Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Action Wellness to anyone suffering from back pain. I wasn’t making it 4 hours into work without tightness and pain. The team at action wellness was able to put together a care plan for me and I am back to living a normal life pain free! They even fixed a shoulder issue that I have had for 13+ years.

Fantastic experience: I started coming here after an auto accident and I am 100% happy that I did. I had some back pain before but after the accident it was brutal. After my first couple visits, I was feeling alot better. I normally do not like going to doctors in general, but I am always looking forward to my next visit. The staff and all the doctors are amazing!

Negative experience: Okay staff for the most part, but don’t expect their billing department to help negotiate a reasonable payment plan if you are actively dealing with financial hardship.

Negative experience: Their billing practices are very questionable. Tried to talk to the owner but she just kept repeating herself and talking over me. Instead of working with us she’s immediately went to “we will turn you over for collections”. Threats are hardly professional As a post script…whoever you are your staff refused to put us in contact. Scott says he has no idea who the owner is and the office manager said she was in charge. You record calls. The information is right there. Why do you refuse to identify yourself or contact me? BTW I called yesterday to resolve this issue and YOU CALLED THE POLICE instead of returning my call. The police laughed at you. Watch out for this operation. Hidden fees, hidden management, a and zero problem solving skills Feel free to send this to collections. I will tell them YOU refuse to discuss the bill. Negative experience: They were not up front about how they did business. Showed up for a single adjustment and had to pay for an initial exam and screening. I wish they would have been up front about this but ok moving on. Had to show up the next day. They reviewed the results of the very basic exam and "recommended" a yearly plan. It is not really a recommendation, but rather a requirement, when you won't allow for a single adjustment. After probing questions they said they almost always recommend treatment of at least a year or more. They were not up front about any of this and had to leave with no adjustments and no refund. I would not recommend doing business with a place that treats their customers this way

They have been amazing during my treatment, speaking in terms you understand and having you part of your treatment plan, they don't force you into something you don't want. And it works!!! Had I known the benefits I would have come sooner!

Fantastic experience: I came to Action Wellness after meeting Dr. Morgan at a company sponsored massage. At that point I was suffering debilitating back pain and gotten no relief with physical therapy and injections. I approached my exam with a "what do I have to lose?" attitude. I was skeptical during the initial consultation, but followed the plan Dr. Jess and Dr. Morgan laid out for me. Much to my delight and amazement my pain level decreased, my flexibility increased and I really started to feel better overall!! I would HIGHLY recommend Action Wellness to anyone looking to improve their quality of life!

Fantastic experience: I had my first sinus treatment today. My ears were very plugged and my nose would run off and on all the time With one treatment I have open breathing (nose not running) and my ears have opened up. . Wow!!! I will continue this fast, effective treatment to keep my sinuses open and improve breathing and hearing. I highly recommend it!!!!!

It doesn't matter what questions you have to ask, not only are they extremely nowledgeable, they take time to explain in detail.
