Fantastic experience: My husband & I drove to Austin, Texas from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma so that I could get an appointment with Dr. Roy. I had done extensive research on mold specialist doctors. I was very impressed with the fact that Dr. Roy is an Internal Medicine Doctor & a Functional Medicine Doctor.! I have mold toxicity & my husband & I were very impressed with his knowledge in this & many other areas. We could tell that he has a very compassionate heart. He spent quality time with us, teaching us things & answering all of our questions. It is required by law to have the first appointment in person & for my following appointments, they can be done online through Zoom. Dr. Roy is so kind, intelligent & caring. After meeting him, I am going to have him as my doctor for Hypothyroid & Hashimotos too. He is highly trained in many areas. I have seen many doctors in Oklahoma who are not trained anything like Dr. Roy is. If you are struggling to find a great doctor, do yourself a favor & set up an appointment with Dr. Roy!

Fantastic experience: I've only been once, but I'll be back. Very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Intake interview was very efficient and client-focused. The IV with UV and Ozone was relaxing and quick and I had the best day of blood sugars that day and the next (I'm newly diagnosed Type 1). The purpose of the IV was to prepare for open shoulder surgery and I feel my recovery was much smoother than it could have been, incision healing was great and I had no worries declining the oral antibiotics the surgeon wanted me to take. No EBV reactivation as often happens when I go through something stressful.

Positive experience: I really enjoyed my visit with Crystal. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. This is my first time considering aesthetics and she made me feel comfortable. They only lost a star because of timing issues. They had to adjust the time of my appointment twice. Once they let me know a couple days ahead of time that they needed to move it later and I chose to reschedule instead. Then the day I had rescheduled it to also had to be moved later in the same day. I appreciate that they let me know they were running behind and gave me the chance to come in later rather than waiting longer. I understand these scheduling issues as I’m in the medical field as well so I wasn’t upset, but others may want to know to plan extra time. Crystal was totally worth the wait though!

Fantastic experience: About six months ago I lost all hearing in one ear, suddenly, due to what I would later find out was a virus in my inner ear. This was both frightening and challenging but I had faith that seeing traditional care providers would resolve the issue. An ER visit, three ENTs, dozens of hyperbaric treatments and several weeks later and I felt virtually hopeless about restoring my hearing. What’s worse was that I still had the underlying virus; what if it spread to my other ear? This is something that most ENTs don’t know how to address. I went to AustinMD about three months after losing my hearing from a recommendation and it’s changed my life. The virus was gone after my first oxygen ozone treatment and my hearing has improved to the point where the tinnitus is no longer crippling. However, the team, including Jackie and John, care immensely and found out about my situation and helped construct a plan to recover as much of my hearing as possible. The level of detail in John’s knowledge and his ability to give me every potential to restore my “post virus” hearing (many I never knew about) is such a life changing gift. I’ve worked with many doctors and care providers during the course of post hearing loss efforts and none have been so powerful to address the issue and comforting knowing they’re incredibly skilled healers. They genuinely care and have made a major difference in my life!

Fantastic experience: Very well run office, with quality staff from the receptionist to the doctors. Going here was a life changing event for me. Upon arriving here my first time I was taking several medications and my health was a mess. Dr Roy changed my life, getting me healthy and off all but 1 of 7 medication I was taking at the time. RN Jackie never has to make multiple attempts at your IV, she gets it right the first time. I do go back for hydration every now and again and always leave AUSTIN MD with that new me feeling. I highly recommend trying AUSTIN MD when you're feeling rundown and want to feel better! We need more Doctors and RN's like this office seems to have an abundance of! Fantastic experience: I love the entire team at Austin MD. Everyone is extremely kind, empathetic and truly concerned about each clients journey to healing . Whether you have a chronic health issue or just optimizing your journey for longevity, they are there to help you. I have been to other physicians and nurse practitioner’s who charge an astronomical fee but give you the wrong information and never follow up unless you pay an extra fee just to explain your labs. Also, the head physician will cancel appointments making you wait weeks or months to see him again. At Austin MD, Jackie, the RN who administers and manages the infusion clinic is AWESOME !!!! She’s such an amazing infusion therapist who works very hard. She interacts with each of her patients making them feel welcomed and calm. I truly love this place and have recommended them to anyone I know who is looking for a functional physician who knows his stuff. Dr. Roy is also a practicing ER physician who recognizes when a clinical issue may require traditional medicine or when a concern is truly an emergency. I appreciate that so much.

Fantastic experience: Crystal is so amazing! Not only is she professional and knows what she’s doing, she is so kind and really wants you to feel the most beautiful and confident you can be. I drive 40 minutes to see her and it is 1000% worth it. This is a GREAT facility for Botox and other services. What I love is she’s not the type of person to “upsell” like some of the other places I’ve been. You know when you go somewhere to do one thing and they tell you everything that’s wrong with your face… not here!! She will offer suggestions if you want her to if you have a specific area you want to highlight or want help with but she wants you to feel confident and beautiful and I just cannot recommend her or this facility enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Roy met with me and was able to help me with a very difficult to get rid off gut bacteria. At first I was not happy with the help I received but Dr. Roy went the extra mile to try and help me and he did! Within two weeks of his advice my situation took a turn for the better. I can actually say I am completely healed of that bacteria.

Positive experience: Dr. Kausik Roy was a pleasure to meet with. He is a knowledgeable, compassionate specialist that desires to fully understand your symptoms, to find natural solutions to improve or rectify them. This may require a series of expensive tests, but he only provides your options, with zero pressure as to how to proceed. I do not yet have the results of those tests or the suggestions to alleviate or improve my symptoms, but I believe in holistic natural medicine alternatives, and am hopeful that Dr. Roy will help me to achieve optimal health again.

Dr. Jenny is adorable, so smart and funny and really listened to me. She made talking about difficult issues easier, and I didn’t feel judged or awkward. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about Austin MD, really about Crystal, my super bubbly, aesthetician extraordinaire. She takes so much time with her people to make sure they feel good about what to tackle so be prepared to be there for a while. Luckily she's a joy to chat with! But what really makes this service exceptional is the follow up with text to see how I'm doing and sending before and after pics. This place is not super close for me, but now, I wouldn't go anywhere else. :-)

The providers are great and take the time to dig deep and find what’s going on, and treat you from the source. Fantastic experience: Crystal is amazing! I highly recommend her. I had a Dysport for the first time. Had lots of ferries and doubts. Crystal was patient, answered all my questions, explained every detail, and ensured I was comfortable with everything we did. I am happy with the result, and have no bruises! On the second visit, we did BBL - great again! I will be back again! Generally, Austin MD is an excellent clinic with reasonable prices.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I booked wellness IV treatments the week before our wedding to boost our immunity. The office was luxurious and clean and the staff was so friendly. During the treatments, I was able to get work done as my fiancé took a nap, it was such a relaxing experience. Thankful we invested in our heath here, we can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting the area and wanted a little pick me up so came in for an ozone IV. The process was easy and the nurse was great! Her IV stick was exceptional. Overall great experience. If I was local, I would take advantage of their memberships. They seem like a great value.

Fantastic experience: Really excited to work with dr. Jenny. Finally feel like I have found a dr who actually wants to help me figure out what’s wrong. Only thing I would suggest is having your front desk staff go over full pricing before just having them swipe your card, thought my deposit was for the appointment and it was a few hundred over what I was expecting for todays appt. It is what it is, but before swiping a card you should definitely tell the customer how much it is before charging the card.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience overall at Md Esthetics and Wellness. I’ve done ozone therapy, PRP for hair stimulation, Sculptra for facial volume (Crystal and Kat are SO sweet). I’m waiting on results from extensive lab testing with Dr. Roy for the functional medicine side of the practice. My first consultation with Dr. Roy was so thorough and I look forward to addressing the underlying causes of my hair loss and fatigue. A very well rounded practice overall for health, wellness and esthetics! Highly recommend.
