Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful for the help from Dr Jeff and Dr Cindy Tanzer and the team at Genesis. I've lost 52 lbs in 8 months. Managed to keep it off for a year now. The wisdom of learning all the fine details of what to buy and how much to eat was a life saver. I was a Caregiver to my Mom who had Dementia and 2 dogs who had Cancer. I was so stressed out and my hormones where out of whack. I couldn't understand why my own knowledge of being a health nut and Vegitarian for 30 years was not working. After my Mom and dogs passed away I immediately got in to see the Tanzers. It saved my life. Yes, it's expensive to do the program but not as expensive as buying a car, heart surgery, fancy drinks at the bar or even one out of town vacation. This is worth a lifetime of good health. Plus u can help others learn how to eat well. It's so great they have been they're for me even when I was finished the program. I love that the team like Delaney and Miriam never ignore my needs. Fantastic experience: I'm just getting started, but I have been very impressed with the contact from them. They send emails to help you stay motivated and call to check on you. One of the things that helps me the most is all the recipes. I don't have to search the web for a recipe and then have to adjust it to fit. I just need to look at their site and pick one that I want to use. The recipes I have tried have been great! That's a plus! Great food and no thinking. Just follow the recipes. Everyone has been super nice!

Fantastic experience: I started at Genesis 3 weeks ago and am down 4 pounds already, my ankles are no longer swollen and I feel great. When you follow the healthy way of eating, you don't feel hungry. I refuse to call it a diet because there is no way I can eat everything that is expected of me. (But I try). I have made some of the recipes in the book and they are good. Started my weight loss experience 3 months ago and have almost reached my goal. Think another month will do it, after you get used to the routine, it becomes second nature. Love getting into clothes that haven't fit for awhile.

Fantastic experience: I’ve done just about every fad diet that has come out in the last 20 years. I’ve read countless books, taken supplements and even done Bible Studies in an effort to do anything to lose weight. It always came back and then some. I’m now 2 months into the program and my blood pressure is normal for the first time in almost a decade. I’m sleeping between 7 and 8 hours a night versus 5-6 hours and my resting heart has dropped an average of 10 points. I’m also down 20 lbs. Fantastic experience: I've been with GHS since 2019. I lost the weight in 5 months. I was so happy it came off so easy. I've told everyone who asked how I lost the weight! Fantastic experience: I had the most awesome weight loss experience with Genesis Health Solutions. The staff was always so friendly and caring. Even when I reached some weight loss struggles, Dr. Jeff Tanzar coached me personally to help me across the slump. Although the program can be a little challenging to become accustomed to at the onset, it is so well worth it once you become adjusted to it.

Fantastic experience: I can’t believe how quickly I started seeing results! This has been the EASIST thing I have EVER done to not only lose weight but get healthy as well! I have lost 65 lbs., 9 inches in my waist and 8 ½ inches in my in my hips, 5 1/2 in my chest and 4 1/2 in my thigh...all without exercise! My resting heart rate has dropped from 92 to 67, I can bend my right knee without pain (10 years ago I tore my meniscus) and my confidence is back! I have never had these kind of results with any other weight loss program!! I was on Jenny Craig in my 20’s (when my metabolism was strong) and only lost 25 lbs. in 6 months. It was horrible and the food was disgusting. I was on Weight Watchers in my late 30’s and lost about 20 lbs. in 8 months. It was easier than Jenny Craig but slow going- but I didn’t like counting points and scanning in labels all the time. I’m 48 and didn't want to be this weight when I turn 50. I was tired of failing at losing weight and my self-esteem was low. After seeing the commercials showing regular people having success and keeping it off, I made the appointment to meet with Genesis and I am so glad I did! I can’t say enough good things about the people and the program at Genesis Health Solutions!! The people at Genesis are so knowledgeable, encouraging, understanding and give you all the tools you need to be successful! I don’t like to cook and I’m a picky eater, but this is the hands down the BEST and SIMPIEST way to lose weight! My goal is to lose 80-100 lbs. and have the confidence that I will get there. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner. There are some side affects that you may want to be aware of: • Increase in confidence • Lower joint and knee pain • Feeling more in control (food not controlling you) • Significantly lower sugar cravings • Lower resting heart rate • Improved sleep • Inability to keep yourself from smiling when people tell you how great you look and how proud they are of you!
