Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with SoftWave Therapy at Braddock Chiropractic. I have had issues with my right knee for years. I have had two arthroscopic surgeries. Recently, I was told I needed a total knee replacement. Thankfully, I was led to Braddock Chiropractic. My initial SoftWave Therapy treatment lasted just minutes and was not painful. I had a lot of relief immediately, and I continued to improve with each treatment. The staff and Doctors have you covered A-Z with friendliness, organization, and attention to your details. They work you in quickly while taken care of you completely. A great system, giving you an AM or PM appointment. The real answer is through their care my situation has greatly improved.

I wasn’t able to fully rotate my shoulder and after being told “everything looks okay” by my physician I decided to give chiropractic treatment a try. Within 2 sessions I had full range back in my shoulder. They also treat my toddler and infant which has helped lessen and/or eliminate their ear infections.

It made it very difficult to go to work, and do the things I love doing, waking up in the middle of the night because the pain and tingling in my hands. Fantastic experience: They were running a fundraiser special at one of the local festivals. So I went ahead and donated the money. My understanding was I was going to see my x-rays and go over a treatment plan. I was wrong. It was so much more than that. Went in for my consultation. Went over what needed to be done. Found out it also came with an adjustment. And let me tell you I walked out to feeling like a completely different person. Paying that I had in my hip was relieved immediately and still has not returned 2 Days later. I will definitely be going back for our treatment plan. I really look forward to see what they can do with more than just one adjustment. On top of all that cannot forget to mention all the friendly staff that make you feel comfortable right off the bat. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Chiropractic care for over two years. I was at first skeptical and it didn't seem to work. I stuck with my treatment plan and began to feel better. After a year I felt better than I had in a long time. I have a aneurysm on my aorta. That was steadily growing each year. After being treated at this chiropractor's office for a year, I had an ECHO cardiogram at my cardiologist office. It actually showed it was now smaller. My cardiologist said he could not confirm with certainty that it was smaller, but that it definitely had not grown. I believe my body has been working to heal it self because it is better aligned. I now go twice a month and pay a monthly plan. It costs very little compared to other places. I would highly recommend you give it a try!

Negative experience: Lacks honesty and integrity. Needed an adjustment, after wasting my time with their sales pitch type of practice introduction, taking X-rays, basically wasting my time knowing I was there for an adjustment I was THEN told they won't adjust me on my initial visit. Complete waste of time. I'm experienced in the medical field (including years working in chiropractic offices) and have to say practices like this really annoy me. Just treat humans, stop acting like you're trying sell a product or re-invent the wheel. You're a chiropractor, I'm here because I want to an adjustment.... it's not rocket science! Update: They have in office digital X-rays. Don't listen to excuses as stated below as to their delay in care. Evaluate and treat, again, not rocket science. Quality in care.

Resistantly I decided to go to Braddock Chiropractic because my daughter was referred to them,. I have always just tried to work myself through the pain. After a diagnosis and many adjustments, I feel so much better. I just purchased 50 more treatments and don’t know if I will miss another week. Truly professional and you get in and out pretty quickly.

Negative experience: During my two visits, I found myself encountering several issues that led to significant dissatisfaction.Firstly, despite experiencing considerable pain, my initial visit primarily consisted of X-rays and watching a lengthy video, with no adjustment provided. This lack of immediate treatment, coupled with repeated expressions of discomfort, left me feeling overlooked and frustrated.Furthermore, upon returning for my second visit, I was confronted with a demanding financial arrangement prior to any further treatment. The insistence on an upfront payment of $1600 for a predetermined care plan, with no option for paypervisit, felt inflexible and coercive. This approach was exacerbated by the demeanor of the front desk staff, particularly one individual who I found to be Rude and unaccommodating.Dr joe was unpleasant also, I was disheartened by the overall lack of empathy and personalized care. Despite expressing my discomfort and skepticism regarding the proposed payment plan, I was met with resistance and a perceived disregard for my concerns.Also My care credit was ran for and increase by the rude lady she just went just did with no hesitation. Moreover, the promise of additional services such as a hydrobed and exercises was not fulfilled, leaving me feeling misled and dissatisfied with the overall value of the services provided.As someone who has sought chiropractic care extensively across the country for many years,I must regrettably say that my experience this office ranks among the least satisfactory. The absence of alternative payment options, coupled with the perceived pressure to commit to a costly plan, has left me questioning the integrity and patient-centric approach of your practice.In conclusion, I believe there is significant room for improvement in the areas of customer service, transparency, and treatment efficacy. I hope that my feedback will be taken constructively and contribute to positive changes that benefit both current and future patients.

Fantastic experience: It has overall been a very enjoyable experience. I went in with a lot of sciatica pain. After 4 weeks, it has improved a lot. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with pain, and only have pain during the day occasionally.

I’m trying soft-wave therapy for neuropathy in my feet, seems to be working I’ll give an update when treatment is completed. Thankfully, Dr. Braddock & Team were highly recommended by my previous provider. Fantastic experience: I went to Braddock Chiropractic for ankle pain so severe I almost fainted. The pain was from my entire spine that was out of alignment. The doctors examined & x-rayed my back. They made a plan of care. After one week all back pain was relieved. After a couple of months my spine has been realigned. The doctors are amazing, caring & so professional. Please note the times for adjustments are wonderful & no appointment is needed for adjustments. There is very little to no wait once you enter the door. Fantastic experience: Braddock Chiropractic has been amazing. When i first made my appointment, my back hurt so bad i could barely make it through my shift at work without a handful of plain killers, and even then it made me want to cry. The chiropractors there took xrays, figured out what was going on, and after my first two adjustments i could work my entire shift without the need for painkillers or special accomodations. It was affordable too. The plan was for 8 weeks with 3 adjustments a week if possible, a total of 24. All that, including the xrays, was only about $2k give or take. And they were able to take my CareCredit since i didn't have insurance. Fantastic experience, and each adjustment is quick and professional so it doesn't interfere with my schedule.

Fantastic experience: I had a torn meniscus and hip and neck pain. Alex spent a lot of time explaining how soft wave therapy could help my knee. I have been doing this for 5 weeks now and my knee is remarkably better. Although I'm not at 100% yet, I expect to be soon. Also, my neck, hip and back pain has improved immensely! I was expirencing significant lower back from years of rough career choices and generally not taking good care of my back, after some x-rays the team at Braddock was able to come up with a corrective action plan to help correct as much damage as we could and they made the process super easy! Now a couple months later the issue I went in for have been corrected as much as they could be for the damage I had done, and I feel so much better! Fantastic experience: Came in with back pain. Could barely walk. Had to have help getting dressed. Some relief was felt after the first adjustment. Within a couple weeks of visits, had very little pain. Thorough exam and assessment, friendly helpful staff, quick efficient visits, and they seem to truly care about your overall well being.

Negative experience: I waited a long time to post a review, because I was SO mad about how I was treated, I needed to calm down for a while! If I could give Zero stars, I would! I’ve had neck issues for over a decade, and have seen MANY Chiropractor’s over the years. Upon my first and only visit to this office, I brought my own Patient file with me, which included X-rays and MRI’s that I had done over the years. I explained to the front desk that I am new to the area, but am not a novice Patient. I did not want to see a video, or be pitched a “Plan” to get on. I just wanted to do one maintenance a week, and that’s it. But of course… the second I got there for my visit, they stuck me in a back room with a video. And when the Girl from the FD came back with my “Plan”, I told her to stop where she was! I explained to her I was very clear with what I expected in my initial phone call with the receptionist. She immediately cut me off, and said I needed to let her finish speaking. Like I was some adolescent Child to be scolded! Another reviewer mentioned the rudeness they experienced, and I will attest to this as well!!!! Once I actually saw the doctor, he did the normal adjustments, but then proceeded to take a hand held massager, and go over the herniated discs themselves! NOT along side, but right on top of my vertebrae. I was in so much pain, I yelled for him to stop, and proceeded to have the worst migraine I had ever had in my life after that event!!! Hindsight being 20/20, I almost wonder if he hurt me on purpose for being curt with his Aid. Regardless whether purposeful or not, using a massager over the vertebrae is unacceptable! In summary… I would never trust this office if you have serious issues! I found The Joint in McKinney and love Dr. O. It’s a Membership situation, and you don’t get taken advantage of with a “Plan!’” Most insurances only cover 15 visits a year, and these Chiropractors try to make you use them fast, so you pay more to them out of pocket the rest of the year! It just seems to be about how much money they can make, not about helping people that need it! I hope this review saves one person from having the same experience as I did! God Bless

Fantastic experience: I’m somewhat new to Braddock as a patient, but not new to chiropractic treatment. As a retired law enforcement officer, I learned years ago that regular treatment is essential to great health. I will admit that I slipped and hadn’t gone to have an adjustment in years due to losing my husband unexpectedly, remarrying a few years later and then moved across the country AND back. I was having some issues with migraines flaring up again and went into this clinic for a consultation being new to this area. I met with Dr Alex for my X-rays and then back again for my consultation the next day. Dr Justin was great at explaining what he saw and what my expectations should be. I’m halfway through my treatment now and have seen a huge improvement in my headaches and overall quality of health and life. They don’t just treat the complaints you have but the whole body. They suggested some supplements to help some digestion issues and I can’t thank them enough. I think my biggest like is their open schedule for treatment. You have a 3 hour window every day in which you choose what time to go in. You just walk in and receive treatment and walk out-at your own choice of time!! No being stuck to a strict appointment time because we all know life happens. I highly recommend these guys-they are all super awesome and truly care about the body, not the dollar signs.

Fantastic experience: I had a bit of a health scare a few months back, I was experiencing a good amount of back pain and didn't know what was going on. I saw an ad Braddock Chiropractic posted on Facebook and decided to just go in to see if they could figure out what was going on. I felt very much cared for and valued, even to the point of being assured when I came back to review my x-rays that everything was fine and that they were confident that they could fix me! I love that Braddock Chiropractic wants to get to the root cause of the issues we're experiencing rather than treating symptoms with medication. They want to FIX YOU, not just cover up your symptoms. An added bonus is the atmosphere, being a Christian myself I love the fact that when I walk in the door that I can hear worship music playing over the speakers. You just feel a peaceful feeling as you walk in the door. Very thankful that I found these guys!

After Dr Braddock, and his team started treating me, I am feeling such relief and I feel like I’ll be ready to resume my workouts again real soon. Negative experience: Wow! They love their money more than the patients!!! I drove almost an hour to get there. They see that I am in such pain, can’t even walk straight because I threw off my back and they don’t care. They want to stick to the same regimen as everyone else. They say it is custom to you and it is not. There was a patient in the next room as me, same spill, same treatment. Lady (blonde hair) came to talk financial, asked which option and I said I couldn’t do either, because I live check to check. Asked her about them using my insurance because it shows on the site I had set up my appt that they take it. She asked what do you have, I advised her that they had gotten all my info up front. She became upset, condescending and rudely stated that she did not have my info with her. So, I told her UHC and of course she said they don’t take it. For me to figure what option I wanted and call them back. Then I asked her if I could pay per visit and she said yes but I wouldn’t get the treatment I needed. I thought they cared more about their patients than their pocket. It’s not like I wasn’t going to pay, I just can’t afford that big of a monthly payment. Then supposedly with the special was $21 included consult, X-rays, 2 adjustments and 4 hydromassages, as soon as I told her that I could not afford, she basically was done with me. Not even the hydromassage machine was done. Dr’s are nice but that can only go so far. Probably their response is going to be the same as some other bad reviews on here: Sorry, let us make it up or tried calling you. Possibly nothing at all, since I just put this on there. Should think about how to actually be more personable and really care about each patient not just people being herded around that office.

Fantastic experience: I wish I hadn't waited 13 years to address what I was told was "arthritis". After x-rays and an exam, I was informed my bones are in good shape, just out of alignment. (In a few places) Dr. Justin, Dr. Alex, and Dr. Braddock have given me back the active lifestyle I've missed for so long! Chiropractic health is now something our whole household seeks and we are super grateful for the top notch care from the entire team! ❤️

Fantastic experience: These guys are the real deal! They take a whole body approach vs just your typical adjustment, addressing all the underlying issues to your problems. The office is efficient (front desk is so nice!) from start to finish, and they actually care about your improvement throughout your treatment plan. My wife was terrified of going to the chiropractor, and now she loves it! We've recommended them to all our friends & family.

Negative experience: I chose this office based on the reviews but so far I am not seeing it. I have been 2 times now and both times very disappointed. The only reason I have chose to return was due the mannerism of Justin. The front desk is herded like cattle, not welcoming and very uninformative. I was asked twice about a packet that did not apply to me, I requested twice my financial responsibilities (still have no info) and today I showed up and was told I was going back for adjustments when my x-rays have not even been discussed yet (because one of the Dr’s was out). Well that was what my appt was for. So if this was not possible why was I not given a courtesy call before my pointless 30 min drive and when I asked about my financial responsibility again I was still not provided any answers. I hope Justin ( or whatever Dr I am seeing since I don’t know) is worth it. As a clinical and office manager over the last 14 years in a dental office, I have never been so disappointed in the service I have received as I have been here.

Fantastic experience: When I started going to Braddock Chiropractic, I was getting way too many headaches and migraines. The care I have received here has finally made a difference. I’ve done acupuncture, massages on a bi weekly basis, chiro treatment on a weekly basis. I feel much better now and just need maintenance.

Negative experience: Do not go here!!! They are a rip off. The treatment is not customized and you will do the same thing as everyone else walking in. They charge thousands of dollars for you to do hip swivels, neck stretches, and then they pop your back. That’s it! The staff hardly greets you as you swipe your card to get in. They try to sell you vitamins, which is very stupid. I have learned my lesson and now I’m paying for the worst 4 visits of my life.

Fantastic experience: A really great chiropractic group of people! They have streamlined the check-in process to an artform, getting you checked in fast, seen quickly, and on your way. The initial consultation was very in depth and they went over the x-rays in detail to come up with a treatment plan. Over the past weeks, I have experienced noticeable improvement to my back and neck pain that I've had for years. I look forward to each visit.

Fantastic experience: I began going to Braddock Chiropractic because my tight muscles in my upper back just weren't getting better with massage therapy. I thought I'd give chiropractic a try. Fantastic experience: I went to see Braddock Chiropractic for a list of issues I was having that didn’t feel like something I wanted to take another pill for. On day one, we discussed the need for wellness rather than symptom management. I am mid-way into an 8 week process, and I am feeling better week to week. Persistent shoulder pain has us now in the middle of a new Soft Wave treatment I am excited about that will hopefully make my life much more enjoyable. The staff here is always courteous and helpful, and the atmosphere is always upbeat and supportive.

Fantastic experience: The doctors here are very educational and explain everything in detail. After taking X-rays, the doctor will meet with you one on one to explain and show you why you are experiencing the pain. They will then give you a plan and at each visit they check in with your progress. There are also supplements and exercises to do. It’s a complete package to wellness and I am very impressed. After a few weeks I had an old shoulder injury that wasn’t improving so I chose to do the Soft Wave Therapy and WOW! After only a few treatments, I finally have relief! :) I have already recommended to multiple friends!

Fantastic experience: First of all, have you seen the staff?? Gorgeous! I had several people suggest I go due to chronic lower back pain. A Facebook ad popped up for a $21 exam with x-rays. I read the reviews and figured why not. My first visit didn't take long, even with the hydromassage. (Finace liked it, I wasn't a fan). The xray review had me signing up immediately. Thanks to an educational video you have to watch, Dr. Braddocks explanation made sense. The video also had me inquiring about my daughter getting treatment, as she has ADHD. We've tried medication, diet change, and therapy to no avail. Her x-ray showed expected results (scary, but expected) and after two weeks of treatment we started to see results. The kid actually sleeps at night! My older daughter had back pain and come to find out she has alarming results as well (bad enough I took her out of athletics)! She hasn't complained about her back after the first week! Me? Not only do I not need a heating pad to sleep anymore, my IT band isn't hurting when I run. I haven't ran in two years due to leg pain. I can finally run again! My stress reliever is possible again! My fiance said to add that they are fast and efficient. He left his chiropractor come here. He's been going to a chiropractor for years and has never had this much relief! We're only a month into an 8 week treatment program, and the results are already amazing. We don't go just for back pain.. you'd be amazed on what else this program helps with. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance. I thank God I did!

Fantastic experience: About a week ago my 10yr old started complaining of back pain and it just wouldn’t go away, so Monday morning I called the office and got an appointment the same day! The office staff was prompt and super friendly! I’ve known Dr. Braddock for years and knew his office would take great care of us, we saw Dr. David at our appointment! Dr. David was so nice to my daughter and talked directly to her which made her feel like this was for her and about her. With this being her first adjustment she didn’t know what to expect, but he walked her thru the whole thing and it was an amazing experience for her! She felt better right away! We’re so thankful for this office and the ease of the entire experience!

Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr Braddock for tension in my neck causing headaches and also lower back pain. After x-rays Dr Braddock and his team put together a plan to get me back to normal just after 8 weeks of precision adjustments the tension is totally gone and the lower back pain is gone headaches went away about 2 weeks into treatment. Now I’m back on track to having a normal life without pain.Thank you Dr. Braddock and team!

Fantastic experience: I woke up one morning and was unable to get out of bed or walk without help from severe lower back pain. I am a career firefighter and I was concerned about being able to perform my job the next shift. Dr. Braddock's team was able to see me the same day and were able to adjust me enough that day so I could walk with minimal pain and perform my duties as a fireman. They performed x-rays my first visit as well and noted my cervical spine was out of whack which was causing my occasional migraines. I am no longer having migraines or back pain with the treatment plan they set for me.

Negative experience: Didn't appreciate the saleswoman who came in and tried to sell me a 8 week package for $2500. After I said that seemed a little high she basically told me I couldn't get it done better or more cost efficient. She was wrong on both parts. Once they knew I wasn't spending the $2500 they blew me out the door. The issue I came in for was no longer a concern for them and they blew me out the door and gave me a pamphlet. Do not recomend them at all. They spoke of compassion for the patients and I personally saw zero of that being displayed. Great video though telling you all the benefits of their office.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with lower back pains for a long time and I have been through several rounds of appointments and physical therapy sessions throughout the years. They all seem to not be long enough. Though my journey to being pain free isn't completed, it is def on the right path. I completed my first round of treatment and have seen a great deal of improvements in my alignment overall. The staff over at Braddock Chiropractic is extremely polite and very easy to talk to. They take the time to answer all your questions regardless how small they may seem. I will def continue my journey here and hope to become pain free at some point.
