Fantastic experience: I never heard of Softwave Tissue Regeneration treatment. I went in for pain in my left foot unable to bear weight. The treatment was helpful and I was able to walk pain free on my first session. The treatment pain was very intense and that was because my injury was severe. I couldn’t feel any pain where I had no injury but when they moved to the side I had injured boy I was out of breathe. The staff was friendly and explained everything in detail.

Fantastic experience: Long story short, you should go here especially if you have lower back pain. I know Elite is great for other things, but I can definitely speak to lower back pain. The people that work here are nice and they really care. Dr. Mike is great. Shane and Lindsey are great. I've been coming here since February/March and I did not expect it to be anything special (I've been to a few chiropractors in my day). Long story long, between the people there and that SoftWave contraption, my life has changed. I had a discectomy/laminectomy on my L4/L5 in 2020 (thanks 10 lbs baby), I went to physical therapy and it was better for a while. A little over a year later, the pain was pretty rough again so I went to my surgeon - I had arthritis from those two vertebrae rubbing together. I went to physical therapy for 2-3 months with no improvement so I went to a pain doctor (I went very regulary from 2022-early 2024). I had several steroid injections and even a couple nerve ablations. The steroids never did much, but nerve ablations worked well for a while. The pain got bad again so I went back to physical therapy from August to December 2024. I was taking my anti-inflammatories on a regular basis and muscle relaxers 1-2 times per week. Starting in late December, the pain was so bad that I was taking the anti-inflammatories, additional pain meds and the muscle relaxers EVERY DAY. If I did anything aggravating to my back, I was pretty much worthless the next day. In February, I scheduled another ablation for my L5-S1 because I was ready to just kill all the nerves in my back. Two weeks before my procedure, I came across a Facebook ad for the Softwave and I was very skeptical, but I'm about to drop $1000 at the pain doctor so figured it was worth a shot. It was a little painful, but I slept so well that night and I felt 90% better than I did the day before so I went back. I signed up for the package at the end of February and I am a different person. I actually moved that ablation I previously had scheduled in March a couple of times but I canceled it all together just two weeks ago. I can sit on the floor for longer than 3 minutes. I can paint a wall. I can sleep without a pillow under my knees (most nights). I can do things without feeling extreme regret the next day. I have taken my anti-inflammatories only 3 times since the beginning of March (I haven't done that since 2021). I still have some occasional discomfort, but I go into Elite and I am a human again. Elite and that Softwave machine have actually changed my life.

Coming from someone with scoliosis, impingement of shoulder, a back that just doesn't want to move and age catching up to me, I will recommend Dr. Mike and his team over and over again.

Shane did a fantastic job with my consultation, answering every question, never rushing. I have to be very honest I did not have any expectations from my first SoftWave treatment because I have suffered with arthritic knees for quite some time. Three scope surgeries to repair meniscus tears and here I am at Elite Family Chiropractic hoping for a miracle. The treatment was a little uncomfortable on the pain points but nothing unbearable. Afterwards I was in complete shock when up and walked with very little discomfort. It’s a week later and my knees feel even better. I am excited for my follow up appointment

He’s been battling pain in his hip and limited mobility of his left leg for about 6 months now, if not longer. He’s been to countless doctors around the world, trainers and specialists. Fantastic experience: 2 years ago I was in a bad accident. I went through physical therapy and had injections. I still have severe pain. I saw a advertisement about Elite Family Chiropractic. I decided to make an appointment. I am only on my 5th visit but feel a huge difference. I am even able to do yard work. Dr. Mike is amazing. He explains everything he is doing and is very knowledgeable. The entire staff is awesome and very welcoming. They truly make me feel like family

Positive experience: The sign in process was very easy the exrays were done easily. What got me about the service was the atmosphere of the place. The front desk assistant talked really fast and seemed a little impatient. As I went through the evaluation process the person in Blue, Jonathan, that walked me through it seemed bothered. However his trainee was very kind, he smiled talked at a rate that was easy to understand and very kind. The interactions between the service team was not pleasant either. The woman with short hair seemed upset with her staff and made some crass jokes in front of me and another customer while we were on the tens unit face down. Also, while face down someone used my legs as a counter, which sounds silly but they needed to set a heat pad down for a sec and they just used my legs lol. The whole experience seemed unprofessional and unwelcoming. I may consider not going through with my follow up session. There needs to be a change in culture at this place. As someone who works in Healthcare I can sat from experience that it's not difficult to maintain professionalism around patients no matter how crazy things get in the office. It just wasn't a pleasant experience. Maybe it was an off day,
