Fantastic experience: Staff was extreamly nice Dr Ward Was the best! Was not put to sleep but given meds to relax me. Instead they made me talk non stop. My poor Doctor Was so kind thru it all. Seriously going to the dentist is so much worse. Loved all the employees there. I m retired (69) but if I worked outside The home i could have easily went back the next day(except no heavy lifting) This new way of lipo is so much better than it was 35 yrs ago where I was left black and blue for months. This time I hardly had a bruise at all I m now 13 days out and no sign at all. If you re considering Lipo I highly recommend Sono Bella!!!! I rate them a 10!!

Fantastic experience: This was my follow up following my procedure one week ago and this visit went just as smoothly as the first - my experience with Sono Bello has been one of complete satisfaction, professionalism, and consistency from day one. Today I met with Nurse Amber, who could not have been more accommodating, professional, and courteous - as well as the entire reception staff. I highly recommended this facility and its staff.

Positive experience: One week post-op AbEX procedure. So far so good. I don’t think I had the full scope of the recovery, but hopefully it’s all worth it in the end. I’m one week out and it’s the 1st day I felt even remotely close to be a normal person. This is hardcore. Expect to be out of work and just off until at least the week check up.

Negative experience: So I have begun my weight loss journey and I have been losing weight and I'm starting to see kind of skin hanging and I'm like okay I've always wanted to just get a tummy tuck and work on everything else I called myself putting in an application as well as calling this location. And I don't know if they care or understand to be 6 ft tall African-American woman who used to be 419 pounds and has lost weight. For it to be so discouraging when you put in an application and you get this message and you call and they have the audacity to not so much laugh but you can hear the discussed it just completely hurt me I am going to go with a different route and I understand these are reviews from people actually coming into the location but I had to do a review that I couldn't even get to step One and like I said they may not care they may not call me they may not anything I'm going to put the screenshot of the message that I received I'm trying to get my health my life in order this has been a long journey it just made me cry.

Very friendly, she makes you feel very comforting while in her care! She makes the room very cozy and continuously checks in to ensure you’re comfortable! I highly recommend her for these treatments!

Negative experience: I drove almost an hour for an appointment. I called in advance because I was going to be 15 minutes late and they told me to still come. I arrive and they tell me they can no longer see me.

Negative experience: This place has no respect for people’s time. My wife had a 10am appointment. At 10:35 we were still sitting in the waiting room and told it should only be about 15 more minutes. Lol! So we left! Believe the other bad reviews and don’t waste your time with this place. On a side note, the two people at the front desk were very nice.

Negative experience: At my pre op appointment the provider was 3 hours late (due to an unforseen complication). I was very understanding but another patient was not so they sent the surgeon into that room before me. Then I voiced concerns during my first 2 post op appointment to which the nurses stated they would get with the surgeon and get back with me (still have heard nothing). Then this morning while driving to my last post op appointment I get a text that says due to a booked schedule if you are going to be late you will need to be rescheduled. I had already been driving over an hour in traffic. Needless to say due to a lack of concern for my time, my concerns I cancelled ALL future appointments. Very displeased with the process and how I have been dismissed.

Fantastic experience: I came to Sono Bello after weight loss surgery because I was concerned about excess skin and fat pockets on my abdomen/ Mya is my patient coordinator and she was so excited and enthusiastic that it made me feel even better about my decision to go with Sono Bello. She was very clear and concise about everything I was going to experience and made sure I got the best pricing. I cannot wait for my surgery and to post the results. I am thankful Sono Bello exists because his is way less invasive than the standard tummy tuck surgery.

Fantastic experience: First of all the office space here is absolutely spectacular. Chefs kiss‼️ I can't say enough about the ATL location. Highly recommend! I actually had a revision/satisfaction procedure here. My original procedure was done in another state, but oh how I wish I would have started here! They were so gracious to revise me, one physician working over another, and I couldn't be more greatful. Even if you're considering getting work done, and don't live in GA, it is worth the trip! Trust me I am about 6 weeks post-op from lipo (full abdomen: upper/lower/flanks or love handles/and back bra rolls; let's just say I am already loving my results. With swelling diminishing, I am still a bit sore and itchy lol but things are coming along for sure! I am trying to get even more consistent now with working out and making healthier choices. Dr. Ward is absolutely AMAZING!!! He listens, he keeps it real and gives his honest opinion and advises what to expect. The nurses are awesome. Reception is always so sweet. Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff and journey! My consultant Jules was so thorough about the procedure, the doctor did a marvelous job! I’m at my 6 month postop, and my results are WOW! Better than I would have even imagined! I still can’t believe this body is MINE!

Negative experience: I arrived 15 mins early to fill out my paperwork and sat a little over 45 minutes waiting to be seen for my consultation. The consultation also takes a hour. I went to the restroom, came back and still wasn't called. I was told another 5 mins and 15 mins went by still nothing. A procedure that I was already nervous about. So long story short I left and won't be back. Pack your patience if you guys consider them.

Fantastic experience: The entire office is nice and professional. Wes, Manny, and Dr. Kevin Ward are so wonderful. Dr Kevin Ward prayed over the procedure, his nurse, himself, and me before the surgery. I have never had a provider pray over the surgery or me. Usually I pray over the the procedure, the doctors hands, and myself. This just made me feel at ease, his prayer was powerful. I was so impressed with the way Dr Kevin Ward and the staff worked together. If I ever need anything else done Dr Kevin Ward will be the one doing it. 10/10 is my recommendation!!!

Negative experience: They make you pay for a satisfactory guarantee, give you uneven lipo and refuse to fix it. The person determined it wouldn’t be fixed had no medical background and claimed it was scar tissue without even touching it. I had post op massages by people who massage people with lipo every day and they all said it was just uneven lipo. Not satisfied spend your money somewhere else.

Negative experience: This is a PSA to do your research! Facility, is clean and welcoming. Front desk staff amazing. However, “free” consultation is not accurate. I have had pervious surgeries completed and the experience has been completely different. Sono Bello team presents really well at first to acquire your business. However, the team is so large your in frequent contact with different people who tell you something different. At the end of the initial consultation you are charged a $500 deposit and rushed into selecting a date. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! My elderly mother was misinformed she did not realize her procedure would require incisions as the consultant kept referencing laser technology. After reviewing her documents I informed her of what this procedure would intel and she was not aware. So that her deposit was not a complete waste I decided to have a procedure in her place. Again, surface level everything went well. However, the information the Dr. Stated I was not ideal for lipo but with any surgery there are no certainties, so I decided to move forward. Until the day before my surgery the required meds as stated in contract “if you do not arrive with required meds your procedure will be canceled.” Nonetheless, this does not apply if it’s due to their negligence. I was told that meds would be provided and that I can wait on the prescription for pain meds to be sent and pick up afterwards. After expressing my concern with this I decided to not move forward and ok with forfeiting the deposit. However, not even a week later my elderly mom who was perviously misinformed was charged over $10k for a procedure she did not have or consent too. When she made her deposit copies of her ID and payment method were taken and used to authorize this transaction. In a world powered by beauty and the ideal of looking a certain way ladies and gents BEWARE!! You are talked into procedures and sold this fantasy all while they are preying on your desire to look a certain way. Prior to this complaint contacting the facility was a breeze! It’s been over a week and we are consistently being sent to the operator who continues to leave messages on our behalf without a call back. Initially I was told she would receive an immediate refund as this was a mistake. After 2 business days of no pending refund, I was then informed by another consultant that it was stated I had the procedure. Hilarious, I would definitely recall if I had lipo! Again, this was not my first time. My suggestion is use the other locations or a board certified Dr as this is Atlanta, they are not hard to find. Take time and do your research and DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PAYMENT information!!! If you have an older relative interested in services please accompany them to the appt. To throughly explain what is being said to them So they are not taken advantage of in this manner.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing. I had the best experience with my procedure. Dr. Ward is amazing. I would highly recommend this facility. Staff very personable. If you have high blood pressure. I ate plant based foods from Strive Foods in Sandy Springs in addition to no alcohol and taking for 2 weeks prior to my surgery. Make sure to take blood pressure pills everyday.

Fantastic experience: Finally made the decision to get my stomach and back smaller. I’ve tried working out for years with no result. As I got older it became harder to shed the fat. When I came to Sono Bello, I was motivated to get the results I couldn’t get on my own. I arrived at my consultation appointment and met the staff. They were friendly and welcoming. I was evaluated and discussed areas of concern. Once I was provided the cost, which I was already prepared for, there was no hesitation. From the moment I paid to the day of surgery, everything went smooth. On the day of surgery, I was a bit nervous but not for the procedure. I had no second thoughts about that. It was more so the pain I would have to endure during my recovery. The day of surgery and my surgery went well. My doctor was wonderful. She kept me calm, relaxed, and I was awake during the procedure. The nurses were also wonderful. Post surgery recovery and visits were great and the staff continued to greet me with warmth and care. It’s been three months and I’m over joyed with my results. I still have some swelling but it’s expected for a little while longer. My cloths fit me better. My stomach is flat. And my self confidence and self esteem is higher. I would recommend sono Bello Atlanta to anyone seeking a little help getting their body back to how it was pre-LIFE. It was money well spent.

Does his work well and strives to give you the desired body. He does the work, but it doesn't exempt us from doing our part. Office Manager Natalie amazing personality, very welcoming. Very funny. Front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly, especially Wesley (Wes) very helpful, friendly, and pleasant to speak with every time we are there. Shout out to my Consultant (who is no longer there), Tanairi. I would like to thank her so much for helping me start this process. I truly hate she was not there for the finish. Sonobello team Atlanta is the best with making you feel comfortable and welcomed. Love it! Great Experience! My suggestion is do your part and work hard. The Sonobello Atlanta team will truly get you to where you desire to be and don't stop there this is part of a lifestyle change not a replacement for weight-loss.

Fantastic experience: I had my first consultation at Sonobello located in Atlanta, Georgia and while I did not really have any expectations for my experience there other than just to get the information I needed to make a decision on whether or not to have the work done, I was highly impressed by the level of professionalism and service that I received by the staff, specifically Ms. Nika! She was very knowledgeable, personable, and honest. She made me feel very comfortable speaking about a topic that is innately sensitive. In addition to providing information and answering my questions regarding lipo, she recommended some other doctors/companies for other type of cosmetic work that I was interested in having (even though she didn’t think I needed it because she said I was still beautiful without it) I would definitely recommend this sonobello location to anyone who is considering lipo.

Fantastic experience: Honey if you desire to be FINE, go to this location and ask for Dr. Mon! I had my procedure last year, it’s been one year and I am still FINe! I’m pleasantly surprised how the fat doesn’t come back in that area. This AMAZING Doctor sculpted me, and brought back my figure from before my hysterectomy and it’s better than in my 30’s. She’s also a true doll and she checked on me the first week of my procedure.

Wes is the receptionist and every time my visit, he is so welcoming, a great smile, and make you feel at ease as a new or existing patient. Fantastic experience: My experience with Sono Bello Atlanta was amazing from start to finish. I had my consultation with Liz and she was awesome, very informative, and provided me with excellent service. Dr. Betuzzi performed my surgery with the assistance of nurse Toni. They both were amazing and took very good care of me. I recommend Sono Bello Atlanta and be sure to ask for Dr. Betuzzi!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful nurse names Toni! She was so ready to make me feel comfortable! She addressed all of my concerns and introduced me to the office manager Liz, who managed my follow-through, throughout the process! Dr.MacMan was very passionate about his skills and his ability to snap my body back into shape! He was phenomenal at his craft until he refused to refill my oxytocin pain meds, despite my pain level! I understood the philosophy and the conversation around opiates, however, I’m 50 years old and my back, flanks, and bra rolls lipo pain levels were so unbearable that is was straight intolerable! Needless after about a week of healing, using borrowed OXY and much rest! I will ready for my Abex procedure, March 14, 2023

Fantastic experience: I absolutely Love this Atlanta Sonobello location, all of the staff are so friendly & professional! Wesley is my favorite ❤️! I absolutely love him, he makes my day everytime I come in…. His warm smile and beautiful soul just radiates everytime I see him, he is awesome!

Negative experience: The lady acted very much as if she was not interested in helping me at all. The last time I was here the lady was way more attentive. Once we discussed price she offered me a discount and then told me that price was based on my bmi and once i lost weight it would be much less. Liz did not have any interest in helping me but I was ready to put my deposit down today. Someone followed up with me saying they would have a manager contact me and that never happened.

Positive experience: My experience at Sono Bello has been great. The staff are supportive and understanding. Front staff (Wes) is always a joy and pleasant person to see and talk to. My only dislike is the wait, you’re usually waiting over 30 minutes past your scheduled time to be called to the back. Either than that, it’s been great.

Positive experience: My review for two procedures. My lipo 360 was done back in February. There's a difference but I'm hoping for better results. I purchased the venus treatment package to help with the results, so far its going great. I love Mahsa. She's the best. I have a few more treatments to go and I'm hoping for the best.
