Fantastic experience: I had the 90 minute for $55 hot stone massage promo. The environment was calming and pleasant. The whole staff, including Petra herself, welcomed me warmly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Lysandra gave me my massage, and I swear she has the magical touch! I wanted a firmer pressure applied and it was perfect. The hot stones gave an amazing sensation. I got this message as a treat to myself for my birthday, but I will definitely be coming back! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Negative experience: Petra can treat you as unprofessional as she wants, so much that you don't want to finish your treatment. But once you sign their no refund policy, you're out of luck. She WILL share your medical information including the body scan with others. I am so humiliated!

Negative experience: Booked a massage appointment yesterday for today at 1 PM… Arrive on time and takes 10 minutes before anybody comes to the front desk to acknowledge me… Once they do, they tell me I am checked in at 1:15. I go to the front desk and ask how much longer before I would be starting my massage session and the lady says “hey bud, I don’t have you appointment until 130. Do you want me to cancel? “ yep, thank you very much, but calling me by my surname or Mr. would’ve been fine… I’m not Bud. I have a name… Her southern accent might be charming to some, but it was very passive aggressive… Not impressed…

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed as soon as I walked in the door...turns out it was for good reason They are so personable positive glowing people.! Their spirit will raise yours. I had laser lipo with cavitation and I could not be more pleased. They took pics and the results were obvious. Even more than that...I measured before I went to the clinic and again when I came home 2 marks short of 2 inches. The next morning I put on a pair of my loose fitting jeans...granted they were already loose...but they literally fell all the way down as I walked! I will definitely be going back. I have already referred 3 people....and many more will be referred as well! THANK YOU DR PETRA AND STAFF!!!! Finally I found the weightloss program I've been trying to find for 10 years....AMAZING

Negative experience: The staff appear to be professional but in reality they do not thoroughly explain the processes in its entirety. I was setup on a payment plan, instead of them taking monthly payment, they took the entire amount. When I called several times to get it corrected, Petra the owner accuse me of calling and cussing out a staff member (which was not true) then she stated that I wasn’t worth her energy. I believe what happened was during a treatment I asked when should I see the difference, I was told I should and it should could continue for 12 weeks. I told the staff that my friend saw me (which he hasn’t been seen me in a month) said you still look the same and you are throwing away your money. That day the entire amount was charged to my credit card and when I called and questioned why, all Hell breaks loose and now I’m not worth her energy.

Negative experience: Nothing but a money scam..promise you will look like a rock star..5000 later very little weight lost around stomach..need more money...don't wast your money

Alicia is really good she puts her elbows in your shoulders and will focus on the areas you request. I walk out of there everytime feeling like I’m walking on clouds. Don’t sleep on this place! A little confusing on what is going to be done at next session so you dont know how to prepare ( what to do and not do before the treatment).you find out how unhealthy your body is even if you eat healthy. Negative experience: I really wish I could give a good review, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. My husband and I had a weekend away for my birthday and I found Petra's online to book a couples massage for us. I was so excited and ready for a relaxing massage! We showed up just a few minutes before our appointment, but were told our second massage therapist wasn't there yet because we showed up early. When she showed up and they both came to the room it was discovered that they didn't have the bed set where they wanted it so more extra time was spent getting that set up. Even though they started our massage late, they still decided to end it when it should have been done had it started on time. Unfortunately, I did not get the relaxing massage that I was so excited for. I am not quite sure how to describe what they were doing to my back, but it was definitely more pain than "feel good". When they moved up to my neck, it felt at times like they were trying to pull my head off. It is now two days after receiving the massage and my husband and I are both extremely sore from the experience. Also, at the end of the massage we went to leave and were told we needed to pay for the massage. I explained that I had already paid online when I booked the massage and they continued saying that their system did not show a payment and that I would need to pay. When I finally pulled up my card statement and showed them the charge on my account, they suddenly found the payment in their system and printed me a receipt. If you are looking for more of a muscle manipulation massage, then this is your place to go. If you are wanting relaxation, definitely think twice before booking. I, sadly, will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: In November of 2023, my life change forever. Thanks to Petra's weight loss clinic! On April 27th of 2023 I started my weight loss journey and as of today, June 3rd 2024 I have lost a 146 pounds and 13 Pant sizes. I was in a size 22 and now I wear a size 3. I am 60 years old (young) but now feel 30. LOL. I am so much more active and able to do things that I couldn't before. But my journey didn't end there because now I was fighting depression and mental issues because I had a lot of loose skin hanging and my belly was still out there. My husband could see my happiness I had over all the tremendous amount of weight I had lost but I was struggling, struggling mentally due to all the hidden skin under my clothing. I wanted it gone so bad, but not through the knife. Dr. Petra Whisenhunt worked with me so well, and with every visit over several months inches and inches and inches were just disappearing, and my loose skin was tightening and my belly was shrinking. We were so elated with my results over the visits, but Dr. Petra was also in awe of my results so much that she asked me to join her on tv and be in her ADS. I was so happy to allow her because if it can help anyone as much as it has helped me I will always agree to let her share my amazing journey that she has given me. Fantastic experience: I’ve enjoyed coming to Petra’s since February. Everyone is so personable and genuinely care about your health and experience during your journey. Because of my health issues I’ve been taking a slower approach and have achieved a loss of 3 sizes in clothing and over 30 pounds so far! I look forward to seeing all these ladies I now consider friends, it’s my happy place 3 times a week!

Negative experience: Petra is all about sales. She sold me an expensive package for skin tightening and made many promises that she did not keep. She did not have my appointments/procedures planned out and I was always asked, "What are you having done today?" At my last visit, Petra told me that I needed three more treatments of RF micro needling. "Yes, that's what we need to do." That week, I was told that I was out of sessions. When I tried to question Petra about the three more treatments (that I should have been given earlier in my skin tightening plan) she HUNG up on me. I do not have before and after pictures that show improvement because there wasn't any improvement. I was basically scammed by "Dr." Petra. The only professional employee at this business was Maria. She genuinely showed concern and the desire to help me achieve my skin tightening goal. I have never posted anything like this before. I just want to inform/forewarn future patients of my experience at this business.

Negative experience: The whole business needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY... The owner is one rude lady, kept talking over me, wouldn't let me talk at all, wasn't trying to hear me out on anything... The whole place smells of anak and cigarettes. Trsh all in the bathroom no tissue to wipe yourself, just a horrible experience and horrible place to go.... Please please listen to me this woman and place needs to be removed from the face of the earth. There's no way she owns a business talking and disrespecting people the way she does.

Negative experience: Visiting family in town, and thought I'd schedule us something nice. HORRIBLE experience, very unprofessional out of the gate from the time we walked in, the owner is condescending and refused to address our concerns. If there was an option for 0 stars, do not recommend. I would give it to them. Wouldn't recommend doing business with them. Smh. Seems like a miserable environment.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment through a special online. I received so many emails prior saying be early. My appointment was at 10:30 am. I showed up at 10:06 am. They were closed. A lady showed up at 10:15am and unlocked the door. I went in and waited until 10:30 am. The receptionist informed me that "she" (person doing the procedure) was not there yet. I asked how long it would be and she said 10 minutes without traffic. I told her I was not staying and asked if they would refund my $30 deposit. She said no. I explained that the person wasn't there to do the procedure. Her excuse was that she had 2 little kids. So what! I have 6 kids. I still managed to make it early astgey requested. Completely unprofessional!! Do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: My first experience at Petra's was very pleasant. I was seen prior to my appointment by very happy and friendly personnel and on time for my appointment. The young lady who did my facial was pleasant and funny. I enjoyed my visit and I plan to return.

Negative experience: FRONT DESK WAS SO RUDE. She reeked of cigarettes & alcohol… the service was rush… I didn’t feel comfortable, I just would not recommend this place at all ! & Petra needs her license revoked asap !

Negative experience: I wish I could leave 0 stars. If you go to this clinic do not, and I repeat, do not get a treatment by Tiffany. She’s a tech there and she has no idea what she’s doing. She will use these weight loss machines on you. Keep in mind sometimes you have to go as close to the groin, and guess what she doesn’t sanitize them afterwards. She did a hydra facial, and when I tell you, she legit broke capillaries in the face because of being so rough she cuts peoples treatment short because she’s trying to move fast and to be frank. she’s just all around nasty. Do not go here. I repeat do not go here unless you want to be scammed out of your money and messed up.

Negative experience: THIS WOMAN IS A SCAM ARTIST! When Clients come inquiring about weight loss treatment. Her main thing that she likes to say is their machines are FDA approved. All FDA approved means is that the potential benefits outweigh the potential risks there’s no guarantee that it works though. She takes these peoples money and talks up these procedures, but the real reason why people are losing weight the way they are is because of the stuff that they do at home. She’s telling people that They need to go on a calorie deficit, work out, drink, more water, etc. etc. Well, of course you’re gonna lose weight if you do that. If you cut out certain foods work out and eat less than you were before you’re guaranteed to lose weight, don’t fall for it you’re just gonna be spending a whole bunch of money for no reason.

Negative experience: I went to this place with a friend and was going to talk about making an appt. When I heard Petra going off on a client and being rude right there in the reception area, I was horrified. Then I could hear her in the back, yelling and screaming, I got up and left. There is no way I would feel comfortable getting anything treatment from someone like that.

Negative experience: In early 2023, I decided to look into Petra's regarding the various weight loss and massage treatment programs. The initial consultation with Petra seemed to go well and I was looking forward to my weight-loss treatment program. Petra made it sound like it was extremely successful after showing a few of before and after images. I was told at the time, that my treatment would include a free treatment package and all the supplements needed/recommended to help expedite my weight loss. It was about a month into my treatment that I received a sealed box of supplements (some of which were not mine and I dropped off at my next visit). I was also provided a printout dated Feb 20, 2023, that Petra went over. This printout listed the supplements, the daily dosage and frequency, as described below: 1. Para-pack (metabolic support)- am: 2 tablets; noon: 1 tablet; pm: 2 tablets. 2. Adrenal Complex (glandular support)- am: 2 tablets; noon: 2 tablets; pm: 2 tablets. 3. Min-Plex B (magnesium + chromium + B6)- am: 2 tablets; noon: 2 tablets; pm: 2 tablets. 4. HCL V-Plus (digestive support)- am: 1 tablet; noon: 1 tablet; pm: 1 tablet. 5. Vitamin E Plus- am: 1 tablet; noon: 1 tablet; pm: 1 tablet. 6. [Hand-written] MSM- 3,000 to 6,000mg divided into two dosages. I began taking the supplements as instructed. Approximately a week to two weeks later, I noticed that I began to have intense abdominal pain and nausea, which resulted in me eating less. When I went in for my semi-weekly treatment, Petra's assistant asked how I was doing and I told her that I was experiencing some pain and nausea. She didn't have an explanation for why I would be experiencing this and suggested that I speak to Petra when she was back in the office. Petra was out for an additional two weeks and then I saw her briefly as she stepped into a room right as I was leaving. Since I wasn't able to get her attention, I let her assistant know that I had ran out of my supplements and if she knew when I would get them, or if she could ask Petra to order my refill. She responded that she wasn't sure, but that she would follow-up with Petra and let me know on my next visit. Due to the on-going abdominal pain, I decided to follow-up with my PCP. In April 2023, I received the results from my lab work. I had above-normal WBC, Platelets, and an unusual amount of RBC within my urine. I felt miserable, especially as the blood within my urine was noticeable. On my follow-up visit, I asked her assistant about the supplements. She expressed surprise, excused herself, and then went and spoke to Petra around the corner from the receptionist desk. Unfortunately, I overheard Petra tell her, that, "no, I'm not purchasing additional supplements because she's not following the instructions that I provided her." The assistant came out and repeated the message to me, not realizing that I overheard Petra. I did not get a chance to talk with Petra directly since she had already stepped into one of the treatment rooms. I was angry and left since my "treatment" seemed inconsistent and this seemed to confirm that I was wasting my time chasing LED, sound waves and vitamins to lose weight. My blood and urine lab results continued to climb into May and then finally started to drop at the end of June, 2023. Since then, I've had to discontinue taking NAIDs and Aspirin and this issue is now noted within my medical records. It took me a few months to recover and I have not been back to Petra's since. I would strongly recommend going to a professional Doctor. I can vouch that her weight-loss program was very successful in reducing my checking account balance.

Negative experience: The only good thing I can say was that the women working the desk was nice. The therapist acted like she didn't want to massage me. And she was not very friendly, and didn't give a good massage. When I left, I didn't feel like I had a message at all just lotioned. The room was also freezing. So between her bad bedside manner, bad massage and the cold. It was horrible. Also the woman (customer) before us was being treated very rude. I should have left then. I tried to be positive about the situation but I will not be returning. A waste of time and money.

Negative experience: Made appointment for these place asking about the weight loss program I've seen on TV often . I read so many bad reviews but couldn't believe it really since these woman always on tv chanel 25 , so after I called to cancel the appointment since I forgot that I had another appointment at that time somewhere else we received the text message that saying that we will have to pay $30 cancellation fee or the next time will be $60 with credit card to make an appointment while it clearly didn't say anything about it when we called they didn't even mention any money or credit card and it's say free consultation now I do believe all these bad reviews when everybody say that she ripping them off stealing their money doesn't do refunds don't give back the money charging credit cards on left and right do not go to this place even the reviews about the weight loss was bad I don't think channel 25 should have her on on TV anymore and I think I need to contact them with all these reviews and say that they are helping her to defraud the people this should stop. I even attached the text message they sent back about it so she won't say that this is another a scam review on her like she's reporting all others because they're telling the truth about her again do not go to this place do not

Negative experience: Petra is unprofessional and not kind. She was nice the first time I saw her but telling me things that a "doctor" should not tell a client such as how she used to live in my town ad her neighbor was trying to sleep with her husband. Then when I came back the next time to get the service that i paid for the script flipped (after she got my money) and was asking me about my services loudly in her lobby which I felt was sharing my health information and a hippa violation. I told her I was confused about the service we agreed on and she took me to her office and told me "you are pissing me off" she started yelling at me and accusing me of trying to get free services out of her. She made me feel very unsafe and I began to cry. I had already paid her so I had to finish out my treatments and I had to return and thankfully she wasnt there. She will not give you your money back! I was so nervous about returning that my sister was going to go with me because she made me scared like she would harm me. Her staff is very kind so I hope that she does not treat them like she did me. I would NEVER recommend Petras to anyone because she appears to be mentally unstable and a con artist. If you do go here I highly suggest getting an itemized receipt of exactly what services she is telling you that you are getting. I also suggest taking someone with you but the best would be to go somewhere else. I did see some other reviews of people that are seeking legal action against her and I see exactly why.

Negative experience: Can't speak on the services, but the customer service and atmosphere was not professional. When asked about the process I was told I should have done my research before coming in. Then I asked to see her photo gallery and was told that I needed to look it up online. She didn't have one (a physical book) to show me. She kept telling me that her equipment was FDA approved, like that was the supposed to sway me. The office was cluttered, equipment and clients in the hallway getting services. And based on the RESEARCH I've done since, this is not where I think I want my professional services done. Check her out and then go other places and you'll see what I'm talking about about.

Negative experience: Two minutes after hanging up from booking my appointment and placing my credit card for a deposit that I was told would go towards the services, I read the reviews listed here and decided to cancel my appointment. I immediately called back and could not get a hold of anyone. I then proceeded to email explaining why I would like to cancel at this time. In response I received multiple emails back, saying that they did not want my business and other unprofessional comments. I don’t think it’s right to be charged for making an appointment and canceling two minutes later. I also was saddened to receive unprofessional responses. I hope this is not usual business practices, but felt the need to share.

Negative experience: I was not happy with my massage at all. I kept wondering when the massage part of the massage was going to happen. I walked out just as sore as I walked in. It was relaxing but not therapeutic at all!! Will not go back.

They run ads for 149$ & then what they don’t tell you is that NOTHING WILL CHANGE WITH THE 149$, you have to spend 10,000-40,000 for a very small change and only if you work out in the gym & eat healthy (no sweets) okay so one session is 800$. Petra lies and says that the 149$ will take 6-8 inches off your waist but no it doesn’t. I’m gonna put it straight forward if you exercise & eat healthily ( no sweets) that will work way better. Petra is fooling you to get rich. Don’t fall for this SCAM !

Negative experience: I’m upset that I spent hundreds of dollars while working out and going here, they were happy to take my cash, but never called me again to do the body scan like they promised me. They want 800$ a week for real results that I didn’t see. Most women are just dumb, eat right, exercise and take vitamins, that’s what’s really working now. Don’t get scammed on the Facebook ad it’s 800$ a week to keep going. The owner Petra is so rude & mean & EVIL SHE GETS MAD IF YOU ASK QUESTIONS SHE THINKS YOU SHOULD JUST SHUT UP AND PAY. Beware seriously. I talked to an attorney to get my money returned message me if you need too. On Facebook ! Go to MOTUS IN OKC/yukon they helped me loose weight in 1 week.

Fantastic experience: I got an ionic detoxing foot soak. The experience was amazing. Atmosphere of the whole place is very warm and inviting. All the workers that interacted with me were very kind. Haley is the one who did my foot bath and she was very informative and thorough. I really appreciated the explanation and the visual guide to help me know what’s going on and what to look for. All in all, it was a very good experience, and I will definitely be back again.

Negative experience: I booked the special that they had going on for permanent laser fat removal. It was $150 for a $250 procedure. When I called and asked about it they said it includes a consult, body scan, and the procedure itself, and you are guaranteed to lose 1-3 inches. I specifically asked “what happens if it doesn’t work”. Her response was, “I’ve never seen it not work.” Anyways, appointment was book and session was completed. Nothing changed. Nothing at all. They also did not do a body scan, therefor there’s nothing to compare before and after results too. I had called and asked if they could rectify the situation; maybe a partial refund or another service? They said no. No refunds. More treatment needs to be done if we want any results. So, to sum it up, their “special” that they advertised did not result in any noticeable difference, weight is still the same, clothes still fit the same, nothings changed, and I spent $150.00 (plus a tip) for nothing. At least they were nice during the appointment though (hence the 2 stars instead of 1 star).

Fantastic experience: The staff was very friendly. I went in for the $149 special and was given a lot of information on their weight loss machines. I'm really considering going back and doing one of the packages.

Negative experience: This place is RUDE. My mom spent 2 grand on their useless weight loss machines and when I tried calling them and asking them questions because she was concerned they REFUSED to answer us and kept hanging up our calls. And I swear if this place takes down my comment I will continue to comment and comment because people need to see how terrible this place is. DO not waste your time on this place. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: It's a great place for a massage and you can also trim your body with more choices & equipment than you can imagine! You just tell them what look you're going for and they can guide you to the right program for the amount you're looking to spend. I love these women and the way I'm treated every time I come in! So try it...you'll love it!!

Negative experience: Came in for a couples massage absolutely dissatisfied. Cold room, massage table heater not working and one of the masseur nail were too long left scratches on my husband neck.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to wait a few days after I had the vevazz treatment before making any reviews. Staff were all friendly and Petra had a southern charm that truly made me feel warm and welcome to be there. As for the results, I weighed 218 on Monday the day I received the treatment. Today is Wednesday and I weigh 212.6. I have been dieting and exercising as she suggested for long lasting results. The treatment wasn’t long or uncomfortable. I did feel heat in some areas but nothing extreme. I would definitely suggest checking Them out. I went using their sale for 149.00

Fantastic experience: I arrives early because it makes me feel welcomed. The employees care for me and their professionals. They have new 5-6 machines to help anything your need. While you getting treatment it busted fat cells, you have to drink water and it takes 2-3 months to loose weight & inches after it ends to show so planned it. I'm so happy I went there! I've haven't loose weight yet but I will. I'm going to be a success!

Negative experience: Don't waste your money! They do a pre and post measurement. The pre-treatment measurement, they made sure the measuring tape was "really" loose. The post-treatment, they pulled it "really" tight. Then tried to tell me that the flashing lights they shined on my naked body worked and that I had lost 3 inches with 1 treatment. SHE IS ROBBING PEOPLE! I'm sure some people will have some success because she plays a mind game. I see that Petra replied to my review. A MEASURING TAPE WAS USED ON ME WITH MY HUSBAND PRESENT. YOU DID NOT USE 3D IMAGING ON ME. MAYBE YOU DIDN'T HAVE THAT OPTION YET. I AM NOT MISTAKEN. I KNOW WHERE I WENT. Petra, you were nice to us. However, we left feeling like we were scammed out of our money. I see at your commercials and it still appears to be a scam. You advertise a wrinkle treatment and show the before picture with the lady's face angled down so it pronounces her wrinkles, then the after treatment, her face is angled up smoothing out the wrinkles and you cut off part of her neck. Maybe your treatments do something over time, but you are advertising miracles after 1 treatment. It sets unrealistic expectations. THIS IS MY REVIEW OF YOUR BUSINESS. I WILL NOT CHANGE IT UNLESS I SEE A CHANGE IN YOUR COMMERCIALS. I know my review is harsh, but I left your business in tears.

Positive experience: I've been going to Petra's for at least 5 years and they are amazing! I always get the couples massage and it's been super relaxing every time. The staff is very friendly and the prices can't be beat. Although it's a drive from where I am, I can't imagine going anywhere else for a spa experience.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for years to get a massage never had any issues I had come a year or so ago had 2 treatments of fat burning for $85 at the time. I came in today August 7th 2023 to discuss and have another consultation about flattening my stomach upon asking the doctor about why my stomach was a little bigger than the last time. She stated that I didn't follow the program, I said I was never told about a program and she said she would never say it was a permanent procedure, she asked who told me that, I said the lady in this picture. She said it was her in the picture but before I could say anything else she told me to get out of her office the consultation was over and don't come back. She was very rude she didn't listen or have a conversation about was I was trying to say to her and I think this is very unprofessional. I will not recommend anyone to come here ever again. I will spend my money elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Best massage I've had in years!! LySandra has magic hands, absolutely an incredible massage therapist. She found knots in places I didn't know i was holding stress and I was a noodle by the time i left. Can't wait to book her again!

Negative experience: An absolute disappointment. My sweet husband scheduled a surprise birthday massage for me. The massage was more like a rub down. No paperwork done, no questions about any aches I may have. There is absolutely no way the massage therapist is a professionally trained and licensed therapist. At a few points I was uncomfortable and other times it was comical. It is wasn’t even worth the hassle of complaining and asking them to make it right. Will never return!

Negative experience: I had scheduled a couples massage for my boyfriend's birthday. We arrived about 10 minutes early and absolutely no one greeted us even though there was an employee sitting at reception. Five minutes after our appointment time, he finally acknowledged us and then says I think you got kicked from your slot. After 15 minutes and employees grumbling about the chaos, the issue of whether or not we would get in still had not been addressed, so we left. This place is completely unprofessional. I understand mistakes happen but address the issue timely. My time is valuable. I am very disappointed and will not return. I will definitely advise others to go elsewhere for services.

Negative experience: I called this clinic to inquire about their weight loss services. The individual who called me back was totally unprofessional and rude when I ask how they’re pricing worked. She said you need to book and appointment to come in for a consultation. I tried the second time to ask her about their program for weight loss and “dash’s says “you need to find another clinic “. And hung up the phone! I was shocked!!

Fantastic experience: Me and my girlfriend got a couples massage and it was lovely! I think I had the upgraded package with the hot stones and facial, and the sauna! It was lovely and relaxing! I asked her to focus on my back and neck because they are very sore all the time and it was perfect! I got the light/meditation and I would recommend it for anyone who needs to relieve stress!

Negative experience: I have only had one other proffesional massage before, but this place was a mess! I showed up 15 mins early because the last time I had one I had to fill out paperwork. I didn't fill anything out, sign anything, or even sign in.... From the time we walked in the door I was uncomfortable, one of the massage therapists was walking around complaining about anything and everything. Infront of me and 3 other customers in the waiting room. We didn't even get to go back into a room (freezing room at that) until 415, our apt was at 4. The complaining therapist (Lori) was mine.... she continued to complain about serveral things, when we finally got started the "massage" was more like a rub down... my toddler could have done a better job... she didn't even give me a full hour massage and continued to mention that she had another appointment to get to... she then left saying she had to go and left me while the other therapist finished my mom's massage... A few moments later Lori came back in the room almost yelling that they needed the other therapist up front immediately because the cops were there... t here were no cops, I stepped out of the room moments later to use the restroom. This place was UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least and the complete opposite of what a message place should be. I left stressed out, freezing, and rather dissapionted. I won't be going back....
