Fantastic experience: We love Westside Pediatrics. Dr. Gallis has been seeing our daughter since she was a newborn. The ladies at the front are sweet. My daughter was sick and we were able to get an appointment that same day.

Fantastic experience: Updated: my kid had also seen Dr Silvey twice in the past few months. Dr Silvery is very caring, patient and professional pediatrician. My kid felt very comfortable with her. My kids recently switched to new pediatrician at Westside Pediatrics. We have seen Dr Mammen (1st time) and Dr Kisch (2nd time). The doctors are friendly and professional. The front desk and nurses are all very nice. We are so happy to have found awesome pediatricians and near our place.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mammen is very prompt, explained clearly, and very thorough. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Will not see. your child unless they are up to date with vaccinations. Exemptions not allowed.Absolutely not up to date with current data on vaccines. Asked them why a newborn needs a Hepatitis B vaccine and see what they say. You people are fired.

Negative experience: I have my hands FULL. One with baby and one with the babies bags and other items. The front desk lady kept saying you owe $18 from the previous visit mind you I haven’t even received anything in the mail. The visit was 20 days ago so the claim just processed. Mind you I am looking for my card and she keeps repeating herself … I am like you do see my hands are full. The doctors are nice her but honestly a negative experience this morning.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mammen is always wonderful! She has a wonderful bedside manner, she listens and takes great care of my children. I would recommend her and Westside Pediatrics! I also think everyone we have encountered there are wonderful too!

Fantastic experience: We were new patients and unfortunately didn’t come in sooner to establish ourselves before my daughter got sick. So our first visit was a sick visit. We have weird insurance and had so much trouble in the past with providers not accepting or understanding it. But Westside was already familiar with it and took us right in! The front staff was courteous and very helpful. She made us a same day appointment and gave my daughter a note for school without us having to ask. The facility is bright, clean, and beautiful. The nurse did a strep test on my daughter so efficiently I missed it! The doctor was quick and thorough. She even mentioned treating allergies and I realized in that moment that we had just been tolerating sneezes as a normal part of home life! Overall, I highly recommend Westside Pediatrics!

Fantastic experience: Have always been pleased with this clinic. Doctors are all attentive and caring and as some mentioned they will work you in without an appointment. I'm sure this only applies to established patients but that's why you plan ahead and find a pediatrician.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit with Dr. Mammen. The wait time minimal and the visit went great. Dr. Mammen was attentive and had a friendly disposition with my toddler which made him feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Excellent!!!! This was our fist time at this practice. We waited no longer than 5 mins to see the doctor. Once in the exam room, Dr. Silvey was AMAZING!!! She was very friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable and most importantly thorough. We will definitely be longtime patients.

Positive experience: My daughter has been seeing dr mommin since last almost 15 years. She is an awesome dr but today I don’t have good experience with the receptionist I find her very rude. Office has been moved but I was not informed during appointment time so I end up going to the old clinic then I called she said it’s ok google the address. No apologies no thing. That’s not professional.

She provided all the support and guidance I needed for breastfeeding, and her care made me feel comfortable and confident. I’m truly grateful for her professionalism and compassion.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Silvey is the best! She is always so nice and extremely knowledgeable. Any concerns we’ve had as first time parents, Dr. Silvey has put to ease. We are grateful our baby boy has such an amazing doctor. Only thing is I wish the clinic had a patient portal. Sometimes the visits have a lot of information and even though they do give a sheet with all the milestones and expectations. I do wish there was an electronic way to access all this info. But it’s not a dealbreaker. All the staff at Westside Pediatrics as very attentive and super nice.

Positive experience: Nice office and efficient scheduling. However, Dr Mammen is not a great pediatrician. She seems like she’d rather be anywhere else and is reading off a script. Really unimpressed in the year we have been with her and will be going elsewhere as there are too many other pediatricians in Katy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kisch has been my daughter's pediatrician for years. My wife and I praise Dr. Kisch's professionalism and caring personality. She always takes the necessary time to listen to the patient and answers questions thoroughly.

Negative experience: Rude receptionist. You should not have someone in the front that doesn’t greet you and your child in a pediatric office. I had no idea they moved to a new location and when I asked about it I was ignored so I had to re-phrase the question and was met with “well if you listen to the recording you should have heard it “. I was on the fence about this place because this was not the first time I’ve been shown horrible service but I will most definitely be switching to another practice.

Fantastic experience: Our baby girl had her first appointment with Dr. Silvey. She’s very thorough and answers all of our questions. She explains things in a way that make sense.

Negative experience: I’m disappointed to leave a review but I do not feel that this office deserves an average rating above a 3. Dr Silvey never seemed to genuinely care for my daughter. During her 15 month checkup, I had to bring it to her concern that my daughter had 6 ear infections in the last 7 months. She challenged this and even accused our previous pediatrician for negligence by not informing me of the severity of more than 3 infections in a year (we only switched pedis because we moved DFW—> HOU). I feel this is inappropriate bedside manner. As well, she rushed through the appointment. I was there for an hour and only had 5 minutes of FaceTime with her. She spoke so fast that I didn’t even have time to think about potential questions I might have. Additionally, I believe the front desk staff could use a training course in etiquette. The communication is lacking and accountability for mistakes is nonexistent. I believe this office values money over the care and wellbeing of the children that they treat. We will be switching pediatricians with ease.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gallas and everyone at Westside Pediatrics are wonderful. They take time to listen to concerns and my boys both love them. Also, their new office is beautiful!

Fantastic experience: We have been bringing my son here for his baby appointments and have had a great experience. The doctors, nurses, and staff are great. I appreciate how they are responsive if you call to speak to a nurse, and they do a great job of getting you in on short notice if at all possible. The space is also really nice.

She was kind to my son, yet maintained a professional attitude. Ethan will be happy when he has to return for another visit.

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter in for a sick visit and our assigned doctor wasn't there, but Dr. Kisch was able to see her. She came in and throughly assessed my daughter and cared to ask me further history to help with her treatment plan. I felt like my daughter was truly taken care of by the time we left. I have only seen two physicians here, but they have given me the impression that I have chosen the best pediatric group to care for my children. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Dr. Gallas! Such a great doctor and personable. Baby loves her too. The women/staff here know us and they know how crazy my husband is about everything so I love this place LOL.

Negative experience: This facility is ok if you need a sick visit but will not take you serious if you have an on going issue or concern with your child. As a mother, you want to be able to have a pediatrician that hears you and listens to your concerns. I shouldn’t have to constantly advocate for my child’s health concerns. Please genuinely care for the children you treat.

Sadly, we almost switched practices a year or so ago when “Dr.” Marina Gadalla was with this office. I’m so glad she is no longer associated with westside pedi!

Everyone has always been so sweet and helpful. Also, being able to get in the same day when you’re little one isn’t feeling well, is so great!

Fantastic experience: This practice was very efficient and personable. The front desk was very patient and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They were able to get my two kids in quickly without a fuss. There was zero struggle which is unlike my experience at other places. Wait time was short which is awesome considering I’ve been to offices where we are waiting in the waiting room for prolonged periods with a plethora of other sick, uncomfortable children also waiting. I noticed no such issue at Westside. Dr. Galas was very personable and patiently answered all of our questions. After, the nurses promptly came in to administer shots and they were so swift and adept. I was very impressed as my two kids who cry dramatically over everything barely shed a tear. I left feeling very confident in Dr. Galas’s care and the care provided by her team. This place is a well oiled machine

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dr. and staff! We are very happy we found Westside Pediatrics. We just moved from Miami to Katy, TX, and were looking for a pediatrician for our son. We couldn't be happier, the Dr. listened to all of our concerns, and addressed them all providing all resources necessary. The staff is kind and super helpful, maintaining contact via phone calls, very accessible and approachable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mammen has excellent bedside manners. The only issue was with the nurse administering the vaccines, she has a very heavy hand, she was not careful.

Fantastic experience: I am so THRILLED to be back with WESTSIDE. We moved to Katy before our 1st child and I just looked up what was close and had good reviews as a FTM. Was SO IMPRESSED and just felt so so good after each visit with our first son. Unfortunately we changed insurances with new jobs (because Covid :( ) and had to go to KELSEY SEYBOLD. WORST YEAR OF PEDI SERVICE EVER for our son :( hurt my heart to take him there every time but it's all our insurance would go to. Finally our insurance plan changed again and we immediately switched back just in time for our 2nd son to be born! I mean we were greeted with a goodie bag! Like how sweet! All of the staff is so kind and they are just so resourceful and amazing. We love Dr. Gallas and I won't move from Katy just so we don't have to switch pedis lol

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Kisch. My boys are now 12 and 16 years of age and both have been seeing her since their birth. The rest of the staff are great and accommodating. All Doctors that we’ve seen at this practice, if Dr. Kisch is not available, have provided exceptional care as well and I’d recommend any of them.

Fantastic experience: I brought my newborn here based on the reviews and it has not disappointed! Dr. Gallas has been amazing and always answers any and all of the questions we have as new parents. We had another doctor while Dr. Gallas was out and she was amazing as well. The staff and nurses always take great care of us! We have had to call once to ask about something and they were quick to answer and let us know if we needed to bring out baby in. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a pediatrician!

Fantastic experience: I had taken my baby to the same pediatrician until she was two and our insurance was switching so we had to find a new dr and I was terrified. I found Westside Pediatrics through the reviews and I am so grateful I did. We have now been to several visits and we have had a good experience every single time. They have assigned us a doctor but we have seen several doctors because they get you in asap if you need a sick visit. Each doctor has been so caring and pleasant. They take their time with each child. I have felt heard with each doctor and it has felt genuine every time. The front desk ladies have been amazing as well. I feel so blessed to have found a practice my baby feels comfortable at and I feel heard.

Recently I had an issue with my son after hours and I was able to talk to Dr. Mammon on the phone which made me feel so much better. She then followed up the next day to make sure that he was doing ok. Also can’t forget the nurses and check in team. All of them are very kind!

Positive experience: I love Dr Mammen and Dr Kisch. However, lately my kids have been misdiagnosed. When we need a sick visit sometimes we have to see another Dr too if they are fully booked which is normal. On 3 different occasions i brought my kids for a fever and they said there is no infection and probably a virus. My kid suffered for 10 days straight, being pumped with fever meds to then find out it was an ear infection. Last time when i brought my other son he had bacterial conjunctivitis and was heavily congested and had a fever the week prior, but the fever went away. I mentioned the fever to the Dr and also told her that their dad and i currently have sore throat, which can be contageous. She checked him and said everything was good, probably a virus and will clear on it's own, and sent us home. We get home and the fever came back a couple hours later. I called back and they basically didn't take me seriously. The receptionist who was relaying the information told me the Dr will reach back to me. They didn't call until the next day. They said that if i want i can bring the baby back but probably gonna be the same thing and better for me to wait 3 more days. My baby had a fever the week before and they want me to wait even more and keep injecting him tylenol and motrin for that long, which by the way is not good for the liver. I had already made an appointment with another clinic and was being seen by another Dr. My baby is under 2 insurances, from his dad and myself. That Dr right away saw an ear and a throat infection .I was like thank you God i saw another Dr for a 2nd opinion. I don't think they are bad, I think maybe their instruments need a better calibration or they need to buy new ones. I think about how many kids going there get misdiagnosed and suffer longer than they should because of that. Because 3 times i was in that same situation. From my past experience with them, the times they were able to confirm an ear infection was when the infection got pretty bad and i was on my 2nd appointment with them after waiting longer like they recommend. Also know that I usually dont call them right away at the onset of a fever. I try to wait a couple days and see if it clears up or how he behaves before i call for an appointment. They always think 99% of the time it's a virus. Kids have bacterial infections too if they go to daycare. And as a working mom i have to take a week or more off everytime my child is sick, when his misery can be cut in half with better diagnosis, better tools. They are good Doctors dont get me wrong, but we need quality control here. Reevaluation. Waiting time is short, medical assistants and receptionists are nice and polite. That's why i am posting this and why i am giving grace and rating average okay clinic. Because I believe they can be better. A thing to think about during internal audits.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! We chose Westside after reading all the wonderful reviews and do not regret the decision. Dr. Gadalla has seen our son three times so far, and each time she's demonstrated kindness, knowledge, and compassion. She's even helped me with questions about breastfeeding! Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Westside Pediatrics and have been loyal patients for 15 years! Dr. Kisch is an absolute ROCKSTAR and has been by our side since I was a nervous new mom and helped me become the confident mom of three teenage boys I am today! Dr. Kisch has the most amazing team at her office. From the ladies at the front office to the nurses and doctors she has on staff everyone is FANTASTIC! We used to only see Dr. Kisch but have now also started seeing Dr. Gallas and Dr. Mammen who are both wonderful! You really can’t go wrong with anyone at Westside Pediatrics because every single person there is top notch! I am so thankful we found Dr. Kisch all those years ago! My kids actually don’t mind going to the doctor because they know they are going to the best!!!

Fantastic experience: I would say our experience was quite pleasing and quick. We booked an appointment for vaccination and brought pre- filled forms with us so as to make process quicker. Greeted warmly at reception and after some time we were taken to the room to do all the pre-checks, after this we were asked to wait for the doctor. Dr Stacey Gallas was friendly and explained everything in detail. She was really good with my kid who warmed up to her within no time. Nurse was really skilled in giving the shots which was quick without any hassle. My kid didn't cry and the after effects were none. I would definitely recommend westside. Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: We have really loved having our girls here. The doctors and staff are very good. Whether it’s for an annual checkup, sick visit or a referral they are on top of everything. They are great about making our girls feel comfortable, not being pushy, setting appointments and answering the phones. They are very knowledgeable and it’s not because they are in the medical field. They are seriously good at what they do, some people should not be doctors or working in a clinic. I’m extremely happy to have found this office!

Fantastic experience: I was incredibly excited when I saw Dr. M is a part of this practice as my son had seen her at a previous office 10+ years ago. Everyone in the office is very kind and welcoming. The Dr. Gladly filled out all my forms and listened to my concerns. Looking forward to more years with this practice! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gadalla and nurse Lauren have been seen my baby since he was a new born. Every time I call with a concern about my baby's health, I've been helped. Nurse Lauren even follows up with me about his health the following day or two. When, they consider that he needs to be seen, they schedule an appointment for the same day. I have spoken so good about them that my sis switched to Dr. Gadalla. She acknowledges your babies and your concerns and takes her time to explain to you what to do or to answer your questions. I just wish they have a portal.

Fantastic experience: So grateful for the group of board certified female doctors & amazing staff! This is the first time in years that I’ve been able to get my kids into a pediatrician’s office for sick visit on the same day when I call! They even called the next day to check up on my daughter! So grateful we moved here and discovered westside pediatrics!

Fantastic experience: I change all my kid’s pediatrician to Dr. Anju Mammen after my 3rd daughter was born and it was the best decision ever. She goes into detail explaining everything and takes her time.I never have to wait for an appointment. She is so kinda and great with the kids. The staff is nice and friendly. Their protocols for sick visits and regular visits are great so you never have to worry about your healthy kids catching anything. I have never experienced anything like that. It’s simply the best.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mamman is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners! She takes great care of my children. She puts me at ease all the time. We love the nurses too.

Fantastic experience: I love Westside Pediatrics. Excellent customer service. All the staff are very supportive and professional. The MD Marina Kaldas Gadalla is super awesome, she takes her time on the appointments and make sure all your questions are answered. Her knowledge on her medical field is evident and i feel very confident with her medical advices and treatment. She has an amazing approach and she's super sweet. She is the physician of all my kids including my newborn. I highly recommend Westside Pediatrics.
