Fantastic experience: Dr. Nick and his staff are wonderful, look forward to coming here every week for my pre treatment massage and adjustment from Dr. Nick. If you have any aches or pains I highly recommend coming here.

Negative experience: I treated with Damato chiropractic several times. My second time treating with them was a bad experience although the services are OK in to start treatment under a letter of protection, had a family tragedy and I abruptly stopped going to treatment and I dropped the lawsuit that I had towards the insurance company. I was unaware. I had a bill with the model chiropractic because I figured they just use my insurance as I had at the. didn’t think anything for two years I actually set my mother gift cards there for her massages and would have my fiancé go there for adjustments and massages. I recently got into a new car accident where I was injured so I reached out to chiropractic to get treatment that’s when I was rudely met by the lady who handles all their billing, calling me back the next day you owe us $2000 from two years ago. I never heard anything about this. Never got a letter never got a phone call. No one ever said anything to me that same day says she needs payment. It’s the holiday season. I told her I couldn’t make a payment and I didn’t know that I had a balance , I asked her to have one of the doctors call me so that we could work out maybe a payment plan and I could bring him some new business let’s say that never happened the same day. I was called by a collection agency to collect the debt a few days later, I was hit with a small claims lawsuit , I kept trying to call the office to speak to one of the doctors no one ever returned my call when I got the lawsuit in the mail. I was frustrated so I called them maybe two times in a row the lady was picking up clearly and hanging up the phone , so I called my work phone number and they answered I got into it with the lady at this point. I was frustrated called her a bad word. Then a few days later I get a call from the Glastonbury police department saying that the office then filed a complaint for harassment , be very careful dealing with this office when it comes to payment and letters of protection, they will come after you aggressively and unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter to see Dr. Abate after she injured her ankle. She is doing much better after he helped address muscle tension in her whole leg that was the cause of the injury. He helped with exercises and stretching to do at home along with regular adjustments. The whole staff is great including the receptionists and massage therapists. I won’t be taking my daughter anywhere else for chiropractic care!

Fantastic experience: This place is just what I needed. On my first visit I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist and staff. Then, almost immediately, I was brought in for examination by the chiropractor. After we chatted about my ailments, a massage therapist began to work on loosening my tension in a very personalized manner. That lasted just long enough for the chiropractor to come back and conduct manipulations to my troubled areas. If that wasn't enough of a relief, I was then ushered into a cryotherapy session, removing the remaining inflammation and discomfort. I limped in and walked out. My second visit went just the same. Welcomed in chatted about concerns and received tailored treatment. I also received a fully documented care plan and insurance coverage breakdown. That helped with the mitigation of tension too. Fantastic experience: I have been to chiropractors before and I needed a switch due to distance. I found this office and immediately was at ease when I saw their website. It’s super easy to look through and read all about their practice. I’m pregnant as well and they even advertised adjusting during pregnancy which sold me. Fantastic experience: I have to say that I was in Connecticut for 19 months caring for my mom who had stage 4 lung cancer. In October of 2021 I got rear ended and was recommended to Nick Damato. Fantastic experience: Dr.Damato is amazing. I went in with extreme back pain. I had difficulty standing and sitting straight. I have been going for a few weeks and I am seeing a difference already. I love that they give a massage while you wait for the doctor. The office is super clean. The staff is wonderful and polite. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time going to Damato Chiropractic Center. I was having frequent shoulder pain from my college years playing fun football. Prior to Dr. Nick, I saw another chiropractor for my shoulder. After few sessions, I stopped going and just told myself to live with it. As time went by, my shoulder was bothering me more and more. I was extremely happy after. the first meeting with Dr. Nick. Right away I felt the differences in services. My shoulder was definitely felt more mobile. I was greatly pleased with the deep massage he was able to provide. I am relieved to know that progress and improvement are on the radar, and look forward to my upcoming sessions.
