Negative experience: I made an appointment for 3:15pm on 11/15 for a consultation. I was so excited to go over the information with them as I’ve been through a traumatic experience with my dog attacking my face and head with a level five bite and he has rabies and I had a visit with my children’s father that wasn’t going so well so I wanted to treat myself to something nice! I’ve worked on my health with diet and exercise for two years! I have tried to lose weight and I have lost 150 pounds and now I have all the sagging skin and thought this would be a great option!! I showed up at 2:55 did all the paperwork and was waiting till 330. My appointment was at 3:15 when I went to the desk at 3:30 and asked they said after a three minute waiting to find out over the phone that I would have to wait another 30 minutes! During the day they must have texted me 5 times of reminders of the appointment, but never called to say they were running behind. I would’ve never go back to a place that runs their front end that way ever again. That was awful! Especially when this isn’t cheap! When you start off a new client consultations and you’re making the new customer wait up to an hour that shows you don’t value their time. Maybe a courtesy call would’ve been nice instead five text reminders of the appointment! You never know what somebody’s going through and seeing as I showed up early and you still didn’t assess to me that my consultation was going to be later..re evaluate your customer service skills. Making new clients wait is a big NO NO!! And ur location/parking lot is not the best in winter park.

Negative experience: I went to the bodenvy appointment because I was told I would get to lose 20 percent of body fat and facial cream. To good to be true right? Well it was . Total scam to bleed yr pockets dry. Yeah I knee it would be chesp, but how expensive i didn't understand. She told me $18,900 for one package. The second package was $14,500. And the final package was $10,900. You have to be stupid to pay 11 thousand to lose weight. Eat healthy, exercise, and have fun doin it. Them i asked about my free facial and procedure and this girl couldn't wait to get me out door because her commission was not going to be whatvshe thought it would be. Her name is Brittany S., be aware of this scam and over pricing that they are doing to people .

Fantastic experience: I had seen and heard all the ads about this place and it interested me as something I might like to try because after several years as a city bus driver and a very abnormal work schedule I had developed a rather unhealthy and unattractive midsection which I really wanted to lose . After seeing they were still around after a few years and finding myself with the time and money to do it I arranged an appointment with the Winter Park office where I spoke to Paolo who told me all about their procedures and programs. Even though I entered with a moderate amount of skepticism because that's just the way I am about everything I was very impressed with what I was hearing. I asked if they would give me a little time to think about it and I would get back in touch with them in about a week. Well after some serious contemplating and prayers. I decided since I wasn't having any negative feelings I returned to get this started I was feeling if I didn't get started with something soon I probably wouldn't do anything and that wouldn't be in the best interest of my health and well being . I needed to do something that would improve my way of life and keep me around for my family. After several visits I am definitely seeing results my clothes are beginning to get a little too big I am using holes on my belts that I could never reach before and I feeling a lot better both physically and mentally. My coach Diana is very motivating and dedicated to pointing out all the things I am doing right and the things I'm doing wrong , she has been very instrumental in helping me to reach my goals and staying on track . While I am not exactly where I would like to be in my progress I am a lot further from where I was and I owe it all to the staff including Shauna, Morgan, Isabelle and Gloria and the wonderful Bodenvy equipment and organization , throughout my time here I never once felt as if this wasn't going to work for me and I have accepted the reality that I didn't gain this weight overnight and I'm surely not going to lose it overnight but I am definitely losing it. Negative experience: Do not waste your money. I gave this establishment close to $9,000 for ZERO ROI. I am referring to the Winter Park location. For the amount of money I spent, I could have received actual liposuction and had tremendous, instant results. What attracted me to CoolSculpting was the "no downtime" pitch they give you. This is true. You literally could go back to work after having the procedure done. Andrea, the office manager, is nice to you until she gets your money. After you've given her money, she ignores you and has a snotty attitude. The technicians I worked with were Morgan and Cherie. Morgan seemed to be more competent with applying the paddles and handling the overall procedure. I didn't have any timeouts when Morgan was handling my CoolSculpting sessions. Cherie is very nice. Her customer service is outstanding she kept offering me water snacks. She ensured that I was comfortable and I had everything I needed. She really works very hard. I didn't appreciate Morgan putting a tip suggestion by my bedside table. That is very tacky. People are paying thousands of dollars for CoolSculpting and they should not be pressured or coerced into having to tip their technicians. It's already an expensive procedure. I can tell you from personal experience it is a complete waste of money for no results. $9,000 is a lot of money!!! They charge you $2,500 per section of your body you want CoolSculpting. So do the math. If you want to do inner and outer thighs....$2,500 times 4.. It adds up fast. Also beware, when you go to the office and they show you pictures of prior clients. It looks like they lost a tremendous amount of weight. Those people did the CoolSculpting along with the rapid weight loss program they offer. So that is not strictly CoolSculpting. Don't be fooled. You will not lose 1 lb doing strictly CoolSculpting. I do not recommend the procedure, but you be the judge.

I’ve tried a few different weight clinics and they never worked so I wanted to try something different and this was. My coach Gloria G. is the best, she is very professional, kind, funny and most important it’s not just a job to her. She really cares and it shows. At one time I was discouraged and going to quit Gloria spent time with me, encouraged me, shared tips and suggestions that helped get me back on track and I’m so grateful she did things are better and I’m continuing to reach my goal!!!❤️

Fantastic experience: I started with Bodenvy before Christmas last year. My first meeting was was with Nicole who was so sweet. I was a little skeptical as I have struggled with weight most of my life but, I signed up anyway. This was my last ditch effort before I fully resigned myself to being overweight forever. But, with the continued help of Jen and all the check ins to keep me accountable, I have lost 30 pounds. Do I have more to lose? Debatable. Do I want to lose more? YES! And I actually believe I can with these lovely ladies. So, if you're on the fence? Be brave and give it a try. You'll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: The experience has been life changing, the service and attention has been more than my expectations. I have lost 5 pounds, and I’m loving the look, and I’m just half way through can wait to continue seeing more.

Negative experience: I underwent Coolsculpting in 2020 at this facility. It was a very nice facility with very lovely, accommodating staff. The cost was over $5000 for my abdomen. I unfortunately ended up with PAH. I was just thinking about what the biggest most wasteful thing I have ever done with money was. This was it. I ended up just going back to diet and exercise, which is what I should have done in the first place. There is a large stubborn pouch from PAH on my lower abdomen that I finally broke down and will have liposuctioned in April. I understand this is a risk, but I really feel if you are considering this procedure, you may be better off getting treatment from a board certified plastic surgeon given the high cost of the procedure.

Fantastic experience: My experience at BodEnvy has been nothing but positive. I went in a little apprehensive and not believing I could hit my goal weight. I’ve lost 30 pounds and 3 pants sizes, and I still have some time left to go! I feel confident, healthy, active, and prepared to keep the momentum. Diana helped so much with making sustainable diet and exercise plans that I know I can keep after the program ends. All the girls are so kind and personable through the machine treatments.
