Fantastic experience: After a bad experience with a previous chiropractor I was nervous to go to another one. After 3 months of waiting I finally decided to make an appointment. Galen has been great! He’s checked on all my concerns and gave me strengthening/stretching excersizes to help with my issues along with adjustments. He would check to make sure everything was doing well after an appointment and either move my next appointment to a better date as needed or give suggestions based on the results. I will definitely be using integrated chiropractic in the future.

After trying everything I could think of, Dr. Jacob was the only person to offer the much needed soft tissue work that finally provided me with pain relief.

He also provided an additional exercise to help with running. I never thought anything of it when purchasing running shoes, so it was helpful to know that I have high arches. He suggested adding vitamin D. All of these tips are very helpful for someone that is serious about running.

Always gets me in ASAP and addresses the area I need some work on directly instead of scheduling multiple appointments and stringing it out. He incorporated stretches with the adjustment and strengthening exercises that have really helped me with my issues.
