Negative experience: Pharmacy staff needs better training in public relations. Rude attitude and they all talk about whatever situation going on like a team against the customer. Unit 2 never answers the phone. This clinic needs major adjustments.

Negative experience: Worse place for clinic for children they called t me to come in for appointment for my children .Who mind you work and are in school. I told the person I was on the phone with they can not miss days I will bring them. So I brought them just to find out they never schedule them. That was very unprofessional of them as far as staff and all do not schedule an appointment if you're not going to put it in the system and then try to have me come back the next day unacceptable this clinic should be shut down it should not even be located here cause these people do not know how to do anything in pediatrics. Take child anywhere but here.

Negative experience: First I went to the ER, I was sitting in the WAITING area for 3 hours so I decided to bring him to his PRIMARY doctor! Only for her to say she can’t seem him or ATLEAST make sure he’s okay. I’m upset because my child has been going here since the day he was born. A real doctor would’ve saw her patient. Turning a 1 year old around who has a high fever is RIDICULOUS! I do not recommend! If could give them NO stars I would.

Positive experience: I was seen by Dr. Garcia in the OBGYN department for my pregnancy. She provided me with good care. Sometimes I felt I was it was a bit rushed, but when I stopped her to ask questions she always listened. The front staff are also very kind. My literal one and only issue with this office was that they NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I mean, never. If you needed to see the doctor, you had to make an appointment and go in person. Apart from that, everything else was wonderful. Also keep in mind that the OB’s in this practice do not go to the hospital to deliver your baby. I was okay with it, but keep that in mind for yourself.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could! My son who is autistic was receiving his prescription from the pharmacy and it's a medicine that supposedly cannot be abruptly stopped. (Keep that in mind) The pharmacist and MARIE were extremely nasty!! I always come in there patiently and with a kind personality even the MANY times they would talk over me to someone else disregarding what I was saying and attended another person. I ha e been back and forth with this pharmacy about my son medicine. I called MULTIPLE times to make sure the instructions they gave me to be able to retrieve my son medicine (he's been on for almost 2 years from same pharmacy never had a problem) now they say they need a form. Soon as I started asking questions because every time I spoke with someone it was a different story they immediately got nasty attitude. I even said yo them I wasn't trying to place blame I'm just trying to make sure I have the right info BUT NOPE if it wasn't the Pharmaceutical lady in charge that completely ignored me mid sentence and turned her back to me it was the tech at the register CONSTANTLY interrupting me. I'm usually a patient person. Because I try to be mindful of others however the way they treated me was not only uncalled for but VERY unprofessional, as if I had gone in there yelling and started a rucus which wasn't the case. So now my son STILL has no medicine AND the worst part is they still get to go about their day as if nothing wrong happened

Negative experience: DR. ROSANNA ESTHER JOHNSON IS VERY RUDE AND IMPATIENT. NEED TO REMIND YOU I WAS TOLD TO BE THERE AT 1:30 GOT THERE AT 1:04 AND SHE DIDN'T ATTEND TO ME UNTIL 3. ALL SHE DID WAS COMPLAIN THAT NO ONE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THAT TIME. & KEPT TELLING ME TO HURRY UP WHEN I DIDN'T ANSWER THE QUESTIONS FAST ENOUGH. I WAS THROWING UP BECAUSE I'M PREGNANT! I WALKED OUT SO FAST! WON'T BE AROUND NE OR MY CHILD WITH THAT ATTITUDE!

Negative experience: My experience is bad, I chose this place because of the stars and reviews but today I’m so disappointed! I have been trying to have an appointment for more than one month, first they put me with a doctor that is retired, then the second time I spent my day because when I was inside they said the doctor is too old and he only receives special VIH patients so I went for nothing , after that they changed my appointment for one week later and they canceled it again and today I was supposed to have my 4th appointment and they just told me that my appointment is not in the system… can you believe it!! This is insane!!! Maybe the doctors are good, I don’t know , but the customer service is terrible, there is not a good communication with the staff, the patient and the insurance! Today I quit and I’m going to change the office and doctor, after one month I just spent my time for NOTHING! Good luck if you choose this place!

Fantastic experience: I recommend this clinic to all mothers. Doctor Garcia Mercedes was the best doctor. She would make sure everything was ok when I was pregnant and she would recommend what I needed for my pain as well as exercises for my pregnancy and what to do and not to do. So far I had the best pregnancy and no problems, except braxton hicks would confuse me from contractions bc I was a new mother but other than that my pregnancy was great thanks to her. If anyone is picking this clinic I would recommend Doctor Garcia Mercedes you won’t regret it. Sooner when I’m ready to have my second baby I’ll come back as her patient again.

Negative experience: My daughter went to this clinic for her pregnancy appointment. She asked if she could give birth closer she doesn’t have experience because she’s going to be a mom for the first time she called me so I could ask the nurse and she didn’t even let me talk, she screamed on the phone and didn’t even listen to my words I was trying to tell her if there was a hospital closer so that my daughter can give birth and she didn’t let me talk and she ignored me completely, she has a very nasty attitude she doesn’t deserve working with customer service or anything at all the name of this person is EDELIS so that people can recognize her nasty attitude. I wrote this so that the owner of this clinic can take actions because in reality she doesn’t deserve to work with the public.

Negative experience: The staff is great! The biggest problem was the security guard. This man is so very rude. I have witness him on several occasions fussing with visitors. One occasion he tried to fight the delivery driver whom drops off the prescriptions and today was rude with bus driver about using the restroomso

Negative experience: They need to have people who are there to serve the patients and not try to rush you so they can go home.I don't like how they rush you in the emergency room. Got there at 7:30 and it seems like the doctor and staff was rushing to get us out of there before they close at 8. Very obvious and disrespectful. If someone ask for an xray it shouldn't be a fight with the doctor. If a patient request it whats the problem. You are not paying for it SO TRY TO LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS. Again, we were rushed and very just unprofessional. I will never visit or tell anyone to go to the Emergency Room..

Fantastic experience: I registered for my COVID vaccine a month ago. The process was pretty smooth, I got my second dose this last Saturday and it went great, it took me 5 min plus the 10 min that I have to wait afterwards to make sure everything is fine. I am so happy with this place. All staff members providing the best attention and support making sure all CDC guidelines are being followed. Clean facilities, well organized. I am very grateful with North Dade Health Center. Thank you guys!

You can tell someone took the time to think through what people needed to know, when they needed to know it, and ensured there were people strategically placed in the process flow to guide people though it. The results showed as we were able to get our vaccine very quickly with no confusion on what happens next even though we never had this done before. Fantastic experience: Went here for my vaccine and they are running a super smooth operation. No one can get lost or be confused about what's going on because there's enough medical staff to guide everyone to each of there destinations. Everyone is so pleasant and professional. Because I'm a citizen and I drive, I just needed my driver's license. If not, I would've needed mail to prove my address and residency. One person gave me a mask and checked my emailed confirmation, another took my temperature, a third checked my ID, the fourth checked me into the JHS system with my social, the fifth and sixth gave me my vaccine, and the seventh told me when I could leave after being in the waiting room for 20 minutes. Applause all around. Great, professional, quick, easy operation and North Dade Health Center!!! Get vaccinated here, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: The vaccine system here is incredibly smooth and painless. The appointment was easy to get by turning on the notifications for Jackson’s social media accounts. The actual process at the North Dade site was a well-oiled machine. You only have to give your information once and there’s an abundance of staff around every corner to point you in the right direction. I arrived 10 mins early to the appointment at 7:30am and by 7:40 I had already gotten my vaccine and was in the waiting room for the standard 15 min observation time. Very thankful to Jackson for such a seamless experience!

Fantastic experience: I was there on March 26 for my first Pfizer Covid shot. We got there a little early expecting a huge crowd. When we arrived we were carefully screened by security. Once inside there were rows of chairs going all over the place and rooms about 1/4 full of socially distanced people waiting in lines. We were concerned at first, however, everything constantly moved. The system of numbers and rooms may have looked confounding to the patients, but it actually worked very well. The staff members did a wonderful job of politely guiding patients through the system (which worked very well). The shot came before I had a chance to pull out my phone and chill in a seat. We were in and out in less than hour and I couldn't have been more impressed. While they had a great system in place, it was the staff that really blew me away. All were wonderful. They are the heroes on the front lines saving the world one Covid shot at a time. My family is grateful and sends our love to the very good people of the North Dade Health Center.

Fantastic experience: I thank God and all the staff at Jackson Hospital, for the excellent organization and for the easy process to get the 2 doses of Pfizer vaccine for covid-19 From the moment that I arrive, they give me the vaccine, until I leave, it take only 20 mint. The vaccinations did not give me any symptoms, just slight discomfort in the arm and it was only for a day. Really totally recommended Thank you Jackson Hospital and thank you God.

Even with the 30 minute required wait, I was out the door by 11:34 AM. They keep the line moving quickly and yet at the same time everyone is very attentive and professional!! Negative experience: Some of the rudest people not urgent care the people on the vaccination side. You have an appointment you meet the criteria and you are denied the shot. It happened to me and my husband. No number to call, no help available. Terrible from a tax funded county facility.

One elderly patient was coughing a bit in the post shot waiting area, and was immediately surrounded by staff attending to her. Fantastic experience: Once able to schedule an appointment, the process of check-in, validation of identity, brief questions regarding medical history, waiting time (very short), and actual administration was timely and efficient. As a nurse, I appreciated the correct cleansing and administration technique observed. Staff could not have been more pleasant. If interested or keeping track, I had absolutely no side effects following the second vaccine, not even a sore arm.

Fantastic experience: My husband just received his 2nd covid vaccine here. The experience was great from making the appointment through getting the shots. The process was efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful. He didn't have to wait at all either time. We are appreciative and grateful!
