professional during my intake session. Shane made poking me with a needle a little less anxious. The front desk gals did a phenomenal job of going over my plan so I was not overwhelmed when I walked out the door. Fantastic experience: A huge shout out to the entire team at Healing Arts Center for what they’ve done in such a short period of time for my husband who has suffered with gastroparesis for months. Just a couple short weeks ago, we felt devastated as this disease was slowly stealing away his quality of life. Fantastic experience: I’d give this place a higher rating if I could, 5 stars simply isn’t enough. Dr. Sams functional medicine approach to my 3 year olds SEVERE respiratory issues has saved us countless hospital admissions since we became aware of his condition, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. For reference in December of 2021 our 3 year old was transferred via ambulance to a children’s hospital at 89% oxygen and dropping. We narrowly avoided the ICU. Once he was stabilized and released from the hospital (with no real answers) we packed up and drove 3 hours to get to Dr. Sams to figure out why his oxygen dropped out on us. We were able to do non-invasive testing via a zyto scan, and SRT to find out he has severe allergies. At the hospital we were told he’d need steroid inhalers for a minimum of 2 weeks and would need to take preventive inhaler treatments daily. Within 4 days (including the 2 days we sat at home before seeing Dr. Sams) we were able to get our son off ALL steroid inhalers and manage his severely reactive respiratory issues with herbal supplements. We have made the 3 hour trip countless of times where we were making the decision of either getting our son to the ER for steroid breathing treatments or go to Healing Arts when his oxygen is bottoming out on him. Dr. Sams has done an amazing job partnering alongside myself to address the root cause of our sons issues and healing his body at a cellular level. I frequently joke I play 20 questions with Dr. Sams as I pick his brain apart about different things to put one more puzzle piece together into solving this mystery. He is very open and receptive to hear my thoughts, opinions and observations on how my son is doing in between visits when my mom gut is telling me something is off here. As a result of Dr. Sams 1 on 1 education with me he has equipped me with the knowledge of how to handle things when my son has a flare up and how to act quickly to get his lungs under control. I am so thankful for the “mini hospital” Dr. Sams and his wife Tricia started 20+ years ago, it’s a shame I don’t live closer so I can work there!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first “real” appointment. I cannot even begin to describe the big window that was created into learning things about my body. I have been to many doctors and specialists who throw big pharma meds at me. Today, I learned that so many of my issues could be caused by one underlying problem. I could fix all these issues in a natural way. My mind is entirely blown. In my appt with Dr. Sams he made me feel heard. I did not feel rushed or like I was making things up. He is a great doctor. Fantastic experience: Dr.Hussey readjusted my neck and back and I had instant relief in my neck. And believe it or not it helped my ankle that is in pain as I’m on my feet all day as a barista at Expresso Coffee. My right foot is usually pointed inward when naturally standing, and each adjustment I notice it less and less, so it’s getting better!

Fantastic experience: Staff and Dr.'s are so nice. Dr. Hussey helped me so much. I work on a school bus and get bounced around ALOT. My back hurt a lot of the time.
