Fantastic experience: 1st initial appointment today 12/18/24 and what a great experience! From entering into the waiting room and speaking with professional staff members to check me in was nothing but excellent. The communication between staff members I noticed was extremely refreshing to see as everyone carried themselves with professionalism and team oriented. Now, as for Dr. J. The chiropractic gods sent us an angel (without wings lol) from Canada and after we met briefly Dr. J made me feel right at home and confident that I chose the right practice to have treatment at. Well educated on her game without a split second between talking about procedures and protocols including her friendly demeanor. Total professional Dr. J is and I couldn’t be luckier to have such a great chiropractor along with a supportive staff. If your not going to Pure Wellness YOUR DOING IT WRONG! Best of the best!

Fantastic experience: Pure Wellness is very attentive to the needs of the patient. The front office (scheduling/billing) does all they can to work with payments and your work/school schedule. I find them to be very accommodating.

Positive experience: Really nice experience but they require patients to run down insurance referrals from their primary care provider. Seems like this is something Pure Wellness should do. Too much effort so I'm not returning.

Fantastic experience: Just amazing! I was complaining to my chiropractor about how my back feels after golf. After he got me adjusted, he took some time to write down and then took 5 minutes to actually demonstrate the dynamic stretches I should be doing before activities such as golf. Who does that anymore? He showed that he cares about his patients well being. I feel great, and the information he gave me will be used going forward. Definitely got my money’s worth!!!! I highly recommend!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was anxious about seeing a new Chiropractor since I’ve had mixed experiences in the past. I am happy I got over my anxiety and saw Dr.J at Pure Wellness Chiropractic. Dr.J reviewed my condition explained what may help me and began my treatment. The practice and all the people involved in it that either treated me or who support the front office were caring and respectful not only to me but to everyone they interacted with while I was there. Top notch professionalism throughout the practice!

Fantastic experience: I was never convinced that chiropractic was right for me until coming to Pure Wellness. Unable to stand upright, Dr. Joelle Renaud (Dr. J.) gave me a spinal adjustment that put me well on a path to recovery. Continued therapy, including spinal decompression, (aka, "traction"), has helped tremendously in allowing me to continue working. The Pure Wellness staff is friendly and courteous, always ready to be helpful. Can't say enough good things about everyone at Pure Wellness.

Fantastic experience: Ive been seeing Dr.J for a a little over a year and she has significantly helped my migraines, neck and shoulder pain. Recently, I had an accident while lifting something heavy and threw my back out. Couldn't walk. And although I hadn't seen Dr. J for a bit (Dr. J improved my pain so well i didnt need to go!) but when calling them about my back the office got me in the very next morning! The front desk staff share a refreshingly professional, knowledgeable & helpful attitude. I would be a mess without Dr. J and her team! Thank you for improving my life!!!

Fantastic experience: RELIEF!! I’ve been in pain for over three months (thumb) I couldn’t hold the coffee pot or anything else with my right hand because I didn’t see my primary doctor. Thought no one could help me. I went to Pure Wellness (10 years ago) after a car accident. Fast forward, my lower back and left hip were in so much pain it was effecting my daily living. I couldn’t squat to pick up anything off the floor because my (what I thought was muscle in my thigh) and a right knee that I was told need to be replaced just wouldn’t budge. I went back to Pure Wellness as a new patient ( since I hadn’t been there in 3 or more years) My appointment was with Dr Jessica Cortelinno. She was very friendly and welcoming. We chatted about ALL my pains, she got to know a little about me, did an exam then began to adjust my body. I would recommend her to everyone, family and friends. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many a chiropractor in my 47 years due to cervical spinal stenosis and this place is by far the best. They are knowledgeable and incredibly compassionate. Dr. J. is extremely trauma informed. I am a childhood trauma survivor and I struggle with depression, anxiety and s*icidal ideation. Sometimes being touched can be difficult for me, but Dr. J. made me feel very comfortable and safe. When I had a mental health crisis a couple months ago and missed an appointment she even checked in on me to make sure I was doing OK. Dr. J. listens and I feel heard. Just an Amazing staff and practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Pure Wellness for a little over a month now after a car accident that left me with shoulder, neck, lower back and hip injuries. Dr Justin Dietrich has been overseeing my rehabilitation and the easing of my pain. With an attentive ear, sound advice and awesome adjustments, Dr. Dietrich has been making me feel better with every visit. Shout out also to his office and support staff. These individuals are friendly, kind and professional. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 5 mins in the waiting room before being ushered back to my treatment. The fish tank in the waiting room is pretty entertaining also. 5 stars from this Pisces.

Dr. Joelle also helped me out quite a bit when I had my hip replaced. And took my pregnant wife in on short notice on a day she wasn’t working to help her severe back pain. Wonderful practice!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this practice as needed since 2019. I’ve seen Dr. J every time, and she is nothing short of wonderful. Not only is she a knowledgeable and experienced chiropractor, but she is a caring, empathetic, and kind human being. I’ve had significant back issues thanks to emotional stress in my life, and she is so helpful when it comes to making suggestions to improve my occasional but sometimes significant upper back/shoulder blade pain. I no longer work in the area of her office, and I’ve since moved 50 miles away, but I still make the hour+ drive to see her every few weeks, and it’s more than worth my time. Very grateful to have a medical provider like Dr. J

Fantastic experience: I just had my final appointment today at Pure Wellness and from the front desk to Dr. Dietrich and the massage therapist every single person took great care of me. I went in just off of crutches from a hip injury and today I feel good, I'm so thankful for Dr. Dietrich and the help he gave me over the last 7-8 months, I'd probably still be limping if it wasn't for him. Fantastic experience: After suffering with lower back pain for years, I was referred to Dr. Justin Dietrich by my adult children for chiropractic care. I have a long drive to work each day and my pain was so severe that driving was almost impossible and I could not sleep at night. Pure Wellness got me in very quickly and Dr. Dietrich began a care routine for my lower back that included exercise, hydration, stim, and adjustment. Within two months, my lower back is feeling 100% again and I am now on a maintenance schedule to make sure that I stay healthy and pain free. The entire staff is so friendly and take great care of me when I am there for treatment. I highly recommend you give Pure Wellness a chance to help you if you are experiencing any back pain. Fantastic experience: Went to Pure Wellness and Dr J for a lower back pull. After only one treatment back was already feeling better. Second adjustment was this am. She listens to your ailment and does a great job getting your body back to firing on all cylinders. HIGHLY recommend this place. Fantastic experience: I had never given chiropractic care a single, solitary thought to treat my ongoing back, shoulder, & neck pain. Strictly due to fear (I feel like what you see in videos looks painful and just awkward and I never wanted any part of that lol). A couple of friends of mine have been going to pure wellness and have seen Dr. Jess and Dr. J, and absolutely love them and swear by the power of their adjustments. I was basically forced by my friend to make an appointment lol, bit the bullet and just did it. Today I had my first visit with Dr. J, and WOW I am so happy I went through with coming in. Dr. J is so thorough, sweet, and enthusiastic about what she does. I had no pain during my adjustments and actually felt better afterwards! Fantastic experience: I had neck pain and waited 2 weeks to call chiro hoping that it would go away. It did not go away so I called this morning to get an adjustment and luckily got right in and instantly felt improvement. I leave for vacation tonight and so happy they fit me in last minute and fixed me!

Fantastic experience: I went into Pure Wellness with skepticism because I have sciatica. I tried physiotherapy and the cortisone shots. Nothing helped, I couldn’t walk sit , sleep or stand for any given time frame. A family member had suggested that I try seeing a chiropractor. She had suffered from one several years ago, it was the best decision. I must totally agree with her. It was the best decision I ever made. Just after one month 3 visits a week I cannot believe how great I am feeling. The staff is amazing. I can’t say enough about Dr. Dietrich. He is kind and professional . Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting this center for over 6 months and now the experience has been very good ! I have a chronic back issue and had severe back pain in November and saw Dr Justin Dietrich and he has been helping me get back to normal . I started with a 8-9 pain scale which is now manageable to a 1-2 at most even after spending 3 days on feet . The exercises help and now I’m doing a monthly session / adjustment. Highly recommended and great people at the office !

Fantastic experience: I have not been to a chiropractor in almost 2 years and have since suffered a lot of back and leg pain to the point where I had a hard time walking more than a mile of the time. I recently visited pure wellness and saw Fr Dietrich , walked out of there, feeling like a new man, best movie I ever made Made an appointment for one week later and will try to visit regularly. Don’t take your chiropractic health for granted it has major effects on your every day life as it did mine.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pure Wellness to anyone needing chiropractic care. I started treatment 2 weeks ago due to extremely painful sciatic pain shoot down both of my legs. After 4 treatments of electro-stim therapy, adjustments and home stretching exercises provided by Dr. Dietrich, my pain has been relieved about 50%. I'm thrilled with this progress. My appointments have started on time every visit. The staff is professional and super-friendly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Deitrich listens to my description of what's going on, provides needed adjustment and is able to recommend appropriate stretching/exercises to help me help myself between appointments. All office staff is friendly and appointments are always right on time.

On my initial assessment he took the time to explain what I was experiencing and what I was to expect. Put it in terms that I could understand and showed me on a model what and why I was experiencing the pain I was. They offer a multitude of treatments which is great.
