I feel a great emptiness. It was NS that started me on my quest to better nutrition. I'm forever grateful for your help and dedication. I miss all the employees, whom I consider my friends and family. My favorite places to shop. I'm praying and hoping that you'll reopen in PSL again bigger and better as we're one of the biggest growing cities in the nation, let alone Florida. Fantastic experience: The manager and entire crew are well informed and helpful (with a smile!) They carry specialty items, like organic hair color and almond cheese, that I can’t find in other stores. And every Friday is senior discount day!!!

Fantastic experience: I visited here yesterday and it was a really nice place. I didn't even have to ask for assistance. One of the staff noticed I was kinda "lost" looking for products and helped me out within just a few minutes of walking in the store. The store itself is also very clean with a nice selection of organic and vegan food as well as an impressive array of supplements. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jenn, whom I believe is the event coordinator. From the moment I approached her, she exuded kindness and was incredibly helpful in addressing my inquiries regarding pre and post-workout nutrition. Her knowledge and willingness to explain everything thoroughly made a lasting impression. On her recommendation, I decided to visit the store the same day, where I was fortunate to meet Heather. Just like Jenn, Heather was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. Their combined expertise and dedication to customer service truly stood out. I must say, this nutrition store boasts an outstanding team. Both Jenn and Heather went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered and my needs were met. I wholeheartedly recommend this nutrition store to anyone seeking not only quality products but also a fantastic customer experience. Fantastic experience: Staff is very courteous. The store stocks a variety of healthy products and nutritional supplements with a lot of choices. Shopping is hassle free and easy.

Negative experience: Be wary of a water machine at the front over here called Sapha Water. They're taking an addition $10 out of your card for each transaction? So if a gallon of water us $1 you will pay $11. IT TAKES DAYS TO GET THE MONEY BACK! What kind of company is this?

Negative experience: First off I called here ten times then sat on hold for twenty minutes. An associate came on and said I called the wrong side then I ended up waiting another 15 mins on hold. Foolishness. Finally I spoke to someone about the earths best rice cereal and he mentioned something about a recall. But how is it a recall if this store was still selling it. Now I’m looking to get legal advice and on what to do next.

Negative experience: Horrible service. 1 representative didn’t respond till the third time I asked for help. The other responded with “does it look like I work here?” Plot twist, they are both employees. Ended up going to whole foods down the street which has a larger variety of items. Very disappointed in the service I received today

Fantastic experience: Really clean, find what I need

Negative experience: I had given these people a fantastic review encouraging the general public to do business here for the fact that they began to put their items on sale due to extremely high prices. Unfortunately, that didn't last and they have since even increased the self-serve osmosis water. $0.39 went up to $0.50. For a little more, you could get the water already bottled in a brand-new container. That was about all I spent as I went up and down the aisles and saw that everything was through the roof.

Products are well selected, most of them are healthy, clean, organic, kosher, and eco friendly! The store is well stocked and very organized. If you are into homeopathic and natural remedies the supplements section is a dream! Food section has good brands and sustainable options, for instance grains and spices can be refilled to avoid the plastic containers. Staff is super friendly and available to help. Prices are great for quality food and products, plus the time saved sorting out all the junk sold at regular supermarkets. They run specials and some products like vitamins, supplements and natural beauty products are priced better here than online. I love that is a local and I can get a lot of my favorites products right away without and creating trash with boxes and packages. The name says it all Nutrition smart!

Positive experience: I came in because they carry the fruit and veggie wash that I like, however upon checking out I was extremely disappointed to find that they only have plastic bags for your items. As a store that carries many eco-friendly products for home and personal care, I would expect paper bags only or even tote bags for sale. Make sure to bring your own bag!

The store is huge with a variety of natural health supplements. What really made my visit special was the assistance I received from Eric. He didn't wait for me to ask for help , he offered it *with a huge smile*. I wish I could give 5 stars, but the employee experience is not so great..Every now an then you'll find a friendly employee at the checkout. I feel like the people on the floor are not approachable. No warmth, not even the manager. This is the type of store that you may have to ask question, or not. But when you ask a question or for direction to an item and it seems bothersome, it can make you want shop somewhere else. That's unfortunate because the store is a treasure.

I asked a lady for assistance and she pointed at general vacinity of products and it took me a while to find it as I don't have the best vision. They only had one manufacturer of it. So I didn't buy and I put back the other stuff.
