Negative experience: My Horrible Experience with Age Rejuvenation Clinic I want to share the terrible experience I had with Age Rejuvenation at their North Tampa location: 1940 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. In July 2024, I sought help from this clinic for menopause symptoms. On the same day, without conducting any tests, they prescribed me hormone pills and told me to stop taking the birth control pills that my gynecologist had recommended to prevent the growth of an ovarian cyst. They claimed the hormone pills would be more effective and said they would provide a hormone pellet therapy that would help me. The cost of this therapy was $2,650, which I couldn’t afford, so I agreed to monthly financing. For three months, the clinic failed to provide the hormone pellet therapy due to abnormal lab results. However, they continued prescribing me hormone pills, which I paid for out of pocket. In October, my ovarian cyst ruptured, and I required emergency surgery. During this procedure, the cyst, my ovary, and my left fallopian tube were removed. The hospital doctor informed me that I should not have stopped taking my birth control pills and immediately prohibited me from continuing the hormone therapy prescribed by Age Rejuvenation. When I contacted the clinic, they assured me that they would refund my money. However, they recalculated my balance, increased the loan amount to $2,800, refunded only $1,400, and left me with an outstanding balance of $498.89 that I am now obligated to pay. I am outraged that I have to pay for treatment I never received. Despite paying $157.86 every month for four months in good faith, this clinic not only failed to deliver the promised treatment but also contributed to the loss of my ovary and fallopian tube due to their poor recommendations. Age Rejuvenation only seems to care about you while you are paying, but when something goes wrong, they refuse to take accountability. Now I am left without an ovary and fallopian tube, and with a debt to this clinic. I hope my story serves as a warning to other women: do not trust this clinic with your health. Only trust proven specialists who genuinely care about your well-being. I am deeply upset and will be reaching out to support organizations for assistance in resolving this situation. Take care of yourself and your health. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I have to be honest, my review is based on two only visits I've had there. The first visit was the initial visit and the second one was reading over the results of my blood work. First let me say I absolutely love the test they do on day one and the fact that they give you so much information on the very first visit. I wasn't expecting that. My second visit was just as pleasant as the first. We went over all of my results and I love that they have every thing you need to get your levels in check but there is absolutely no pressure. Truthfully I was not looking forward to this second visit because I expected the salesmanship to kick in and the hard pressure to sign your credit card away. But it wasn't like that at all. They literally went over everything I needed, the option of getting it from them or some of them online, and told me to think about it and let them know where I'd like to start. That blew me away. I despise being pressured and was so pleasantly surprised at how relaxed they were. I'm going to do my research on everything they proposed and will definitely be calling them back to figure out a great step to making things healthier for myself. Because everyone was so nice and there wasn't any pressure, I will definitely come back for my treatment here.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Staff every time. I’ve been with Age Rejuvination for about 2.5 years or so. Always have a great experience. Staff is always amazing. They have a wide array of products and treatments. Accessing through the textile by feature is priceless! My only Complaint is now that there are many many clinics to choose from the prices are high comparably. I wish they could adjust the prices quite a bit actually. Mostly for the peptides which are available to the public many places. Maybe one day, however Ima very happy customer. The staff really makes this place honestly. Negative experience: Seemed legit initially. They took blood, set me up with a nutritionist, got starting numbers. I spent 3k for a semaglutide program in April. Spoke with them on many occasions how I was still starving and wanted to cancel. They kept shoving me off on someone new with new meds/ vitamins I should take to stop the hunger. I’m convinced the 3k plus was for fake medication. The program eneded and I’m out of 3k. I wouldn’t waste your money.

Positive experience: Felt like a timeshare presentation. Haven't invested any money yet but they are very pushy to get a hold of your insurance card to "get started" with labs and EKGs. When I said I wasn't planning on doing any blood work upon this first meeting the vibe definitely changed and the salesperson didn't seem very interested in my health concerns anymore.

Fantastic experience: Had a pellet procedure and also made a prescription renewal. Everything was great, starting with reception through checkout. They are great!

Negative experience: They started out great, informative and helpful, of course they would when they take your money. I was suppose to get a complete vial for treatment and they sent me a bottle with nothing in it and told me I still had to pay for nothing. They reel u in by presenting as a company with integrity but few months in they don’t care anymore and take your money

Negative experience: Go at your own risk ! I do not recommend this place because they do not care about your outcome they just care about making a sale. I was charged $530 appetite Suppressant that did not work. When I reached out to them after taking it for a week to let them know it didn't work they said there's nothing they can do.

The terzepatide program helped me lose over 50 pounds and drop my BMI from 41 to 37 in order to allow me be eligible for total hip replacement surgery, which was my goal. I don't believe I could have reached this goal in the time period I did without AgeRejuvenation.

Negative experience: I have been a patient since 2014. I had my bloodwork done and reviewed with Dr. Lomboy on Monday, April 24th. I was informed that she needed something from my primary physician and Zachary would contact me by the end of the day to take care of the papers and have my medications re filled. As of today, he did not call. I called and was forwarded to an answering service, no the clinic. Sent two texts asking for refill of my prescriptions as no taking them is affecting my health. Finally, Zachary answered my text saying that the clinic needed this paper before giving me prescriptions. I had to waste one week for him to inform me that they would not do what they were doing since 2014. The right thing to do was to let me know about this paper at the time they gave me the bloodwork papers and no wait until is too late. I work on the medical field and would never leave my patients without medications due to a clerical mistake. Disappointing and highly unprofessional

Negative experience: I signed up for a “free consultation “ online on 2/21. “Paisley” texted me at 6:59 pm. She asked a few questions and then had me pay $50 to schedule my free consultation, but said if I signed up it would be a credit of $50 plus a credit from you of $50 making a total of $100. Once I paid, “Paisly” vanished. She did not confirm payment, nothing! I felt like someone just scammed me and I panicked and called my bank! She vanished! I almost didn’t go to the appointment because I was afraid it wasn’t real or I was walking into a scam. I was not informed what to expect except I was making an appointment to have a consultation and speak to a doctor about weightloss- my goal. That is what “Paisly” and I spoke about. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I did paperwork, bloodwork, and sat down with a girl who had me pay for a procedure that I don’t know is right for me, and not the weightloss injections I wanted! I was expecting to see a doctor and I never did! I was told I was done and free to go at the end! Totally confused! So I am scheduled for a procedure I don’t understand, and I never saw a doctor, and I’m paying $2400 (no $100 off as promised) for some procedure I never saw a doctor for and not even getting weightloss injections as told I would be having a consult for. I am so skeptical and scared. I felt pressured into signing up for this and told I would discuss it with a doctor but I never saw a doctor and I am just not ok with everything. I feel pressured, and lied to about the whole process and intent. I feel like I need to contact someone in an authoritative position over the place because I don’t feel like this is right. I shouldn’t be doing this without a doctor. & It isn’t what I wanted! I never saw a doctor! Who said I am in good enough health for this or that I can handle it? I don’t understand! I’m so confused! I feel cheated and scammed out of money! I came home with $2500 less and no weightloss or weightloss injections! I had used this clinic before under their previous name, and I have been so impressed with the positive changes made, both in the facilities as well as the personnel. I am stationed out of state, and they have worked with me every step of the way, to ensure that I am being taken care of. I flew into the clinic once, and everything else has been done remotely. I started on a weight loss and hormone replacement plan, and the changes are amazing. I have been lugging a significant amount of extra weight around for about 10 years. The team gave me a plan that focuses on supplementation, nutrition, diet, and exercise. It has been a life changer for me. I was always tired and sleepy, and this plan has completely re-energized me! I have gone from 241 lbs to 208, and still working on the goal which is 185. I feel like a whole different person! Have had to buy new clothes, and my energy levels are through the roof! Special callout goes out to Heidy, my nutritionist. She has been providing a great deal of accountability, guidance, counseling, and support. She has been helping me adjust to the weekly changes that my body adapts to, and checks in with me to gauge the progress, and make adjustments as necessary. I would recommend this team 100 times over, they’re professional, courteous, and available!

I paid for pellets and the diet program in May 2022 , canceled the diets program got 1 pellet treatment since May, left several messages to rescdule, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, there is always answering service, they don't return call, now that i demanded a full refund of $3600, THEY FINALLY CALLED TODAY! I will be reporting this to better business my attorney for lawsuit if refund is not received tomorrow, and possible contact the authories. to TAKE MY MONEY AND NOT GET THE TREAMENT IS BAD BUISNESS AND THEFT! I SHOULD NOT GET A CALL TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN WEEKS AFTER I made a demand for refund, I need this treatment trusted them, WHY, YOU CAN GO ON LINE TO WINONNA GET IMMEDITAE HELP RESECHULE AND NOT WAIT 1 MONTH OR MORE FOR APPOINTMENTS!

Positive experience: It was okay. I mean when I spoke with Shawn I wish I was informed of all the prices up front since I drove over an hour to get here. The receptionist was very warm and inviting. As well as the 1st lady I spoke with. They gave me alot of information about the services but I left feeling like I was played on my emotions cause I really wanted to lose weight but in order for me to be able to move forward I did kinda feel forced to do so and spent money I didn't have., also I was told my money would be matched and it wasn't. But hey its business so I get it.

The staff was very welcoming, patient and friendly. Dr. Ericsson was amazing. She was very patient with us reviewing our bloodwork and explaining every detail of the results. Her recommendations made complete sense and if we had further questions she was more than happy to get deeper into the details. All this while our two young children terrorized her office. Dr. E is a saint. Same goes for Demy who is the Clinic Manager in Brandon. She was very knowledgeable on Dr. E's recommendations and assisted us in filling all the supplements during the visit, prescriptions for pickup and anything that was required to be compounded and mailed to us. The nurses at AR were also very helpful in making sure we knew exactly how to administer the at home treatments and took time to ensure we were confident and knew how to prepare and administer our at home injections. Having followed the prescribed routine now for 3 weeks, my Wife and I feel great! We have energy and just overall have noticed an improvement in both our physical and mental wellbeing. A great experience all the way around.

Their prices are competitive, and if you do packages you get a better price. Kelly is great. She is knowledgeable, experienced and pleasant.
