Negative experience: I was going here seeing Danielle Doedens. I started seeing her in 2020-2021 as my main PCP then she randomly took me off as her client and i was assigned to some random nurse practitioner as my PCP. While with her I had went in at 19/20 years old for important HPV vaccine and after the second dose we must've both forgot to get me the third one and nobody at pandya or Doedens herself alerted me to come in for the third dose to complete the series. If you're a man than seriously consider other options if you live in cumming or dawsonville. There is not a Dr at pandya that will take care of you the way you want. Subpar practice, worth driving to Atlanta for real care.

Negative experience: Went there first week in July. They said they would prescribe meds that they never did. They told me they would contact me about blood work. They never did. They said they would also contact me about scheduling a follow up appointment and they never did. Every time I contact them I get the run around. Why is it so hard to find a doctors office that actually cares in this day and age?

Fantastic experience: DR SESHA SATALURI Is absolutely amazing! She really cares deeply about what she does and it shows- One of the greatest human beings I’ve ever met.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there, including the front desk ladies Wendy and Etta, Kinsey, a nurse among the other nurses, Elizabeth in the lab and Dr. Chelsea Lineberry, are all so accommodating and nice they really care about the wellbeing of the patients and their families. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to change or relocate and need new primary care.

Negative experience: I would not recommend Pandya Medical Clinic as their system is running on old technology, they do not send reminders about your appointment and in case you miss it because of some emergency, they do not bother listening and charge you $75 for the same.

Negative experience: I have been going to this practice for years. I missed an 8am appointment because my 6 month old was up all night sick and I am now being charged $75. I understand policies and they are needed and important but no exception for extenuating circumstances is ridiculous. Myself and my family will now be going elsewhere.

Negative experience: I’ve been on one single medication for years that I need maintained every 90 days. Recently moved to Dawsonville and this is the place I went with because of the reviews. This place could not seem to get that prescription right. Every single time I went to pickup, the prescription was wrong and I would end up having to contact my doctor and tell them what medication to call in. After 3 times, I finally had enough and started the new patient process over with another provider.

Negative experience: Isn't it suspicious that all reviews are all 4 and 5 stars? We personally have been ignored for 14 months. Pandya won't reply to our pharmacy, to us or our needs. I dare anyone to get hold of a live person on the phone or have them call you back. We went so far as to taping a notice to the front door for the office manager to call us. In regards to the office manager of the Dawsonville office, Debby Morgan. SHE gets 5 stars for helping us out last year in June BUT BUT BUT even she had a hard time getting anyone to respond. In the last 14 months no reoccurring prescriptions were ever filled with 'refills' available. No one has ever responded to a refill request from our pharmacy or by leaving a message on pandya's Rx line.

Negative experience: Just fyi. I tried unsuccessfully to get an appointment for three days. Holding for long periods of time and leaving messages for a call back. Was never able to contact anyone or receive a call. I made an appointment with another doctor.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved from south GA to north GA and the first place I found was a terrible experience. However, this practice is outstanding. Corey, you’re awesome at what you do and I appreciate how caring you are. Keep up the good work guys!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Pandya Center was Feb. 15th, I moved to Ga. from another state and was looking to get established with a primary care physician to oversee my chronic health issues.. Staff was very friendly and helpful in coordinating my appointments, checking in at front desk and the nurse tech was very nice collecting all my information to log into the system. Cory Cleveland, a N.P. was professional having a personal friendly touch that made first time visit easy and comfortable, It's hard adjusting to new doctor's after going to same ones for years. 5 stars on my first visit, Thank you Team at Pandya Medical Center.

Positive experience: Love Cory for his bedside manner. He is very thorough and listens to you. Can't find that much in doctor's these days. Only thing I have had an issue with is some of the med refills and I have ran out several times due to this. Not the doctors fault but the nurses fault that handles refills. So that is the only negative thing I see. The doctor is fabulous and will definitely stay long term.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars because of Dr. Murphee. I am extremely picky about doctors and don’t like any other doctors I’ve seen spanning multiple practices. Dr. Murphee is nice and extremely thorough which is hard to find in a doctor. My husband and I both see her as our primary care doctor now.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Abi is a wonderful doctor. She is warm and understanding. Talking to her about issues with diet and exercise are not met with judgement but gentle suggestions. The staff at Pandya in general are great!

Negative experience: Was moved from waiting area to exam room fairly quickly. After waiting over an hour in exam room with seeing nobody but nurses, I left. I did step out in the hallway twice and asked if it would be much longer, so it's not like they forgot about me. And to top it off, I was fasting for this appointment. My last 3 visits there have been like this but the last visit was the longest wait.

Positive experience: I have always been very satisfied with Pandya and I understand that things aren’t always going to be perfect but I waited over 45 minutes in the exam room before I saw the doctor. That was too long for any practice. But other that that all was well.

Negative experience: Initially, I was very pleased. It was easy to schedule an appointment, the front desk staff is friendly and accommodating, Dr. Abi was attentive and proactive with my care. However, after my first visit for a physical, I had to return to re-do a test because of insufficient cells in the sample (their error, NOT mine). When I called to reschedule, they failed to tell me (and I failed to ask) that I'd be charged for an office visit and the complete test (again, I already paid for the first test that was ruled inconclusive because of THEIR error). While the front desk staff was friendly and apologetic, I simply am not willing to pay twice for someone else's error.

Fantastic experience: Nurse Practitioner Audra is an outstanding medical practitioner! She was able to schedule a telehealth based on a request the same day for a review of a plethora of infected bumps on my husband’s back. After thorough questioning and a careful scanning of the problem bumps, Ms. Audra promptly ordered the applicable medication the same day and gave careful and detailed instructions on how to care for the back until the problem went away. She also requested the scheduling of a follow up meeting to ensure appropriate progress. Her intelligent questions, clearly excellent medical knowledge, attention to detail and thorough analysis gave us total confidence that we had received top quality care. Ms Audra is a standout!!
