(They played great music in the room). My post op care with Lexi has been fantastic, and takes her time to answer all my questions. I just started the Venus Legacy treatments with Kelly, and I am happy so far with the results.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been highly impressed with the process so far. We began with a initial appointment discussing my goals and any concerns I might have. That process was great and she was very thorough answering our questions as well as cost. Today was my preop appointment and the nurse and doctor were completely thorough, insuring all our questions were answered. The doctor was very focused on my health and safety. She made it clear that my procedure is the first step to help me get started but it's up to me how it continues from there. I must eat healthy and increase my walking to get the healthy body I want. I really appreciate the way they focus on the whole person. Also, a big shout out to the front office staff. Everytime I've either talked with them on the phone or in person, they are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Dr. Perez yesterday and it was a great experience from start to finish. The front desk gals were very friendly and welcoming, the nurse (Mariah) was efficient and extremely helpful/informative, and Dr. Perez was very pleasant and thorough. Also, I thought I’d be extremely embarrassed to expose the body I dislike so much, but they made me very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Sono Bello in Bellevue and talked a consultant and she was nice and told me I was not an ideal candidate because I would likely need a traditional tummy tuck to achieve a flat stomach. I opted for a second opinion and went to the Tacoma location (the one my friend went to) and met Liz and during the consultation she was so informative, friendly and HELPFUL. She broke it down for me the way I needed. She showed me pictures of what the procedure with AB/Ex could do for me and what they could not do. She wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the realistic outcome that they could offer. Also, side note, I Loved the vibe of the Tacoma office, the music etc. The receptionist greeted me like she knew me. Even pronounced my name right and made small talk which made me feel welcomed. Overall, I appreciate both locations caring about me as a person over just making money, even when that meant telling me what I didn’t want to hear… And Liz needs a raise. She went above and beyond for me. So knowledgeable and funny, yet a true professional. From the moment I entered as was greeted by Brenda at the front desk to the time Liz took with creating the best package for my journey. The Pre-Op Nurse Monyca assisting in expectations to Manager Rachel who showed so much empathy and compassion toward me. During procedure Nurse Danae was direct and to the point in assisting me through setup. And Dr Yanira Perez was proficient, effective, and great a Dr bed side professionalism as she checked in with me through the procedure. I received great post operative procedures, calls and texts from Nurse Lexi. Who greeted me with a bright smile on my 10 day check up. Lexi along with Nurse Mariah who help me hand during the removal of the port both guided me with breathing exercises. Even though my journey has only been 5 weeks. Fantastic experience: 1st consultation Joanne was very nice and explained the process. There was a lot of hesitation on my part because this is a big step financially and emotionally for me. She was very patient and answered my questions and made sure my concerns were addressed. 2nd consultation i meet with the Dr.Perez and she was also reassuring. I was able to see the changes that were going to be done and I did get excited. I had the procedure done and I’m in the 2nd week of post op and it has been going good. Communication has been good when I emailed them with questions. The staff is very nice. Nurse Lexi is the best. So far I’m happy that I had the procedure done. I did have 6 procedures and feeling better about my body after 4 kids. Will be doing updates as I continue with my recovery. 8/13/24 - 1 month after and doing great. Post op Visits are going well and Venus treatment was good. Everything is healing well and lost 17lb.

Fantastic experience: Giving 5 stars, but would like to be clear this is in regards to my consultation and not a procedure (yet), I am still deciding, however, my experience today was great. I met with Liz, she was nice and very informative. We discussed what I was interested in and her knowledge and longevity with the racoma office helped me narrow down, change and actually eliminate things that my be unnecessary from a financial and end result perspective. There's lots of financing options as well as a tailored to what I need/want plan, I appreciate their approach to a range of body types. My expectation vs reality became more clear and I have more knowledge and confidence in taking any next steps.

Negative experience: The people were wonderful. I lost my weight that I wanted to. I took out loan to get my procedures done. We couldn't afford the Venus treatments and the gas to go to Tacoma every week. I am one of the many Sono Bello failures you never hear about. The weight has come back and in the very same place.

Negative experience: They have a company policy of not treating patients if on a blood thinner. Rather than have an associate come out and tell me that it was not negotiable, they chose to ignore me until I left after about an hour...to respond to Brenda... the problem was simple, they should not have let me sit there for an hour vs. telling me their policy was not negotiable. It is poor customer service

Fantastic experience: Scheduling my consult with a busy work/family schedule was a breeze. I called on a Friday for a 1st thing in the morning Saturday appt. I was also permitted to bring my 4month old. My consult was beyond inviting and warm. The receptionist and I shared laughs and I was helped with my paperwork. Ms Ebinger made me feel sooooo beautiful and gave me realistic examples with similar body types and their results. I left smiling and almost a week later, I’m still very happy with my upcoming procedure. If you’re interested in a guilt-free, pressure-free interest in body goals, this is where you need to be.

I have diastasis recti (split in my abdominal muscles) and receiving treatment won’t give me the results I wanted.

Negative experience: Having my procedure with Sono Bella Tacoma was the worst mistake of my life. The pre-op and consult with the coordinator and the surgeon went just fine. But after surgery (when I needed them most), they let me down so hard. I had to call them multiple times to get the correct post-surgical garment (they only gave it to me when I called in asking for the practice director). In the follow up appointments, I kept raising concerns about an area that looked uneven. I was told they would keep monitoring it and that it would improve as full results aren’t seen for a year after. So I continued following the post-op instructions and adding lymphatic massages on my own and keeping a good diet. Now here I am, 15 months post-surgery with even less confidence than I had before surgery. My abdominal area is uneven and I feel so embarrassed to be in a two piece. I hope I can help others avoid the disappointment and embarrassment I now live with thanks to Sono Bello.

Negative experience: Our appt was at 530 we showed up at 520 cuz of traffic but was told that she couldnt see us. Felt judged when we walked into the clinic. We were nice and apologized for what we dont exactly know, but i guess they dont really want our business and really if they cant be understanding or kind then ill find somewhere else that is kinder and less judgmental. Id rather spend my money somewhere else anyway. Hopefully other locations are more welcoming.

Negative experience: My surgeon Dr Perkins was amazing, but the sales staff and management have a long ways to go. I first met with a sales consultant, Liz. She sold everything well and made the procedure I was interested in look easy and quick, with easy recovery. I was told I’d only be there for at most 2-4 hours from the time I arrive, complete the procedure, and go home. Well, after that firs consultation, it was so so so hard to get a hold if Liz. She didn’t respond to any of my texts or emails. I finally sent a message to the “general information” email address. A few days later I received a text from Liz. But then again every message I sent her regarding scheduling, she would not respond. I had to send her multiple messages just to get a response back. When she did respond she told me certain scheduling restrictions which she never told me before. Being a DOCTOR myself, with a very booked up practice, this was very disrespectful treatment of a client. I was finally able to get a date with the surgeon and a procedure date. I arrived at 10:30-11 AM for my procedure. My husband was told to return at 3 pm, unless called earlier to arrive. He returned at 3 pm, and my procedure didn’t even start yet. Nobody called him for an update. I was waiting there sedated the whole day. My procedure was supposed to be at 11:30 am. It didn’t start until around 3, and I didn’t finish until after 5 pm. My husband waited in the waiting area for 2+ hours. We didn’t get home until after 6 pm. Our puppy was home alone from 10 am-6pm. My husband couldn’t even make arrangements for our puppy because nobody from Sono bello updated him. My surgeon was wonderful, but it appears managers are overloading the surgeons with too many surgeries in one day. It was obvious my procedure date and time was double booked or even triple booked. Being a doctor myself, I 100% know this is out if control if the surgeon. This a common practice by healthcare managers to bring in as much business $$$$$ as possible. With little respect to the actual surgeon or patient. Similar to many other private, corporate, large, micromanaged healthcare facilities, the surgeons and patients at Sono bello are ignored dismissed and disrespected all for the sake bringing in more business.

My consultation was with Allina and she made me feel very comfortable. Fantastic experience: I went in for a consult and I worked with Liz. To begin I had other consults at other places but let me tell you Liz was so incredibly thorough. She knew her stuff. She answered questions I didn't even knew I had. I felt comfortable and not a single bit of pressure. Her service alone makes you want to work with Sonobello. Fantastic experience: Leilani was awesome. It is kinda of a sensitive area for me and she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and then some. Because I didn’t really know much about cosmetics surgery and was a little nervous about it and what was involved in it. Now I’m confident in my decision and look forward to working with them.

Negative experience: I think the staff are amazing and the experience has been great. But I am not seeing result of my ABD lipo, unfortunately, even after 6 months. My abdomen has 3 hard rolls on my abdomen, even after 9 months. Looks awful.

Fantastic experience: Dorothy was very thorough and answered all of our questions. Dr Plascon performed my procedure and he did an amazing job. I am 14 months post surgery and I look and feel so much better. I have completed 5 sessions of Venus, with 3 to go and that is equally amazing!!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dorthy was awsome. She made my consultation personal. I had her undivided attention and she listened to my wants as well as my concerns. When I left I didn't feel lost, or undecisive I felt informed and at ease with my choice. Working with Destiny for my pre-opt was just as good. She gave me awsome instructions on what to do to prepare for my procedure as well as answered all of my questions. Meeting with Dr. Perkins I felt comfortable she was down to earth. I wasn't intimidated by her. She is very personable. Most of all neither of those ladies or the staff made me feel shamed, they made me feel valued.
