Negative experience: Extremely frustrated with my experience with this company. My vet had recommended the Omega oil and the Osteo tablets. The Osteo tablets would show up each month, but the Omega showed up one time (and even then, the dropper for the liquid wasn’t included). So I had to guess how much to give my pet. I logged into the account and the Omega was scheduled for every 200 days, which literally makes no sense. I asked Megan, my rep through the company, to change this to every 60 days and to please send a refill asap on 08/03. 3.5 weeks went by of going back and forth through email to find out it was never sent out and she let me know my next refill was in November….so much for changing the frequency to 60 days smh. After weeks of trying to get this supplement, I just gave up trying to get my refills and cancelled with them. There was no apologies or accountability. I do not recommend this company, they are a complete headache to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Called today to reset up auto ship. I spoke with a rep named Whitney . She is super friendly knows her job and help me through the set up . She made it very easy. Thank you

Negative experience: Abusive cancellation policy - forget about the FTC's investigation into 'dark patterns' - these guys aren't just hiding the option to cancel your sub, it's flat out NOT there. I ended up having to cancel my credit card to get out from them. I wonder how much free money they scam from senior citizens this way?

Negative experience: This was the biggest waste of money I've spent in my life. I could not stir one pump into my dogs food without vomiting. The smell is off the chart horrible.

Fantastic experience: My veterinarian recommended VRS and its products when my German Shepherd, then 9 years old, first showed signs of arthritis. For over 4 years, he took Omega Benefits and 'Osteo' daily. These supplements made an incredible difference in my boy's quality of life. They were just as effective as the one anti-inflammatory medication he took daily. These supplements ensured he had a great quality of life for the next 4 and a half years. VRS and its customer service representatives, especially Amanda, are exceptional. You are in good hands with VRS. Your animal companions will be healthier because of their products. I highly recommend this company and its products and thank VRS for all that it did for my precious boy.

Negative experience: Saw no difference in my dogs skin/coat after 90 days of use.No way to cancel online, purposely didn't add a credit card when I completed my first order on the account but apparently they saved my card info anyways and auto shipped another order.

Negative experience: Zero stars if I could. Tried to cancel an order for a subscription for my pet that is deceased. The shipment had not been sent, and they would not cancel. It would have been easy for them to have pulled the package. No, they let it get shipped and I had to refuse it. Very, very poor customer service.

Negative experience: Calling and emailing me to try to buy CBD oil. OK fine let me buy one bottle to try. Nope only offer autos hip. Only way to order a single bottle they say is by phone. These are crazy strong sales tactics. Get lost.

Negative experience: Please see all the One Star reviews with the same complaint about subscriptions below! They are all true!! Draconian company! I'm chained to this company because I need their products but their entire system is archaic and rubbish. Every time I need to cancel an order I have to call. They give you a 10 day notice previous to your refill but if that email is drowning in your mailbox you need to pull a hail Mary to get your money back when you call. Also mind you, the representative will talk to you as a teacher calling you out as a kid regarding why they give 10 days notices etc. I just need something in the level of Chewy or 1-800 PetMeds for returns and cancelations, not another parent to tell me how should I understand they have these outdated system and policies! I have 2 already and that's enough!

Negative experience: This company will sign you up for automatic homedeliveries. I do love companies with predatory practices and then hide behind terms and conditions. I also like how you can't unenroll from your home delivery online. You have to call your service number. I also find it funny that they were able to charge my credit card when there isn't one listed under my online account. I will NEVER use this service again. Thanks for wasting my time and money!

Negative experience: Like many others, I was signed up for the autoship program for further shipments without being specifically notified when I thought I was merely buying one bottle. The first I heard of the repeat shipment was an email, sent in early morning Eastern time, (I live on the Pacific Coast) telling me they were sending a new shipment. When I saw the email I called right away and was told it had already been processed and shipped, making it impossible to stop the shipment after getting the so-called he pre-shipping notice they said they give. When I made enough of a fuss, they told me I could write "refused" on the package and when they received it back, they would give me a refund. I did that, and called after a few days and was told they had received the package and would process the refund. After a month with no refund, I called back and was told it would be processed. (It was clear that no one had started to process the refund.) I did receive the refund but I will never do business with this company again.

Fantastic experience: Mary was diagnosed with feline urinary tract infection as a young adult. She is now (approx.) 16 years old. Since beginning 'flo cat' she has improved noticeably - she drinks less water and her trips to the litter box are far less frequent. Thank you for this product, Veterinarian Recommended Solutions!

Negative experience: Company automatically enrolls you in autoship, doesn't give you any notice before charging you for your next order, and doesn't let you cancel online. The owner will probably reply to me saying that they ALWAYS give 10 days notice before shipping an order, but you can sort by "lowest reviews" to see how many times that hasn't been true for people. He'll also say that the reason they make you call is because the company works directly with your veterinarian and wants you to let them know on the phone why you're canceling so they can tell your veterinarian. This sounds great until you realize that 1) they could set up an online form with your reason for cancelation and 2) you can actually keep your pet's health and medications a private subject between you and your veterinarian and you maybe shouldn't need to tell VRS customer service every detail. It's purely scammy business practice to try to extract as much money as possible.

Fantastic experience: VRS makes it SO easy to order your pet medications! Very affordable, and customer service is always very friendly, quick, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Canine Omega Liquid Beef with Dunbar since his cancer diagnosis in 2019. It helps with his skin, joints, and overall health. I would not use anything else! I started our other dog, Kaos, on it as well due to her arthritis and being on a ketogenic diet for epilepsy and she is doing great!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with the Omega benefits product I have been giving my senior dogs. They have been on the liquid formula for two years with all positive results. I have received every order on time and in good condition. I highly recommend VRS Omega Benefits.

Negative experience: Fraudulent charges were placed by the company after automatically enrolling me in autoship. You cannot cancel the autoship online and must call them directly. Furthermore, the company claimed to have a 2 week interval between each shipment but charged me after only 9 days. No return policy for brand-new, unopened products. I do not recommend doing business with them.

Fantastic experience: It was vet recommended that I use Omega Benefits for my Yorkie, she has some joint issues with her hind legs. She has been using it now for many years and now as a senior I can say it has certainly been a benefit to her overall health. I highly recommend this product.

Fantastic experience: After my four-legged best friend had his first TPLO surgery following a CCL tear, our surgeon recommended the Osteo TruBenefits® with Bioactive Glycoprolex™ for joint health and fish oil Omega Benefits® Capsules for heart health. He's now been taking them for years. I appreciate the convenience with auto-ship, as well as as ease of changing shipment dates if I need to. I trust that the quality of the supplements is good. I sneak the joint health tablets into Astro's breakfast, but the fish oil does need to be put in some cream cheese for him to eat it. Overall good experience with this company!

Fantastic experience: Amazing and streamlined customer service experience. They text or call whenever I need a refill for my dog's critical medications, I simply reply "yes" when I need a refill and the package shows up at my door shortly thereafter. I've also spoken on the phone to the company and everyone is super helpful.

Fantastic experience: Our boy Murphy has been on the large Dog Endo Blend for over a year now. He started having seizures and was diagnosed with epilepsy. Our vet recommended trying the Endo Blend instead of other medications in hopes that it would help. He has only had 2 seizures since! I love the automatic refills so I will never forget to order it. Fantastic experience: We order the Omega Benefits Canine. We have been giving it to my older dog for the past 3 years. He is a larger pit with skin issues. I see an improvement in his skin and I am happy to know it promotes joint health as well. The autoship feature is great so I never run out!

Fantastic experience: This website saved my dogs life. She is middle-aged. She started to have seizures so my vet at home recommended me to vrs. That was towards the end of 2021… Luna gets morning and night CBD small dog tincture. Never had an issue…and my second dog is very hyper and a little yappy, so I let him try a little - he turned out to be a whole different dog but he’s not totally not him anymore. He still is active just less hyper active. I tell all of my friends and family members about vrs cbd products. I get a bottle sent to my house every month. The workers on the phones are very very kind and helpful.I’m so grateful for this company. I trust this company so much. I am so happy my dogs are healthy and happy. Fantastic experience: Our dog, Lola started to limp on her right thigh. We took her to 3 different vets. the first wanted us to go to a surgeon and have her hip repaired, the second wanted $800 for 2 xrays. the third said lets try this. She gave us a perscription for some pain meds and a coupon for several dollars off Osteo TruBenefits Tablets. We tried it for 3 months and Lola stopped limping. Lola has been off the pain pills and on Osteo TruBenefits Tablets for 3 years and she is perfectly fine.

Fantastic experience: I've been giving my Rottweiler VRS Omega supplements since we got him at 1 year old. Our vet recommended it back then because his breed is prone to joint problems. He is now 5. He recently had a CCL scare where we thought he tore it. Luckily it appeared to be a sprain, and the ortho vet said that the VRS supplements could very well have been the reason it was not a full tear. I am so thankful for this amazing product and will continue giving it to my dog for the rest of his life.

Fantastic experience: We were prescribed VRS Canine Omega Liquid Hypoallergenic by our vet for our 10 year old dog, Piper and couldn't be happier with the results AND company! First, Piper loves it and gets excited to have it on her breakfast. Which is a huge win. And second, interacting with VRS has been a breeze and delight. They proactively called to introduce themselves, share their values, inform on their commitment to high quality products and explain the ordering process. Which is the best part. You can setup auto shipments for home delivery and they will even call ahead to make sure things are going to plan and confirm that you are ready for more. We have enjoyed VRS and tell all of our pet parent friends about them:) The only thing I would love is if a travel option were available. We went away for 6 days and couldn't bring the oil with us, as it needs to be refrigerated. But that is a minor suggestion.

Fantastic experience: 2 years ago my cat senior cat was lethargic and had a week immune system. My vet recommended the Hepato for her liver and Immuno-5 for her immune system. After 3 months she was like a kitten again. These supplements absolutely gave my angel a few more lives to spend with me. Fantastic experience: We have been using VRS Omega Benefits Canine Casules for our 12lb dachshund for several years. Before we started using this we were at the vet several times a year for back and leg pain requiring rest and pain meds. Since our pup started this med she has not had this issue. No more pain and no extra visits to the vet. While the pills are big to fit all the ingredients in one pill she has no trouble. She just crunches down and eats it.

Fantastic experience: This product with this specific company (VRS) was recommended by our Internal Medicine and Cardiologist at our Veterinary hospital, Northeast Veterinary Referral & Emergency Hospital. My 3 year old Husky/Shep mix developed sudden onset kidney disease and she was feeling horrible. The Dr.’s recommended VRS’s Omega 3 as part of a treatment plan in order to treat her. The CSR’s at VRS were extremely helpful in setting up my account and automatic shipping. The product is easy to use and I believe beneficial in her recovery (as well as many prayers). I even decided to put my older (8 yr) Lab on it as well to help with his lifelong allergies and new neuropathy issues. Negative experience: This site is a total scam. They sign you up for. Subscription automatically and then you cannot cancel it. Customer service sends you to the website, but the website has no way to delete or cancel the subscription. It should be legal and this company is NOT reputable. Do not give them your money or you will be stuck giving them money monthly with no ability to stop it. Absolutely the worst site I have ever done business with. Terrible customer service.

Negative experience: Your company and its products are a sham and a come on to trick people into buying products. when you cancel a medication, they lead you on by saying "Oh in 6 months we can check back" or make it available in 6 months then they say "Oh we sent you a email" didnt you see it, and they charge you. reporting them to the BBB,

Fantastic experience: My pets have been on Entero Tru Benefits for many years. I mix it into their food every morning. It has drastically improved their digestion, and their coats are SO soft and shiny! I truly believe Entero Tru Benefits helps their overall health because they rarely have veterinarian visits, other than their yearly check ups. In addition, I can't say enough good things about VRS customer service. They're all so helpful and friendly! Thank you for providing such wonderful products for my animals. What a great company!!

Negative experience: If you place an order they automatically opt you into an auto-ship program. If you look them up on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website you'll find they have a 2.6 star rating because of this. When I called to cancel they claimed the auto-ship option was selectable during the ordering process. I went back to look and indeed did find "auto-ship" in small print under the prices that I had missed the first time. However, the option is not selectable. You cannot order a product from this company without being enrolled in auto-ship. This is bizarre.

Fantastic experience: VRS has offered the supplements my senior dog needed to live the best life he could. As we prepare to say goodbye to our beloved boy, the VRS support staff offered amazing customer service during a difficult time and I will always remember that. We have 2 other dogs, and if needed, will definitely return to VRS for their needs.

Negative experience: I purchased chicken dog treats for $ 18.00 at COUNTRY OAKS VETERINARY Clinic in SUMMERFIELD Florida. Two weeks ago on Friday . I rescued a German Shepherd puppy that Monday . On Friday evening gave my mother’s Maltese Bailey a chicken treat. Then I gave my puppy who weighed 23 pounds two chicken treats. Within six hours both dogs were vomiting. They do not eat the same diet . Bailey is six the puppy is 14 weeks old. By Saturday morning they both were vomiting and lethargic. I took both of them to the only vet near me open on Saturday. He treated both of them . By Sunday at 3:00 am in the morning my puppy could not keep anything down. I drove him to the emergency vet in Leesburg Florida. I thought he was dying ! I called the owner of Country Oaks and talked with her. My puppy ended up going to the vet over this for a third time !Dr. Ramirez offered no help of any kind.Through further research My brother and I found that these treats with their specific LOT number EXPIRED on April of 2022. They were REPACKAGED and the same LOT Number with an OCTOBER of 2023 EXPIRATION date ! This is beyond HORRIBLE! My innocent puppy almost died! Because their care more about MONEY then our PETS ! Fantastic experience: I was recommended to them through my vet, Glendale Animal Hospital. My dog, Sampson, has been using OsteoTru Benefits for a while now. It has definitely helped him. The customer service is great too. They give you a heads up before payment will be processed and before your meds will get shipped. Overall, great service, communication and product.

Fantastic experience: We purchased this product for our Rottie after a friend's recommendation. Between aging, Lyme disease, and other health issues, he was not the happy, playful dog we'd always known...until about a half hour after his first dose of this. Unfortunately, our boy crossed the Rainbow Bridge earlier this week, but he passed so peacefully, and the end of his life was happy and lively. Customer service was incredibly compassionate and accommodating when I called to cancel our subscription, since we no longer needed it. I highly recommend this product (Endo Oil) and this company. It is well worth the cost.

Fantastic experience: Tranquillium is amazing! My rescue dog has severe separation anxiety and had become destructive to the point of endangering his own safety. Crating wasn’t a safe option as he would break out within minutes and bloody himself in the process. I was out of options. My vet recommended Tranquillium and it has changed our lives. Within a couple of days my dog was more relaxed, less anxious and visibly more comfortable emotionally. The destruction stopped and he is a happy boy now. He is still energetic (not sedated at all) playful, loves his walks and is engaged in everything in our home. Just no longer nervous and anxious. Thank you for this incredible product!

We have 4 dogs using the Osteo Benefits and the Omega Benefits. Mostly for joint health. All recommended by our vet. Upon starting these products we saw almost immediate results. Especially in our older pups. And in regard to working with VRS they have to be one of the best we have worked with. They actually pick up the phone (!) and all the folks we have spoken to have been knowledgeable and immediately helpful in setting up the correct shipping plans for each of the items we use. Last, they actually follow-up via both text/email and phone on upcoming shipments so you have reminders each shipping cycle should you need to change anything. They truly deserve the 5 star rating!

Fantastic experience: We have been purchasing Entero TruBenefits for two of our puppy mill rescues for over a year. Before using this product we had occasional digestive issues with both dogs. Fantastic experience: Our purebred Alaskan Malamute tore her ACL. We have given her 3 medications as well as a pain reliever. These include Osteo True (joint), Flexadin (colagen), and an herbal ligament. She has made remarkable strides toward being her original self. She now walks with no limp and can daily walk a mile or more with no problems. She has started jumping and spinning around like she did as a puppy. She is 9 years old.
