Fantastic experience: I've been going to Wellness Key for 1 yr and 2 months now. I've very pleased with the results. In the past I've gone to chiropractors and physical therapists seperately for my back but here I get both, all in one place. The excercises helped me to feel better much quicker than adjustments alone. I have always been nervous about chiropractic adjustments but Dr U. can go slow or make adjustments like using an activator on the neck. I dont have fear going for an adjustment anymore. He also offers other modalities such as PEMF and dry needling, which can help speed up a persons recovery. I like the office so much that I got my husband to switch chiropractors and start seeing Dr U also! I'm happy that he will start to get some relief from his back pain also.

We live in a world where so many of us, especially working parents, do not have much time for self care, but without taking care of our health we have no energy in our free time. do yourself a huge favor and come to Wellness Key! :)

Negative experience: They high pressure tactic manipulate you into a package that involves way too many visits per week. Then they do the typical chiro bait-n-switch where they first give you an individualized appointment where they actually pretend to care about your problem and take an xray. The xray is also not necessary and commonly used to fool you into taking them seriously. Then they switch to putting you on an assembly line and charging something ridiculous like $60 for 5 minutes with the “doctor”. The main “doctor” has some good technique but the other guy often failed to crack properly. This place sucks. 99% of chiros suck. Be careful!!!! Regarding your first reply, I dont have the wrong place, liar. You had two people doing adjustments and I had to specifically ask to only be adjusted by Dr. Utash

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Utah since before the Tucson shutdown for Covid. I stepped in a pothole while participating in a walk/run event, sprained my ankle, and fell down hard on my hands and knees. The resulting pain sent me to my regular doctor who prescribed medication but found no broken bones. After weeks of more pain and to the point that I could no longer use my right hand or lift my right arm, I knew I had to find an alternative to more drugs. I knew about Dr. Utash but had had bad experiences finding a chiropractor that listened to me when I said, "That hurts." I figured I might have to go to a few chiropractors to find the right one. I was lucky that after my first few scheduled appointments with Dr. Utash, I had to look no further. It took about 3 weeks of multiple adjustments a week before pain began to subside, I could write again, and I could begin to feel like I was on the road to recovery. I now go for weekly adjustments. The staff at Wellness Key Chiropractic are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bank of workshops and helpful resources on their website are excellent. If you need a really good chiropractor, this is where you should go.

Came in 3 days, then 2, and 1 day a week till I got better. And it really helped me. I feel good physically and have better posture. The staff is amazing as well, really cool people. Fantastic experience: This is an update to the review I wrote below. I've been working with Dr. Utash for about 1 year now. I am very pleased with my progress because Dr. Utash provides amazing support. I had some serious low back and hip issues that are greatly improved. His adjustments are truly expert, but even more, he provides the best rehab advice and general health support whenever you need it. Dr. Utash supported me through hip surgery. He was always very gentle and attentive with his adjustments, quite aware of the nature of the surgery and the needs of my healing hip. Now, my movement is very much improved, and I rely on Dr Utash for advice and support, which he always provides abundantly. For example, recently, I developed hip cramps from getting out of bed multiple times at night (sick dog, getting better, too). Dr. Utash knew exactly how to advise me, and I now I do several quick ab crunches before I get out of bed. The cramps are gone! Recently, Dr. Utash added dry needling to his practice. I have tried it one time, so far. I'm very excited about it because the one session helped my knee a lot! After my hip surgery, some knee issues emerged. These days, I focus on knee movement every day, but I was feeling discouraged that I couldn't get past the old pain and weakness. Several weeks after the session, my knee is still improved. One session of dry needling helped me to understand that my knee can get better. Though I still have a way to go, I am pain free much more of the time. Dr. Utash has a very professional and diverse practice with a well-trained and friendly staff. When I need professional health care, my first call is to Dr. Utash. I rarely need to make another. ------------ Dec 2022 I started working with Dr. Utash about 2 months ago to help me with some mobility issues. I had tried to work with 3 other local chiropractors with no results or help. Dr. Utash has helped me A LOT! And I just started! He is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and experienced. He has an enormous range of resources available, and a helpful staff. If one solution doesn't help, he offers and suggests other possibilities. Most chiropractors have a very limited practice. However, Dr. Utash seems always to be expanding his areas of expertise to help his patients to get moving and out of pain while they successfully avoid drugs and surgery.

Positive experience: The staff at Wellness Key is knowledgeable, friendly, organized, and happy -- with each other and with all of their clients. This is always a busy place, and I know they make a big difference for a lot of people. When I had some issues with their overall procedure, Dr Utash listened to my concerns and immediately said he would talk to his staff, then he offered me some free sessions to make up for my previous less-than-perfect experience. I appreciated his willingness to listen to me and try to make it right. In their waiting room they constantly have helpful videos created by the staff, and they offer free public seminars about various aspects of the body's alignment. At least in my experience, they look at this as a long-term goal, rather than a simple "fix and you're done." While I ended up with a series of treatments over several weeks, I think they do also offer walk-in adjustments. I had never been to a chiropractor before this, so I don't know how chiropractic offices are normally run. While I feel like there's something of a factory aspect to the way Wellness Key takes care of so many people in such a short time, I can't deny that they accomplish a lot that seems to be very effective for nearly everyone there.

Fantastic experience: I can not express how amazing the staff at Wellness Key Chiropractic is. I come in and explain what’s hurting and what I was doing and they get me straightened out and then help me with stretches and showing proper form so I may avoid this type of injury. Positive experience: Not for me. Tried them because my last chiro, whom I loved, retired. Both doctors are very good chiropractors, but an employee immediately tried to sell me an expensive multiple visit package before I’d even had my first adjustment. They don’t take Medicare and individual appointments are expensive if not covered by your insurance. My visits were in an open room with two other tables/patients, so no privacy. Last visit was pretty rushed. Will be looking elsewhere.
