Fantastic experience: Dr McCain, his PA's, their nurses and mental health practitioners have been Amazing!! All the staff from the front desk gals to the massage therapist are very caring and knowledgeable. They have taken the time thats needed to care for me and get to the bottom of my health issues.They dont just suggest another pill and send you on your way. They find out what's actually going on and do their best to help heal naturally. I was at a loss and dealing with Covid Long Haulers Syndrome which literally affected everything in my body and no one knew what to do with me. I'm so glad I listened to a sweet friend and gave Integrated Health a try. Fantastic experience: Last Thursday was my first appointment with Trish, the psych NP at Integrated Health. I had been so anxious about this visit. Ironically, I actually ran into both Trish and her assistant, Kim just days before my appointment. I will never forget either of these two women. Kim calmed my nerves immediately and truly listened to every concern I had while being off the clock and outside of work. Unfortunately Kim couldn't be there for the day of my appointment but she reached out to me before and after my appointment saying she was thinking of me and then questioning how everything went. On the day of my appointment I was so scared to walk inside, but I could cry thinking about how listened to and advocated for I felt walking out of these doors. Trish’s NP student went through the intake questions with me and once again, made me feel so safe and supported. Once Trish walked in, she was walking sunshine. She listened to all my concerns but squashed them all. I was completely on board with our plan of care and trusted her wholeheartedly. I’m so thankful I decided to go with Integrated Health. They are the BEST team to see patients struggling with their mental health You have touched my heart and changed my life in more ways than one! Thank you for, out of everything, just listening to me!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Carterville Integrated Health for helping me get back on track with my physical health. Dr. Ashbey has done a fantastic job with my spine/sacral adjustments and hints to help me with my gait. Massage therapists, Scott and Sara, have been amazing while working through some very tough muscle pain. I was having trouble adjusting to a new job and they have had me up and moving better than I have in years. PT's Kim, Jennifer, and Ryan have taught me multiple exercises to regain better balance and muscle movement. Molly did a great job on trigger point injections. Melinda in reception, coordinated the best schedule a girl could ask for. She shuffled 3 different modalities, kept me on track, and got me to work in time. I had very little wait time thanks to her wonderful scheduling. I limped in and within a few months I am walking much better. I definitely give them 5 stars.

Top notch caring staff, therapists and Psychiatrist. They genuinely care and listen. Very comfortable clinic. I highly recommend Ingrated Health of Southern Illinois for all care. The staff are amazing people, clearly dedicated to the well being of whoever they are assisting and readily available when ever they are needed. Fantastic experience: I receive the Meyer’s Cocktail vitamin infusions at this location. They recently offered a buy one, get one free promotion on them. Michelle Odle is EXCEPTIONAL! I have received two treatments from her and she demonstrates great attention to detail and precision in her phlebotomy techniques. Additionally, I am aware that this location provides an incredible service called NeurOptimal® neurofeedback. This innovative approach is an excellent method for enhancing brain flexibility and resilience.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed an hour massage with MT Amy Young. She is phenomenal at her job!! It was a calm and relaxing atmosphere and she is delightful. I will be going back for more services!!

Fantastic experience: My telehealth appointment with Morgan Gant was very pleasant and reassuring. Morgan has an easy-going personality that makes a medical mental examination/assessment feel like just talking to a friend. But Morgan is very efficient, knowledgeable and professional in all my appointments with her. The telehealth option is very helpful for me because I work night shift and not traveling offers me time to enjoy whatever time I have at home. Shelley provides a very pleasant and prompt service in setting up appointments and other support services. I am so incredibly thankful for everyone who works there and cannot imagine going anywhere else. I started seeing Morgan Gant (ahhh-mazing!) and Shelley!! And then, in the past year, I started seeing Danielle Butler for my primary care needs, she is so proactive, listens, and cares for her patients also. and then Melissa for counseling. She is patient, kind, and has all the strategies! It all ties in together. You are valued. You are respected.. and you are heard! 1000% there’s more to our brain and body than a “quick fix”. They know, understand, and apply all the things. This is also about all staff members starting with the front desk. I could go on and on with all the pros and cannot come up with a single con. I would never go anywhere else and I’ll forever be thankful that I’m there.

Fantastic experience: I was 37 weeks pregnant and wanted prenatal chiropractic care to make room in my body for a smooth labor. There were also a few nagging pain points in my back and sciatica requiring attention. I was referred to Dr. Ashby by my midwife group and am forever grateful for the excellent care and attention he provided. After a few adjustments I was sleeping better, experienced reduced pain, and gained confidence I was doing the best I could for my baby and his position for the shortest labor I could hope for. Then I learned Integrated Health also provides a number of services I wanted to take advantage of including acupuncture by Dr. Scott to promote induction at 40 weeks, or full term. The staff were friendly, flexible and proficient in meeting my needs as I had last minute schedule changes and a new insurance I needed help troubleshooting coverage with. It was such a great experience working with integrated health overall! I couldn’t recommend their service enough. I plan to completely switch over my healthcare needs to their talented staff because of the precessional down to earth and wholistic approach they take. The day after my last chiropractic adjustment and acupuncture sessions I went into labor as desired and it was a beautiful natural unmedicated birth, I thank Integrated Health for the part they played in my story.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Integrated health does a great job in both locations. Dr. Dennison at Harrisburg and Dr. Ashby in Carterville are great chiropractors, the PT department, the massage therapist, and Christopher H all go above and beyond to take care of their patients and make sure you are feeling better. They have good hours for those working and it’s great that they offer a true one stop shop for better health.

Fantastic experience: Every experience I've had here has been amazing! Dr Ashby is top of the line. I came in with knee issues, upper back, neck... all straightened out in no time. It's impressive to have a computer printout showing where you're hurting and have someone explain why and what can be done to help and then have it actually work. Best chiropractic experience to date by far. Started getting massages with Faith, and wow. Day 1 you're a bit sore, day 2, your muscles sing like you woke up 10 years younger. While all those things are a big part of Integrated Health, it's Fatima at the front desk that really seals the 5 star rating... because that customer service is beyond on point girl. It's not about why you shouldn't go to Integrated Health... its why haven't you already?

Negative experience: Had the worst experience in my life being at a doctor's office today. Went in and was supposed to have a talk about my medication. End up leaving with me having to find a new doctor because the current one was afraid of their image if I were to be involved in an automobile accident. Let me remind you I have been on this medication for over four years. Need less to say I was not happy with the way the situation was handled. It felt like they were more worried about their image than my well being... #nogood #protectyourimage #nothappy

Fantastic experience: I started going to Integrated Health due to needing to be seen ASAP. Dr Hester and the staff were accommodating and were able to get me in within 30 min of calling. They were diligent with getting to my body in addition to me as a person. I've seen several chiropractors over the past decade, and they made sure I was comfortable with their practice and ensured I was receiving tx that was comfortable and effective for my body. They are always quick to help when need. Recently they have brought in a Dr with acupuncture experience who has added so much to their practice.

Fantastic experience: I work in front of a computer 8 plus hours per day and have a lot of problems with neck and shoulder tension and pain. I've been seeing a massage therapist at integrated health for a while now and he does an excellent job. If not for the massage, I would be in a great deal of pain in my neck and shoulders.

The receptionists are lovely and caring ladies too. The entire operation is professional, smooth and swift but they still cut right to the heart of the matter and don't waste your time. Fantastic experience: It has been a wonderful experience. Started with a bike accident and Chiropractor visit. I was able to stay in house to get PT, massage, and when I needed a little more I was able to see a doc. It was nice to have them working together to make such progress in my recovery.

Negative experience: The "half hour early" requirement for your appointment is a farce. They get you there early to make their schedule work, then keep you AFTER to fill out paperwork. Doc was fantastic, but the after taste is horrible.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ashby/Dr. Alex has done a great job working with my 2.5 year old daughter. She was experiencing some bad ear infections that she couldn’t quite shake even after several different antibiotics. Since seeing him, we’ve seen drainage and no complaining from our daughter. She loves going to the chiropractor. I’ve also been pleased to receive treatment 2 weeks postpartum after having our second child. The care is appropriate for my body and Dr. Ashby does a good job of explaining everything. Paige and the rest of the office staff are personable and kind, as well! Highly recommend!
