Fantastic experience: I called to get an appointment, and they were able to accommodate me the next day. I saw Dr Eli Gonzales, who was wonderfully thoughtful and asked smart questions. I didn't HAVE to get an xray before they would work on me, and he incorporated some stretching and muscle release into the chiropractic adjustment (which many chiropractors do not). They also take insurance directly, and even fully out of pocket were extremely affordable compared to other chiropractors I have been to recently. Overall this felt like a very professional and science driven treatment environment and I am happy to say I will be returning.

Fantastic experience: Reyni Westby has been performing acupuncture on me. Very professional. My symptoms of sciatica have been halved in 3 visits which is more than I can say about the Doctors at Olympia Orthopedic who after examining X-Rays, MRIs and administering a spinal epidural of my lower back and hip have found nothing and therefore have done nothing to relieve my pain.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Frank Krause at TCC a couple Of years ago. I need regular care and adore Dr. Krause as a chiropractor and just love the staff and environment. As a firm, they are very well run and wonderful to see. Dr. Krause himself has an excellent bedside manner and is HIGHLY effective with his chiropractic care. He has just the right amount of strength and can get me adjusted fully every time. They also have a very robust online portal to easily make appointments and pay. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about TCC and Dr. Krause!

Fantastic experience: On my first appointment they were very nice about everything and did a very thorough first part of the appointment and then having the readjustment were amazing!

Fantastic experience: I had my initial exam and initial treatment today. I came in with symptoms none of my other providers could explain. Within 10-15min, the provider had a possible answer and we began a treatment plan. It was very reassuring to know someone listened and provided me with a possible answer and solution.

He gave me a thorough exam, diagnosed my condition, and provided a comprehensive treatment protocol. He even demonstrated and had me practice a few new moves to add to my Tai Chi routine to help keep me tuned up!

She gathered helpful information as we did my first visit exam. She is an astute listener, and all the while, observing my physical movement "habits", which also provided helpful information regarding my health. Added to this, was her warm, caring, and fun personality, coupled with excellent skill, and knowledge. Fantastic experience: I love this practice! I usually see Dr. Still as my primary chiropractor, but I have seen multiple chiropractors there now. Every person there has been incredible. Recently after a customer appreciation bbq I scheduled acupuncture. I saw Rain for a session and they were absolutely incredible, gentle, and effective in what my needs were. If anyone is nervous about chiropractic work or acupuncture I highly recommend this practice. You will be checked in with a smile, treated patiently and effectively. Hands down one of the best!

Fantastic experience: I've never experienced such a light hearted chiropractor before coming to see Dr. Steven Cadle @ Tumwater Chiro. I came in with a 3 day old whiplash and mild concussion. He was very gentle and thorough with his assessment, then treatment and didn't push me past my pain tolerance, like many do. I do feel relief and look forward to continuing my recovery with a few more visits. They even have massage therapists on site I have booked with for further recovery (thats the fun part!). I would highly recommend this office and this Chiropractor.

I procrastinated for so long, believing it would just get better. This was my initial new patient visit. He wanted every detail of my issue. While providing care/adjustments his great sense of humor shines through. He explained everything. I wasn't nervous or anxious; however had that been the case he would have put me at ease immediately. Never had a sense of rushing through, he made sure my adjustments were as good as possible for a first visit. All the staff is knowledgeable, welcoming. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience, I called and was able to get right in. I met with Dr. Frank Krause, he is excellent. He reviewed my health records, ran me through a series of movements to determine my issues and was very mindful of my age and bone health. The adjustments he made were gentle but extremely effective. I left there pain-free. He has also provided me with a video of exercises to support the work done as well as strengthening those areas. I would recommend Dr. Krause to everyone looking for a professional who supports you and listens and takes care of your specific issues.

She also develops plans for long term care (ie exercises, other therapeutic recommendations). I always, always feel better after adjustments with her. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Decent service however they do not disclose fees for services. Beware first time visits are $130 plus your treatment. Luckily my insurance paid a portion but they should have that stated on a document to sign. Hopefully moving forward they will change their policy but I won’t be back because of that in my eyes, dishonesty. Update: even though I brought this matter up, they still refused to offer a one time wave for not disclosing. Mind you this service was for my disabled child and because my child is now 18, they were going to send it to collections. Apparently they need the money more than a disabled child.
