Negative experience: Lacks the professionalism for a Healthcare facility. I came in 15 minutes early for my 8:15 appointment per the text message. I checked in at 8:00am and forms were done by 8:05am. This place still uses paper to ask about your medical history. They're behind the time as most healthcare are going paperless with having you complete the forms online with a tablet. I waited till 8:45 and went to ask the receptionist how much longer. She said another 10 minutes. after 10 minutes of still waiting, I walked out. No professionalism and the receptionist wasn't friendly.

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant initial appointment. All my concerns were taken into consideration, all my questions answered and what I forgot to ask they covered it, the pricing is reasonable, and I felt my self-esteem increased just from before and after pictures.

Fantastic experience: Good afternoon to anyone who is seeking to have an awesome AB/EX experience handsdown. The moment I walked in and met with the staff, they were very professional. I met with Lisa, who was the coordinator she was very friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease. She focuses on what you're looking for, and if it is achievable, we went over everything all the details so there are no surprises on what your part is..... she's awesome. Then, I met with the nurse of the Amazing Dr. Ghisletta, who was also great at making you feel at ease. Dr. G, Omg is a very skilled and qualified doctor who delivers excellent results if you just do what she advises. I am so impressed and happy with my results, and im only 3 weeks out of surgery a1 week from second surgery. I had lipo and ab/ex. The procedure was less invasive than a traditional tummy tuck, and I healed and am still healing well and quickly, I had no complications whatsoever. I am so looking forward to my 6 month body if what I have after 3 weeks is this good. I highly recommend SonoBello to get the job done. Fantastic experience: I am 7 months post op and I can’t say it enoug, how so so happy I am with my results. Dr. G performed the Ab-X (skin removal) for my lower belly and I also had laser lipo done to my upper abs, lower abs, my waistline and my back bra roll area. I am 50 years old and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. Highly, highly recommend Sono Bello and Dr. G!!!

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk into the office it’s very warming and friendly, the girls at the front desk are very friendly.My experience with Lisa was great she took her time to answer all my questions and concerns she was never push at all. Today was my first procedure with Dr. G and nurse Elizabeth was amazing she calmed me down and walked me through what was going to happen step by step. As for Dr. G she’s an amazing surgeon she is very straight forward but not rude in any way. She also walked to thought everything. Negative experience: I scheduled a consultation on an early Saturday morning. I was asked to be in 15 minutes before my appointment which I was actually 30 minutes early. Upon arriving, I walked to the front desk. The woman behind the desk in front of the computer only acknowledge me when I said hi and informed her of who I was and that I had an appointment. She then handed me a clipboard and told me to fill out the paperwork. when I handed it back She just grabbed the clipboard, didn’t look up or say anything I had to ask Is there anything else needed from me. I was well ready for my 9:45 appointment however, 30 minutes past my appointment time I was still sitting there, no one bothered to let me know there was going to be a long wait. I gave it a few more minutes and then I left because I was still not called in yet. This place has a lack of common courtesy, lack of professionalism. I didn’t expect a wait like this on a weekend. There was only one person ahead of me when I came in an and she was already back there shortly after arriving. I’m assuming If our appointment is at 9:45 we shouldn’t expect to be seen a hour later. We all have things to do.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious upon arrival to my consultation, but Lisa helped me feel like I was in good hands and was making the right choice for my body. Her interest in my story gave me a sense that Sono Bello treats each person as an individual and wants me to feel successful through this process. Lisa is very knowledgeable about the variety of procedures and helped me choose what will work best for my body. I ended up choosing several areas to focus on which made the dollar signs add up, but Lisa worked with my husband and I on the cost by giving us various discounts. She also helped us reopen our Care Credit account for financing. I initially chose Sono Bello for its strong credentials and reputation, but Lisa’s kindness, patience, knowledge, and confidence in the company solidified my decision. I’m very excited for what is to come!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Sonó Bello Ontario that attended me for my surgery were amazing ! My pre op nurse Selena is ever kind and very informative on what I need to do ! I also had two surgery nurses on the day of my surgery Eric and Elizabeth and they were amazing I didn’t feel nervous because of how friendly they were and how good they took care of me . Dr.jones is a wonderful doctor very kind and did an amazing job on my surgery. I feel like my surgery went by fast because of how well everyone was I’m very happy and grateful in the experience I got!

Positive experience: The only reason they got 4 stars is because the staff was excellent. Loved my doctor and the girls in the office. The abex they did on my stomach looks good. Unfortunately, for the $19k I paid, I still have bra rolls and my legs actually look worse than before. Now when I wear leggings you can see uneven bumps and bulges. I was told I needed to spend another $2500 per area for their Venus procedure. I'm sorry but for $19k I should be jumping for joy. I will post photos later.

Positive experience: I was very nervous about going in and doing any of this but I was very excited also…Miranda was very nice and very good at explaining and helping with the paperwork…which put me at ease…thank you.

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start but I can tell you from my consult with Miranda to my procedure yesterday I’ve been amazed. I needed to get the weight off my bad knees so I chose to be aggressive on my thighs, everyone from checking me in to wheeling me out to go home were amazing. I have to give a huge shout out to Dr. Ashraf, she is absolutely amazing! I’m on my first day after my procedure and although being a little sore I am up walking with no pain. I can’t believe I’m sitting here and walking around pain free! I highly recommend that if you’re wanting to change something that you think of Sonobello first. I’m having a second procedure done on my stomach and now I look forward to it!! I would do it all over again!

Positive experience: My experience was a few years ago, the staff was incredibly nice. I had several areas done but my main areas were my upper and lower stomach. When I was having the procedure done they spent 80 of my time doing my back area not my abdomen. Then I was given the wrong garment 3 times. I spent 10k and the only thing that looked good was my back. I asked about my stomach area going down but was always told it was swelling. The state only allows a certain amount of fat to be removed so if you have several areas only do a little at a time because you might not get what you want.

Fantastic experience: I had my surgery this Thurs by Dr. Ashraf. She was amazing and I felt blessed to have her as my surgeon. She answered all my questions and gave me realistic expectations and honesty. She was also very warm and kind and has great bedside manner especially during surgery. I had 5 sections done at one time which is a lot but Dr. Ashraf works fast and makes you as comfortable as possible. During the more uncomfortable or sensitive areas nurse Kari was there comforting me and squeezing my hand which is exactly what I needed. Nurse Kari also has a really kind demeanor in general and I appreciate both Dr. Ashraf and nurse Kari very much. If I were to have another cosmetic procedure done I would 100% go to Dr. Ashraf and even travel if necessary to see her. Also wanted to thank nurse Julia for being amazing every step of the way from pre op appt, to perfectly putting in an IV before surgery and patiently answering all my questions post op… she is an integral part of the team that made this process smooth. It’s too soon post op to see full results and this requires patience but I do notice a difference and day 3 pain subsides dramatically. I’m excited for my post op this Thurs and to see the final results in 6 months. Having this procedure done has motivated me to calorie count again, eat clean, hydrate, and get on an excercise regiment as soon as I’m healed enough to do so. Thank you to the Sono Bello team for making the process seamless start to finish and for giving me the chance to have renewed confidence!

Fantastic experience: It’s was such a Pleasure to meet Miranda at Sono Bello, she answered all my questions, she really listened to all my areas of concern, she made me feel very welcomed. I love that The Ontario Office has 3 female surgeons they only take two patients a day, which that says to me, they take the care, and they’re time to focus on you. They also offer the cellulite treatment that I will also be getting done on top of my main surgery. I also want to mention, their office is so beautiful and have a zen quality to it. Fantastic experience: Very professional experience. Welcoming office with friendly staff. They explained to me how things worked in detail to my understanding. I appreciate they didn't over sell me in fact they let me know I don't have enough fat to remove and I just need skin removal. They are very trust worthy and well worth an appointment to see if they can help you meet your body goals.

Positive experience: I gave 3 stars because I feel like sono bello is just out for the money, I had my consultation with Sierra, and just like others said, "she jumped right into the money" another reason why I gave 3 star's is because for the price of my procedure I didn't get what I signed up for, I didn't find out until the day of my procedure that I was only getting my lower abs done! I was so upset because when I had my consultation with "Sierra" I expressed to her that my abs was my main concern, so she pinched my whole stomach and told me how much fat could be potentially taken out because of the muscle in my stomach. I was so upset because I knew that if I decided to cancel right then and there that I would lose a portion of my money that I had paid, so no! I wouldn't recommend sono bello to anyone! Because now I'm walking around with my lower abs done and my upper abs are still the same, "what a waste"...SIERRA is not there anymore, but she quoted me for something that I did not get!...

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible consultation. Be prepared to be embarrassed, told what you can tolerate or not tolerate by assumptions only and then in a condescending manner that what you need they don't offer. Well ok, but if all you offer is Lypo then say that in your advertising and not fancy names.

Negative experience: My husband went into one of your offices and had a treatment done for $3000.00 and there was no results or lose of any kind. And said come back for another treatment. I feel like you are just reaping people off. With that money he could have it done surgically.

Positive experience: Procedure was done almost 2 weeks ago… feeling good. Dr G was good and Miranda answered my question only down fall is no one answer your call there… I have tried many times but no one ever picks up the phone … I left 2 messages with the call center already. Very unprofessional for the amount of money I paid

Fantastic experience: While I wasn’t too happy with my surgeon during my service, truly every single nurse and office staff member deserve 5 stars so I can not minimize that for them. They are always so flexible and welcoming and answer every single question I have. Today I saw Julia & Taffani for my 3 month post op and they were amazing as always. My questions always get answered and I never feel like I am asking too many questions (even though I’m sure I am). Fantastic experience: I wasn't the one receiving the surgery but I went down every appointment and enjoyed every moment with the staff especially with the front desk personnel. At first it seemed like we would regret doing it, everyone expects to see results right away but give it sometime you won't be disappointed. The only thing I'm not happy with is I'm stuck with the bill ,but I have not heard my wife say I hate the way I look. Hey maybe I should get something done for myself.

And Miranda had a great sense of humor which was awesome and helped me feel more comfortable being there. Fantastic experience: My Sono Bello experience has been absolutely amazing. Dr. Cooper, athe nurses and my consultant Miranda all have been just as amazing. If this is what one week post op looks like for me and can't wait for one month. No regrets.

Fantastic experience: Sierra, my consultant was very helpful. She thoroughly explained the procedure, what I should expect, recovery & clearly answered all my questions. She definitely made my visit a great experience. I highly recommend her and this location. The facility was very clean & nice.

Fantastic experience: I was only bummed at the pricing. Everything was great and Miranda was very professional, we just couldn't get the pricing quit right. I will be trying to make an appointment in the near future though.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this location is amazing, friendly and very helpful. From my consultation with Miranda to the ladies at the front desk, my experience was perfect. Also, Dr. Elariny is the BEST! Before surgery I was so nervous, I asked my nurse could she cover my eyes so I wouldn't see the procedure & she actually did(got to love the staff). I slept through the whole procedure & I'm doing great after 1 week. So to make a long story short. I lost alot of fat but gained a whole medical family!!! They made my decision to do this procedure so easy.
