I have had Many x rays, an MRI and consults with specialists who could not diagnose the problem or correct it. Dr Jason performed one procedure and the pain is now gone. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This team is the absolute best! They truly care. Dr. Jason and Dr. Nate are nothing short of fantastic and Riaan is just Amazing! I was referred by a friend and I was one week from scheduled surgery and just cancelled shots that I was supposed to get. I really wanted to avoid a band aid scenario and that is all my Orthopedic was pushing. I had herniated discs in my L5 and S1. My functionality was bad. I could not sit for any period of time without pain and standing/walking for anything over 10 minutes brought tremendous discomfort. I ended up going on short term disability due to my work beginning to be impacted by pain and discomfort, as I am in my feet all day. I met with Rian and Dr.Nate and they went over a 8 week plan that involved adjustments and Decompressions 3x a week. Fast forward, to week 10 and I’ve graduated to adjustments just once a week and I have gained full functionality where I am running almost for miles 3-4x a week and will be returning to work full duty. I owe them so much for the care they have given me. DR. Jason is just amazing!

Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying that this is not my first chiropractic practice, but it is certainly one of a kind, and frankly, the best I have visited. Dr. Matt really does care about the overall wellbeing of each patient beyond just chiropractic care, and that is reflected in everything the practice both offers and utilizes in that care. Riann and Carrie were absolutely wonderful in explaining the healing process with me, and seeking the best of that process for the most effective outcome. Drs. Jason, Nathan and Elisha are absolute gems during their adjustments. Not only do they ask you all the relevant questions about what exactly you are seeking, but are also just the sweetest. They really do assure that you are one hundred percent informed and most importantly, comfortable. I am very, very satisfied in the care provided. I am also incredibly thankful to the wonderful staff upfront, who have always been available to help me with any questions I may have. Last but not least, I want to thank everyone at this practice for not only taking care of me, but taking care of my mother, who has long needed chiropractic care. She has been incredibly reluctant over the years to move forward with it, but has seen a monumental difference in both the reduction of her pain and increase in her mobility. Negative experience: Zero stars if I could. This place is completely unprofessional and I constantly hear staff talking about each other during my appointment. Very unpleasant experience. While looking at recent reviews, you can see the petty and rude responses from management. The facility was also dirty.

Negative experience: one of the worst environments i have ever encountered. the way the managers treat they’re staff is so degrading. please do not waste your time here. they gossip about their own employees and even their CUSTOMERS and i know this because i heard it all and we’re not discreet at all! as a past customer who got adjusted there i saw the attitude first hand with management. one of the worst establishments EVER! should be called PALM BEACH HELL CENTER

Positive experience: This practice is a good one. The doctors are phenomenal. However, there is a staff member named Laura who’s not as warm and inviting as one would expect for the business. Sad!

Fantastic experience: I truly believe in life we are placed where we need to be. We encounter people we need to meet. In December of 2022 i was coming out of a really bad emotional situation. My nervous system was all over the place (effecting my arms and causing numbness and tingling every single night) I couldn’t feel that way anymore so i started to do research. When i stumbled upon Palm Beach Health center i had a good gut feeling and really nothing to lose, so i made an appointment. It has been a year and a half now and i remember my first visit as if it were yesterday. Carrie, thank you for being one of the kindest human beings i have ever met! You confirmed that day that everything would be okay and it is. Everyone at this practice has been nothing but wonderful but i have to especially thank Dr Nathan. He was there from the beginning and is an absolute angel on earth. I could never thank him enough for the education, time, and care he gave to me to get me through a really difficult time. It’s been a long road but not only is my body in better shape, so is my mind and soul. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here 1000%!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient since Oct. 2023. I had been suffering from sciatica and not getting the results I wanted from a local chiropractor. After seeing an ad on social media I decided to give Palm Beach Health Center a try, best decision I made! Had my consultation, Xrays, assessment and follow up to discuss course of action. After 3 months of adjustments 3x a week, decompression and stretch therapy I am walking upright again! Now on maintenance and back to walking my daily mile and a half. I can not recommend this practice highly enough. The entire staff is helpful, pleasant and friendly! The Doctors are all amazing… and actually listen to what you’re saying!! Give this practice a try, you will not regret it!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best office I've ever been to. Straight from the girls at the desk to the doctors in the rooms. They all have a genuine interest in my health and overall well-being. Im a security guard on my feet all day and they definitely help with my neck, back and elbow pain.

Fantastic experience: I had two hip replacements within one year. After the surgeries, walking was difficult, standing for a longer than a minute torturous, and climbing stairs impossible. I went to the surgeon who performed the hip replacements who diagnosed me with back and spine issues. He referred me to a pain management doctor and to another orthopedic. I went to both, got second opinions but there was no change. Finally, a friend of mine told me about PBHC because she knows someone who “swears by this place”. What did I have to lose, so I cancelled my appointment to have an epidural and came to PBHC. After over a two hour assessment, I was told that it was not my back but my neck. I am a new woman and highly recommend PBHC to everyone! Thank you for resolving my issues.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming here! Originally I was referred to them by a friend of mine who takes her young children to their wpb location (I go to the royal palm one). A few years ago I had 2 car accidents within a 5 month period and the 2nd one left me suffering with severe facet joint pain in my lumbar spine. The pain would come on at any given moment and when it did, it was extremely excruciating. Over the years I've always been skeptical of chiropractic care because I've heard the horror stories of what could happen if not done correctly, as well as being an X-ray tech in the field for 8 years I've seen some things. When I seen that my friend trusted these wonderful people with her children, I knew I needed to see them for myself. For the past 6 months I've been getting weekly adjustments, as well as stretch therapy, and man has it made a world of difference. The staff are amazing, kind hearted, professional people, everyone from the front desk ladies, to Carrie and Jodi who always manage to remember every person's name.  To the wonderful providers Dr. Nathan, Dr. Matt, and Dr. Elisha and of course not to mention Chris who does the best stretch sessions. I highly recommend checking out all the services they provide!

However, knowing they have the same training and mindset as my favorite most helpful chiropractor Demoss Chiropractic in Huntington Beach California really makes me excited! I am certain I will receive the best targeted care for my needs. They were very hands on, listened and even pinpointed my issues very quickly. They even were understanding of my time constraints as I have many appointments all day. Excited to see how the rest goes. Considering continuing care here for years to come. I completed my treatment and feel 100% now. They helped my shoulder recover. It took a long time but now I am down 20 lbs and have no pain carrying regular weight. They have a chiropractor that is also a sports physical therapist who helped my son recover his ankle after a tear. Really amazing practice! Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this place of hope and healing for over 3 months now, and can say that if you are looking to get prescribed a bunch of pills and procedures, do not come here! At PBHC they will treat you as a valued individual, answering all your health questions and set you on a holistic plan of recovery. I have already experienced a reduction in pain and better mobility related to arthritis and scoliosis. In addition, their positive atmosphere of love and encouragement have helped so much with my battle against anxiety and depression. Best medical facility I have ever visited!

Negative experience: The healthcare professionals at this office are outstanding, but the administrative staff leaves much to be desired. As a new patient, I called to reschedule a follow-up appointment and was met with shocking levels of rudeness and dismissiveness. A staff member, Josey or Jodi (I’m unsure of her name), outright refused to reschedule my appointment and even suggested that I cancel my other plans to keep the original time. To make matters worse, a follow-up appointment was later scheduled for me without my consent, with the expectation that I would simply show up. If this is their standard process for scheduling and rescheduling, it’s unacceptable. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. That said, the care itself was exceptional. The myofascial stretch was perfection—I would highly recommend it. Both the chiropractor and the chiropractic PA-C were thorough, knowledgeable, and took a holistic approach to addressing my concerns. Their professionalism and expertise were the highlight of my experience. If the administrative issues were resolved, this could easily be a top-tier clinic.

Fantastic experience: Really a 10/10 experience from the second I walked in. It’s always decently busy, but they are efficient and everyone knows all of the patients names. It’s rather impressive. The Drs have helped tremendously with my back and neck pain. I can sleep through the night again and my headaches have decreased tremendously. They also go over everything with a scientific lens, really explaining the reason behind everything instead of assuming you know what they’re talking about. Big fan, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: "TMJ disorder/Migraines for over 20 years, in and out the hospital. Unable to live an independent life.." I kid you not, I thought I walked into Chick-fil-A. The customer service is exceptional. When you walk in/depart they refer to you by your name. But most importantly the team is working diligently to find the root cause of my problem. Today I received laser treatment to reduce inflammation before adjustment. I will follow at home instructions. I have a follow up appointment for an adjustment. I'm so ready for freedom!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love PBHC. I have been to chiropractor’s on and off since I was 3. Nothing compares to the treatment I receive here. I came to the office about 4 years ago with my husband for the initial exam. My husband could barely walk. He broke his back at 19, and years of working hard labor caused bulging and herniated discs. The doctor was honest, and told him he would never be 100% better, but he could help him get to 80%. He literally saved his life of pain and possibly surgery. My husband is a carpenter and works 7 days a week without pain. Now it is my turn to get my spine healthy. I didn’t have pain, but my X-ray s show many issues that would cause pain later in life. The adjustments are amazing, and I already feel better. I sleep better, and my stomach isn’t upset all the time. I didn’t realize chiropractic care helps with digestive issues too. I highly recommend Palm Beach Health Center.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service and experience. When I first met the team here I was in agony, I could barely walk after injuring my lower back after doing something, admittedly, stupid. They agreed to see me on super short notice and treated me with kindness and compassion. They’ve helped me to understand my specific injury and built a plan to not just fix the short term issues but also address the underlying factors that led me to me more susceptible to injury in the first place. Palm Beach Health Center is awesome and i cannot refer them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with depression my entire life. A few years ago my 19 year old son was killed which pushed me deeper into a depression manifesting anxiety, acid reflux and tremors. Now my younger son is driving and coming up to the age his brother was killed causing more pain and fear in my life. I’ve take antidepressants years ago, which didn’t work. I was searching for a treatment that was drug free. One day I googled treatment for depression without medication and Palm Beach Health Center came up. I said it couldn’t hurt so I made an appt. The first thing I said to Riann and Dr Nathan with tears was I don’t want to be on medication. They said I was in the right place. After a week and a half of treatment my acid reflux was gone, after 3 weeks my tremors were gone. I don’t find myself worrying anymore. And the depression and anxiety is almost a thing of the past. And I’m coming up to 3 months of treatment. I’m seeing a life free of the depression and anxiety. I told myself from the first day of treatment if this works I will tell everyone and anyone that will listen. So here I am telling you. If you suffer from depression, anxiety or worry this is the place you need to be!! Everyone around me has seen a major improvement in me. Everyone that works here is caring and compassionate. I look forward to my visits.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Matt Symons is the best, I used to come here a few years for chiropractic care with my kids and decided to return just because Dr. Symons is the absolute best; best personality, the best manipulations and I love his funny jokes. I have now gotten to know Dr. Nathan - he rocks, always has excellent advice and has a wealth of knowledge, Dr. Katlyn is a breath of fresh air, she's also kind, gentle and attentive and Dr. Juan Pablo is very calming and focused! Fantastic experience: 1st My back, neck and hips have been messed up since 2008. The last time I had treatment, physical therapy or chiropractic care was in 2010. The pain and migraines have gotten to be unbearable. I searched for a chiropractor and found PBH. I have been feeling amazing and no migraines since I started treatment!! 2nd I would have never thought about a chiropractor for anything else but here we are. So I have always had IBS.Dr Nathan reviewed all my labs and we discussed life and nutrition and what to do next. Let me say that after 40 plus yrs I am finally functioning like a normal person should. No more IBS issues at all!!!!! Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Palm Beach Health Center. From my first visit, I immediately felt like I was part of something bigger and more meaningful than your ordinary, run-of-the-mill chiropractor’s office. I learned more about my body and health in just one session than I ever did during my previous forays into chiropractic healthcare. The improvements I’ve seen in the past three months have been absolutely incredible. Even though I’ve long considered myself to be pretty healthy overall, I can honestly say I’ve never felt better. The staff are all extremely friendly. They even knew me by name before they met me. How they accomplished that is still a mystery to me, but it speaks to their overall nature; they make you feel like family. I could go on and on, but by the time I finished I’d probably be misaligned. Although I am holding my phone at eye level, in case you were wondering.

Fantastic experience: Right when you walk into the office, there is an air mist of peppermint & lavender, which is relaxing. The second thing I noticed was is all the chairs with butt cushions that I enjoyed sitting on and on TV with uplifting quotes. Carrie, who sets you up with questions and X-rays, was very pleasant and happy! I have my second appointment next week to hear all the results and treatment plan. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I've had posture problems and mild pain in my shoulders for years that I've finally decided to address. I couldn't have picked a better chiropractor. The staff here is all super knowledgeable and friendly, it hardly seems like "going to the doctor". The prices, even without insurance are reasonable too.

Fantastic experience: Palm Beach Health Center is simply amazing! I had so much back pain that I couldn’t even bend, move, or go about my daily activities. As a mom and nurse, I had to do something about it quickly. I was so amazed after just one adjustment with Dr. Juan Pablo, I was able to move again and had significantly less pain. Fantastic experience: The doctors are amazing! They definitely answer anything your in doubt of and they make you feel as comfortable as possible. My favorite part (other than the adjustments) is coming in and seeing the receptionist Casey. She lights up the place! Everyone is so friendly and make you feel as if your part of their family.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Palm Beach Health Center. First and foremost, they helped me with my back pain. I was in A LOT of pain when I went in there, and they helped return me to better than normal. We did X-rays, discussed a treatment plan, and got rid of the pain. On top of that, the whole staff is amazing. They work as a team and walk you through every step of the process. The staff members are all amazing, smart and extremely competent at what they do. Fantastic experience: I have been going here for 2 months...I'm 56 years old and I'm running circles around my 18 year old co-workers! Waitress. I was so crippled when I first came here. The new family I've developed is beside the point. Everyone is above and beyond. The health care and results I've been having are extraordinary. Fantastic experience: I’m not even sure where to start other than this place and the staff is absolutely amazing! I have now gone for three weeks straight and I’m on adjustment number nine. I can’t even begin to explain how much better I feel after just three weeks. I am in complete shock. I have been in debilitating pain for the last five months, and nothing could touch my pain until I started getting adjustments and trigger point injections. The entire staff has been nothing but amazing but to name a few specifically Dr. Juan Pablo and Dr. Nathan take the time to explain everything they’re doing during my adjustments so I understand all that is happening with my body and my spine. This is my first time seeing a chiropractor so I appreciate that very much because I feel like not only am I feeling better but I’m learning about my body and my health. And then there is Carrie! I met with Carrie for my initial consultation and follow up appointment to review my x-rays and the care plan that the doctors had put together for me. After my first visit, I felt hopeful because of how encouraging and positive Carrie was. She made me feel like this could actually be the solution I was looking for. But after our second visit, for my follow up, I honestly cried tears of relief and joy on my drive home, because I felt like I had finally found the answer I was looking for. Carrie makes you feel so comfortable and takes time to explain everything because it’s a bit overwhelming at first with all the new information and potential issues you might have with your spine. Alex, Casey, Lisa, Nichole, and Jodi have also been the staff that I interact with the most and are the sweetest people to work with. They are so welcoming, they make you feel like family and they give you the hope that you need when you’re in pain. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Fantastic experience: Back in September of 2022 I was referred to Palm Beach Health Center after complaining about my chronic sinusitis that I’ve had my whole life and I’ve never been to a chiropractor before. To make a long story short, my quality of life has greatly improved physically and mentally since that first day walking through the door and haven’t used Flonase or any other nasal spray for a long time. Everyone working at PBHC is encouraging and it’s such a positive environment. Life always has its ups and downs and I’ve had a few since that first day.
