Fantastic experience: This is the best chiropractic clinic I’ve ever been to. The entire culture and staff are so wonderful. My favorite facet is that they are phenomenal with babies and children. Today our newborn had a check in to asses his alignment and nervous system for any trauma from birth. I’ve learned having your baby seen here as early in life as possible is the best way to prevent going down a road of health issues such as ear infections, digestive troubles and behavioral struggles. I feel so much peace of mind after having our little guy scanned and seen today.

Fantastic experience: I used Proactive Health and Wellness Chiropractic after the birth of my first son and made sure to come in earlier with my second due to the great care and changes I saw in my children after birth. They go through a lot and little did I know all the stress put on them during labor affected their demeanor when they came out. Definitely recommend bringing your newborns and infants to get their bodies back on track after delivery.

Fantastic experience: I love this place and everyone who works here. Truly. I always leave feeling so refreshed and deeply cared for. It’s amazing. I came originally two years ago when I was pregnant and my daughter was breech at 34 weeks along. Dr. Lydia successfully helped get me in alignment to allow her to turn on her own and I had a seamless delivery thanks to her. Today I brought my five year old son in to hopefully help with reflux and some restless leg symptoms and I’m confident he will feel overall so much better by receiving care here. I came in for my first adjustment in a while today and my right eye has been twitching non stop for two weeks driving me crazy. One adjustment and it’s stopped immediately. I don’t know how she works her magic, but she seems to do it every time. I’m absolutely bringing my entire family in for care. The best. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: This experience has blown me away! I really find that even though I had no “chronic pain” I was feeling tightness in my right hip and and some misalignment in my body. Knowing that I want to conceive a child in the next year I wanted to be proactive about my health, so I went to see Dr Lydia. She immediately pinpointed the misalignment and after just 3 adjustments my body feels so different. She told me to come back in 2 weeks and I’m sad it’s not more often they’re not pushy in any way shape or form, and truly want the best for your body and health. Fantastic experience: Update: Now it's been almost a year and the whole family (2 adults, 6yr old, 3 yr old) is under a care program. Love it! Sleeping better, body moving better, learning more about our bodies and love the every 2 week interaction with the office team! I've been going here for about 3 months and feel so good! Today my son went with me to see what an adjustment looks like and he is interested in seeing Dr. Lydia as well!

Fantastic experience: At the recommendation of my wife, I visited the offices during an open house and scheduled my first appointment. My past several years I have had horrible back pain every morning. I could only stand for a few minutes before feeling the need to sit down and stretch out my lower back. In weeks prior to visiting it began to affect my hip so bad that I would have problems getting comfortable enough to sleep. As much of a skeptic as I was of visiting a chiropractor, I had absolutely nothing to lose. I left my first visit feeling fine but it was the next morning that surprised me. I woke up and took the dogs outside and my back wasn't tightening. The pain that I was waking up to for several years was gone. The nagging hip pain had subsided as well. I was so accustomed to hurting that waking up without the pain felt like being given a super power. Not all bodies are the same and not everyone may respond as quickly as I did but waking up without pain deserves way more than 5 stars.

She explained every step of what she would do, and why she was doing it. My daughter's felt very relaxed and comfortable and I am glad that I found such an awesome place.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr Luke I don’t even remember how many years ago. Probably 8 or 9. He was working in my chiropractors office in Delaware, Ohio. My chiropractor didn’t work Fridays and inevitability I would need an emergency visit on Fridays. Looking down while breastfeeding all day always causes a vice grip like pain in my neck. Even though he wasn’t my main doctor then I knew he would always make me feel better when I went in. After he was there for a while he moved to Proactive I stayed at chiropractors in Delaware for a while, but then decided to go visit Dr Luke at his new place. We have never looked back. He may be an over 2 hour round trip, but he is worth it. I have 4 boys that play travel baseball, run track, play football and wrestle. Along with wrecking their dirtbikes often. Chiropractors aren’t just for backs. When the ER turns us away and send us with OXY for a 15 year old, Luke gets us in only to find out he has ribs out from wrestling practice. When ankles hurt because you are growing at a rapid rate, 5ft2 and size 11.5 men’s shoes at 11 years old. He adjusts that. When your pitching elbow hurts he adjusts that in time for your next tournament. I FINALLY have all of my boys out of pull-ups. Let me tell you what that feels like. To finally not have to worry about bed wetting. I am a doula and I trust ALL my families to Dr Luke and the staff. Also, as a doula, when you spend days in hospital chairs and throw out your back. Dr Luke is always ready to do an adjustment when I am on my way to my next birth so I am ready to do another 12 hours of hip squeezes. My 4 boys and I just appreciate him so much.

I’ve recently had some pain setbacks and she has easily accommodated my needs in her approach to healing—I always look forward to adjustments with her. The office staff and the vibe of the Proactive business is positive and energetic and the people are always accommodating and willing to help all they can. I also see Sarah for occasional body massages and she takes the same holistic approach to pain management as Dr Lydia. Sarah is attentive and does a great job working out areas that are holding pain.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing group. They have been helping my daughter who has an unknown pain disorder, scoliosis, and a cyst on her spinal cord. Proactive has managed to help her stay on top of the worst of the pain and helps keep her going. Dr. Luke and Dr. Lydia are amazing chiropractors and their front end staff is awesome and friendly. I've been here at least twice a week for the last several months to help my daughter keep functioning and not once have we had a day where anyone was short with us or rushed us or didn't treat any patient we saw there with respect. They also have a person onsite who offers massage services. We haven't used them as yet, but we look forward to it! We travel over 20 miles (almost 40minutes each way) from home to come to this office because of how much care and consideration they offer my daughter. Too many medical doctors have shrugged off her symptoms and passed it on to another specialist. They are worth every minute of travel and dime spent because I get to see hours of respite for my daughter and no one else offers her that.

Fantastic experience: Luke and Lydia are the best! I started coming in for care about 4 months ago for hip and shoulder pain residual from a sports injury i ignored for years. I was taken seriously, and felt validated for the pain I experience when they noticed I have signs of scoliosis. It took a couple sessions but I can notice a drastic difference. I feel instantly better every time I go, and in time have had long term relief. I have also been provided helpful workouts and stretches. Something I did not expect at all - have asthma, and for a long time have had to use an inhaler at least once a week. Since I have started chiropractic, I haven't had to use my inhaler a single time.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lydia has made the transition into motherhood amazing this first year! It is hard to put into words how intentional and caring Dr.Lydia has been with my little guy and myself. Most recently I took my oldest (2) and youngest (4mo) and they benefit in so many ways from their adjustments! My 4mo is sleeping so well and developing wonderfully! Dr. Lydia and Dr. Luke always address my concerns and help me troubleshoot! In terms of my own postpartum healing it has been so amazing to see how my body responds to adjustments! They have made my healing process much easier!

Fantastic experience: My daughter got me a massage from here for a mother's day gift. She said the massage therapist Sarah was extremely good and very nice. So I finally went, and not was I not disappointed! She was helpful, patient and very professional. Sarah made me feel at ease since it was my first massage in a year and a half. Boy did I miss these! The practice is very comprehensive and the ladies in the front (Savannah and Emily) were very nice and helpful as well and the warm greeting was the first indication I would really like this place. Very relaxing and therapeutic experience. I'll be back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Luke and his team are beyond amazing. Being a mom to four boys with three having different brain injuries has created a challenging journey. We have seen many chiropractors for care to help heal our boys. Dr. Luke has been the turning point in their healing. He has brought so much hope in our overwhelming days.
