He responded very quickly and set me up with Renee Williams. Fantastic experience: The Quantum Nutrition Testing (QNT) applied kinesiology has improved my life! I’ve seen Renee for about a year and a half. When I started I was exhausted from 3 house moves in two years. Renee got me over that hump and more recently I was devastated by the death of a pet we had for 19 years. This followed several months of off and on travel and other stressful events. My grief was shocking to me and caused extreme fatigue and severe brain fog. Fantastic experience: I have been receiving treatment from Renee since June 2023. When I started with Renee, she told me to give the treatment a good year as I was a complicated case. I first became sick (out of the blue) in September 2019. One day my head was just all messed up. I can’t really explain the feeling other than it felt really heavy and I couldn’t think clearly. One Dr threw estrogen at me and told me it was menopause. One Dr told me to see a psychiatrist and one Dr who I had only met and talked to for 5 minutes told me it was migraines. I tried all of their treatments to no avail. My body started falling apart. I developed parathyroid disease, had my gallbladder removed and tore my ACL off, which also required surgery. Since I live in NYS, we can’t get the accurate Lyme tests (even though Lyme is rampant where I live). In 2020 I saw a very knowledgeable Lyme Dr who did tell me that even though I tested negative for Lyme, some of my other bloodwork was off the charts, which indicated Lyme to him. In 2022 I saw another Dr out of state who was able to get me the extensive bloodwork for Lyme, which showed positive. I started having severe stomach issues, which of course showed nothing on any of the invasive tests. A year later a friend told me about Renee and I contacted the office and started the program with her then. I’ve had to go through many ups and downs for the entire year. I was better, then something else would come up….a new symptom. Which Renee handled each and every time! Renee was there for my scheduled appointments and any time I needed her in between. I am FINALLY feeling like myself again after 5 long years! It’s unfortunate that insurance doesn’t pay for this treatment (which is actually the only treatment that has worked) and it is expensive, but when you’re so sick, wouldn’t you take your health over money? Fantastic experience: i have always struggled with getting adequate sleep and having a short fuse because of lack of sleep and once i got pregnant those symptoms were even worse. i was exhausted, emotional, and feeling like i could emotionally break at any second. I tried going to the doctor, taking different medications, therapy and meditation and none of those things worked for me as well as i had hoped. Dr. palmer had a consultation with me and after going over my levels she put me on a personal supplement regiment and just after two weeks of taking them consistently my life has completely changed. Fantastic experience: I had an initial Zoom appointment to meet Dr. Dean and go over my personal patient paperwork, health (or otherwise) concerns, and questions re his DNA testing and patient services. His Zoom was working, but unfortunately (my) Zoom (camera-only) was not working. We resumed the appointment anyway, and I would never know he could not see me. Dr. Dean was kind, personable, professional, and genuinely interested in my patient questionnaire and what I would be interested working toward if we went forward working together. Today's initial appointment was 30 minutes, and not one minute was wasted. I look forward to my follow-up Zoom appointment with Dr. Dean in one week to talk about DNA testing results, etc. Prior to this morning's Zoom appointment, I had been in contact with his office to set up this appointment, as well as make sure the initial patient paperwork was received and filled out correctly, etc. Each time I had interaction with his office, the women were professional, polite, kind, courteous, and generally enjoyable to interact with over the phone. Fantastic experience: In October, I received my 117 page DNA analysis report, which was so comprehensive that I'm still re-reading it to help me make better nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices for myself. In addition, Dr. Dean provided me with a quantum health analysis as a result of completing a questionnaire, which revealed the need for parasite and or bacteria elimination. I've been working with Renee, a Palmer Health Institute Associate Practitioner, who is so kind and knowledgeable. She patiently addresses all my questions once a week, and follows up with written protocols. Through this process she discovered the additional need to remove chemical and metal toxins. Some health issue triumphs so far have been: 1) Voracious sugar craving diminished 2) No frequent headaches 3) Brain fog lifted 4) Arthritis in left hand disappeared 5) Sinus issues greatly decreased 6) No more frequent acid reflux or diarrhea. I'm grateful to have been led to Dr Dean and Renee who developed specific protocols to help rid my body of parasites and toxins in order for the nutritional supplements and better food choices to work to overcome health issues as listed above and more. Fantastic experience: I appreciate the care, professionalism and support I get from every call whether it’s from my weekly check up or a call from reception or billing, everyone is so nice and easy to deal with.

Negative experience: I was a patient for a few months and stopped because I was slowly realizing that these people are scammers. The supplements work and they are great but the practices of the consultants is probably the worst that I have experienced in a long time and they are really good at lying and deceiving older people. They have a method of looking for diseases and problems in the body by using your arm and it looks weird and freaky at first but if you pay close attention, you notice that they apply pressure to your hand to push down when it is convenient for them and don't apply pressure when they want to show you that something works. They do it pretty quick so it definitely looks legit but you can tell that it's all a trick. Another thing that caught my attention was their ability to test you through the phone and this is probably the most obvious sign that they are scamming people left and right. Try it out, give them your money and let me know how it went.

Fantastic experience: I trust my consultant, Sojaila to help me treat the source of my health issues. It is amazing how easily you can get into a health issue. I recently got a tick bite while in a 6th floor condo! Thankfully with the correct supplements I am able to overcome the affects quickly because Palmer Natural Health knows how to locate the source of the problem and get the correct remedy. Other people I know suffered with health issues for months and take medication that has its own unpleasant side effects. Not me. Palmer Natural Health helped me through stage 4 cancer during Covid when doctors were not available to be doctors. Fantastic experience: I've been struggling with symptoms from diverticulitis for a few years since it was diagnosed back in August of 2020, and I wasn't making very much sustainable progress with conventional medicine. I would feel better for weeks, or a few months at a time after a regimen of very harsh antibiotics, but then the symptoms would return, and I'd have to go back on the antibiotics again. Since going to Palmer Natural Health back in November of 2022, I've been feeling much better without having to be on any harsh antibiotics, only natural supplements that didn't cause all the nasty side effects that I experienced while on the antibiotics. The only bad part is that because osteopathic medicine isn't recognized by my medical provider, it's all out of pocket expenses, and therefore more of a financial strain. But I am finally actually feeling a whole lot better, and not so afraid to eat, and enjoying different foods again. I had lost a lot of weight bouncing from liquid and soft food diets after a bad flare up and being on the antibiotics again, and quite honestly fearing almost everything I ate. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Sojaila for about a year and a half. I am not new to alternative health and and amazed at how accurate the Quantum Nutrition testing is. I had been seeing another practitioner in my home town and well just felt stuck in my health journey. I struggled with digestion issues, sleep issues, lack of energy. Fantastic experience: Prior to starting the program, with Renee at Palmer Natural Health; I was extremely stressed out, exhausted all the time, in a great deal of pain and virtually no quality of life. My adrenals were shot, my thyroid wasn’t working properly & my lower back/nerve pain was intolerable. I was very short tempered and moody all the time. Plus, I was having pretty bad heart palpitations. I started the program on Nov 2020 and within 4 days I felt so much better. My pain was gone, I wasn’t exhausted anymore, and my quality of life improved greatly! Literally within 4 days of whole food supplementation. I was able to start doing more things that my exhaustion and pain kept me from doing. It has allowed my back/nerve pain go away completely and I no longer need to take prescription pain medicine to deal with it. My next visit on Dec 2020 (during vacation) I was retested and some of my supplements were decreased; however, within the next two weeks that posed to be detrimental because I was back to being short temper and exhausted from the stress at work. I learned a lesson, to be cautious of being tested while on vacation since you are usually in a state of relaxation and decreased stress. At the next visit in Jan 2021 many of my supplement increased greatly to compensate for the crash. By my next visit in Feb 2021, I was feeling better than before but the stress at work as posing a major problem and my adrenals were still in bad shape. I went from very sick, overweight, diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis, never thinking I'm going to have another child to bringing a new beautiful baby into the world. Fantastic experience: I'm 73 years young and I have been working with Palmer Natural Health for over a year, and over that year I came off of 11 medications when I started and now I'm not on any. I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, COPD, back pain, knees and hips were giving me trouble as well. I have even had a touch of cancer. I'm no longer in pain at all. My blood pressure is pretty much what most might call normal without meds. My cholesterol is at normal levels again without meds. I can breath normal without the aid of meds. Negative experience: Beware, don't pay with cash. My wife paid $300, for 4 phone connections $75 each she used just 2 and canceled the other 2 in timely manner. When she asked the front desk that she wants the money back the answer was I don't know if this is refundable. Now, they don't pick up our calls.

I was given my paper work to complete and shortly afterwards the doctor came to the waiting room and addressed me by name and I followed him to his treatment room.
