Negative experience: I didn't have the oportunity to have any services in this place, because my first call was to make an appointment, and that's where the problem started. A very unprofessional rude lady answer the phone. Unfortunately bad costumer service is becoming a habit and a more frequently thing in many places. I am just leaving this message so you can take care of the matter because the solution is not in bloquing me I can garantee you that.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down a 5 star review! I would give more stars if it was an option. I have been utilizing the services by Dr. Joe for maybe 3 months. Prior to Dr. Joe I lived every day in pain that caused me to lose sleep at night and negatively impacted my daily life. Within the first two weeks my pain was significantly reduced. Only about 3 months later and I am nearly pain free. I am back doing the things I love and enjoy and even my husband is constantly commenting on his disbelief of my reduction in pain and ability to function. Dr. Joe is caring, empathetic, and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. He has gone above and beyond to ensure I understand the treatment I am receiving and not just what is happening but also how and why it is important in my healing process. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for over 4 yrs now. This is by far the best chiropractor I’ve been too in over 10 yrs of visiting different chiropractors for my neck and shoulder issues. This was the first place ever to offer x-ray in order for you to see what was going on with me. Dr. Brian Schnitta cares about all of his clients and goes out of his way by showing how much he cares and values people. Him and his entire staff are always friendly and helpful on top of helping you with whatever your body function needs are. I’ll choose them any day over anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I love this location and their staff. Been seeing Dr Joe for about a year now, and he never fails to address me personally about any issues I have regarding chiropractic adjustments and following up on things we talked about previously. Fantastic experience: I have been thankful to find Natural Way Chiropractic. The people are friendly and professional, the doctors are thorough, and they have multiple ways to treat your problem. They don't just give you a "crack" and send you out the door. They invest in technology to track your progress and some days you might be in and out, other days you might need ultrasound, decompression, electrodes, waterbed, etc.

They have great doctors that tell you up front after a solid and thorough exam what’s wrong, what will improve the problem, what the treatment plan will be and how long to expect treatment to continue. There are cutting edge high tech machines, instruments and tools that make diagnosis and treatment so much more effective than what was available a few years ago. It’s impressive to see today’s technology implemented in a medical office that is totally focused on noninvasive, natural methods of treatment. The other thing that struck me on my 1st visit was that there are highly trained medical professionals specializing in weight loss, diet, counseling, mental health, as well as doctors who treat herniated discs, pain related to compression of nerves that branch from the spinal column, pain from spinal stenosis, pain from muscle tension, pain from old and recent injuries, improvement in range of motion, non-surgical improvement of knee, hip and shoulder problems related to sports injury, accident or aging. Because of the diversity of expertise, this office has it covered. In a very short time, I feel so much better. I recommend that you schedule an initial appointment to see how you can achieve restorative health and feel great again, too.

Fantastic experience: I started at Natural Way with the worst sciatica I've ever had. I have Harrington rods in my back from scoliosis surgery over 20 years ago. I also have a deteriorated L4 and L5 discs, but the treatment I received has improved my health drastically. I've been able to avoid all pain killers and by getting treatment 3-4 days a week, I can now walk pain free, sleep in my bed again, and am almost back to normal. I highly recommend Natural Way

Negative experience: Definitely do your research for this clinic/dr. I was apparently blocked for simply asking if they accepted insurance and if insurance would cover the treatment they are advertising. Other than adjustments most insurance will NOT cover the VERY expensive treatments they offer.

Negative experience: I never leave a review but this place is just after money. They keep calling me to go back even after I said I didn’t want to do the treatment plan after two visits that were $80 each. All those calls, but they didn’t call me to let me know my insurance didn’t cover $2 more of my x-rays than they thought. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I'm 67 years old and sought treatment for what felt like a frozen neck. I had nearly 0 painfree range of motion. My neck was more flexible and pain-free in just under 2 weeks. With that success, they developed a treatment plan for my low back issues i battled for 7. Years. I had multiple injections with short term relief and been treating with pain meds and opted out of many family functions to avoid the pain. I am now fulling enjoying my 5 yo grandson and 4 month great niece. I feel like a new person and 15 years younger with the treatments and physical therapy. Staff always friendly and professional. They took considerable time teaching, so important for me to self care, posture, benefits of ice and other pain management alternatives that changed my life with no opiod pain meds. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Natural Way for several years. Professional, knowledgeable chiropractors and friendly, helpful support staff. I have slight scoliosis and Brittle Bone Disease, which affects all of my connective tissue. I have natural hyper-mobility in my joints and pain is a challenge to manage at times. The care I receive at Natural Way is individualized to my needs and helps me immensely. Doctors use an activator to adjust my spine (this is an option for anyone needing more gentle adjustments). Then I lie on the traction table, sometimes with ice or e-stim on very tight muscles. In addition to regular back and neck adjustments, there have also been times chiropractors have been able to adjust my wrist, knees, hip, and shoulder. I am very grateful for their help through the years, as well as the encouraging support staff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I go once every four to six weeks for maintenance now, but recently ended up with a slipped disk because of some improper carrying. In about four quick visits Dr. Schnitta had my neck functioning better than ever. He’s good and knows his stuff.

Negative experience: Based on reviews you would think this place was amazing but in reality these are all salesmen wanting to up your bill as high as possible. Do yourself a favor and go to a sports chiropractor because they’re just going to try and get your bill as high as possible.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get in for a last minute appointment, and my needs were addressed completely. I like how the chiropractors here don’t just do a quick adjustment and send you on your way. They stretch / massage the muscles and look for underlying issues to your pain. My doctor added on treatment on the decompression table because my spine was out of alignment. It helped release some of the pain caused from my spine grinding in the wrong areas. I highly recommend this chiropractors’ office!

Never having needed Xrays before at any other chiropractor, At first I was sceptical to try a new chiropractor. Once i sat down with DR. Schnitta, and we went over my Xrays and how bad I truly was. He was very informative and explained what was really going on. Something no other Doctor seemed to have cared enough to properly correct the issues and offered a detailed treatment plan he had came up with. Fantastic experience: I love Natural Way and Dr. Schnitta is amazing. No matter the matter I always feel better walking out than walking in. Yesterday my knee was my main complaint. I have been running again three day a week and it started to bother me. Before going in, walking my usual route was uncomfortable. Last night I walked two miles, the first was slow but not uncomfortable. The second I was able to pick up the pace. I ran 2.5 this morning and felt fine. Now several hours later, still feel fine. Dr.Schnitta was able to completely heal my back,neck, and hips within just a few months of consistent treatments. I now go only for maintenance to upkeep my healing process. So thankful for this place.

Fantastic experience: The care and healing I have received from Natural Way has been great. I have been a patient since AUG 2019 for decompression and overall body alignment issues. The staff has been wonderful and friendly. If you are in pain or need help regarding your health and wellness without pain medications I would try chiropractic to solve those issues for a happy healthy life. Dr. Brian Rissman has the skills, training and expertise in his field of the human body. I am pleased with my treatments.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kyle took very good care of me. I had really bad lower back pain and after going to a couple of his sessions I feel so much better now. I highly recommend going to see him.

Negative experience: On June 22 I attended a woman's convention at the Overland Park Convention center. It was there I met a Dr from Natural Way Wellness who assured me based on his few minute assessment he could heal my hip pain. I scheduled an appointment my first visit was X-rays and some kind of suppression bed. Dr Fenton assured me my treatment would be covered by my insurance company because I was in an auto accident. That was not true as I do not carry bodily injury coverage. I was put on a 3 day per week diagnosis at $25 per visit for adjustments to help with hip pain. It was on my 2nd visit that Dr. Fenton accidentally injured my left lower leg from the pressure of the adjustment my leg got smashed on the admitted by Dr Fenton too thin adjustment table. I thought nothing of it at the time. It did result in a contusion but again I thought not much of it at the time. The company called all the time to book adjustments but at $25 per visit I was apprehensive. After several months of my leg not healing I contacted to office and spoke with office manager Caitlyn who took down my information said she would talk to owner and respond to me. After several days no response so I called back. Caitlyn then explained because I had not revisited the office because of financial strain the owner opted to disregard my complaint and take no liability. The injury was documented by Dr. Fenton but owner takes no liability. It is now December and I am still dealing with a tender spot that does not allow me to touch without discomfort. I did visit my general practitioner who agreed she could see and feel the injury but would require more extensive and costly procedures to look for tissue/muscle damage. I urge you to use a a Chiropractor who cares about patients and does not use a swipe card upon appointment arrival instead of a greet. I felt like I joined a gym membership. This was a horrible and painful experience. -0 stars!

Negative experience: I wish I could give this place more than 1 star. The services I received were great, but their communication with me regarding those services were awful. I started my services with them based on a free consultation referral. Upon my first visit, I was given the options for setting up a plan, including a payment plan. After the first couple visits, the amount due was much higher than what we had previously agreed on. I was assured the payments would decrease as my treatment continued, but they didn't. After stopping my treatments, I received a large bill in the mail. It was explained that even though I was making payments after each visit, the total they had given me was not the full total due, and a balance has been accruing the entire time. Rather than telling me that the balance had gone up from what was previously discussed, they kept charging me the same amount, and allowed an additional balance to keep building, which they then mailed to me upon my termination of services. A simple heads up would have been great, but I never received it. In the end, both me and my girlfriend (who recommended me here in the first place) have stopped our treatments. I would strongly discourage folks from this place, and find a place that is a little more transparent on what they are charging you for.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier with the results! I have been dealing with back pain for most of my life and finally got referred over to Dr. Brian Schnitta and he has changed my life. I"m only half way through the planned visits and I wish I had visited the office sooner. The entire team is extremely professional, yet laid back. Do yourself a favor and go visit Dr. Brian and his staff!

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the work Dr. Rissman and everyone there has done. I've always had back pain and they've done a really good job of explaining the issues I have and how they would work to alleviate the pain.
