Fantastic experience: Dr. Crystal is the absolute best! She is very personable and professional. Her office team and nurses are so nice and very helpful. They know how to calm u down when u don't feel good. I have been the folks for a long time w my daughter too and will continue to stay w them!!

Positive experience: Doctor Abdelbkais was extremely attentive and generous. Front desk was pretty good. The only thing the MA gave false readings on my vitals, the pulse ox never read, but she said she seen numbers. Other than that visit was good.

Fantastic experience: We used to come here when my son was very young and it was great. We just moved back to Dearborn (7 years later) and the staff and doctors were just as I remembered. Very easy check in (use the online tool!) Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful staff and clean. I made an appointment online and was seen on time! Great experience :)

Fantastic experience: I have been to this location a few times & always receive the best care. One provider I have seen a couple of times now is the absolute best. I think her name was Crystal. She was extremely patient & kind & never made me feel rushed. I would highly recommend this urgent care, especially if Crystal is there!

Negative experience: I have been here many times and I have never seen anyone in there at the same time as me. The visit was literally less than 5 minutes because they are in such a huge rush to get you out. It was good if you knew antibiotics were necessary or something simple. The Doctors, PA’s a Nurse Practitioner were merely just sending in some medicine to the pharmacy but not overly friendly especially the younger male who was always very unprofessional. IE: Making jokes with female staff while you’re waiting, being very condescending and even yelling and throwing out patients. I went in to see Crystal with my 2.5 year old daughter to make sure we didn’t have pink eye and I was given a bunch of stuff to fill out before she could be seen. Trying to complete the documentation and watching her was quite difficult by myself. Crystal the Care Provider yelled at her and chastised her through the entire visit. In fact she was more concerned with how my daughter was behaving than what we presented with . She had no right doing any of that and gritting her teeth when she told my daughter that’s enough . She had the prescriptions sent over before she even looked me over. It was horrible. The lack of professionalism and respect is outrageous. It may be fast but that is not necessarily good. Skip this Place and go somewhere where you are not going to be disappointed or disrespected or your children for that matter.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience both times I have had to go. Was seen and treated, with stitches, in 20 minutes. Great care at a fast pace.

Negative experience: I was the first patient it's completely disgusting it's not clean at all I had to ask the nurse to rip the paper and lay a new one because it was still from the day before with stuff on it. Do they not have a cleaning company it's horrible.

Negative experience: My daughter is having a allergic reaction and her face is so swollen and we got put into a room no one to check on us doctor going around to other patients first , I get it first come first serve! But shouldn’t it be highest priority like a child having an allergic reaction!!!!! I’m so confused why adults are getting cared for before the child that has a swollen face and says it’s hard to breathe !! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Fully regret coming here !!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Maya, the MA who brought me in was very nice and made sure I was feeling well. She also took my x-rays, and put a brace on me. She did a great job. The provider, Ali, was also very helpful and informative. Quick and considerate, will definitely be returning!

Negative experience: When people work in the health industry they should be more kind and mindful on how to treat other people when they come in to be seen, if we do come in here is for a reason and not just because. People feel sick and here they just treat you like whatever and they don’t care. I was waiting here for longer than 1 hour to be seen and the answer was that they also take walk ins, which I understand but I have an appointment that needs to be meet, I need to be seen just like any other person. Maybe next time before taking all the walk ins, be mindful of do it leaving enough time to also see the people with appointments.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care. They got me in quick and saw me very quickly! Friendly and helpful staff! The doctor listened to me about what I came in for and didn’t try to get me to pay more for unnecessary testing. AND it was very affordable! I will definitely be coming back to this one and only this one!

I’ve never had an issue here, I’ve been coming well over 6 years. Doctors are the same as well. I had been suffering on and off with my ear feeling clogged. I didn’t understand until I came how, and why something like this happens. The doctor asked “ do you use Q-tips” I said “yes” he goes in to say “ This is why we recommend not to use them”. The way I can hear right now is unbelievable, I’ve never seen anything like this in all my life. No more Q-tips unless I use them within the ramifications they explained to do. Fantastic experience: I love this urgent care. I wish I could just have this place be my primary care! I've been here a number of times for myself and my kids, and I have never had an experience any less than great. They don't leave you waiting in the waiting area for ages, they always call you back quickly. Once you're in the room, the nurses, assistants, and physicians are always very attentive and thorough.

Positive experience: Great Doctor, very fast. The nurse X-Rayed the wrong shoulder even after my daughter tried to tell her it was the wrong side. Other than that, good experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ali Ayoub is simply amazing. What the ER does in 6 hours he was able to complete in less than 30 minutes when my 5 year old suffered a gash on his forehead and needed stitches. Dr Ayoub was professional, courteous and genuine. On behalf of my whole family Thank you so much

Negative experience: They've been speedy and nice the last 2 times I was there before but this last time I went in for a COVID test and the lady at the front desk gave me attitude cause I didn't know the difference between the two tests and I asked her what she meant and she ignored the question then asked again at the end and explained it that time then at the end when I was negative the doctor with long red hair ( Crystal Shangena) recommended me a prescription and I asked if Mucinex would work the same and she said yes but the prescription would be there if needed. The boy at the front desk handed me a pile of papers and two of them were prescriptions. I went in to the pharmacy today like 10 days later because I'm not getting better and they said they called to verify and they said not only have I never been there but they never prescribed me anything. I called and the lady was very rude I explained my situation and started reading off my paperwork to prove I infact went in that day and described the doctor and asked her to verify with the doctor and she said okay and to hold and never got back to me but instead transferred me to a different person who said they don't even hand out paper prescriptions. I've never been treated like this before and it's highly upsetting. I'm going to go in in a few hours with proof and see if we can get this sorted out but I don't even wanna go back because it's so dangerous to make a mistake like this. Especially because the pharmacy I get from is also my work place and I'm already being treated differently because of it.. Update: I went in and the person who prescribed me the medicine never put it in the system. This wasn't my fault whatsoever and its upsetting because the pharmacy could've gotten me in trouble over fraud even though I did nothing wrong. It was a mistake on the doctor's side

The admin team made it smooth to book the appointment, informed me what I needed for the day and provided the appropriate forms and instructions. Negative experience: Very disappointed with this urgent care. All they care about is money! They keep billing you and after you pay their copay, they send you another bill and then another bill for the same visit. When you try and speak to someone, they are rude and never give you a straight answer. It becomes inconvenient to always have to call them and get this straightened out because a biller just wants to make more money. So sick of it!

Negative experience: Staff was nice but they have a Physician Assistant giving Physicians advice. You believe your seeing a doctor but you actually DO NOT and they charge you full price! Bunch of BS!

Fantastic experience: Awesome Dr and Staff! After a 2.5 hr wait at a hospital, 1st choice has me in taken care of, and out in an hour and a half! Ali was able to quickly and painlessly get an IV started to get me fluids and Zofran after a long day of morning sickness. Had me feeling 10x better by the time I walked out! Highly reccomend and will be going back!

Fantastic experience: Over the past 10 days, I went to 1st Choice 3 times due to a minor injury, I acquired doing yard work. Treatment was required to prevent worse complications. I saw Dr. Tauche, Dr. Nasiri, and Dr. Ali. They were great. They took their time to listen to me, and carefully examined my injury. They were so respectful and they explained things in a way I could understand. They were thorough in their assessment and treatment each step of the way. Also, the other medical staff and front desk staff were so cordial and helpful. The clinic was clean and the staff were sincere about their duties and about me as a person. This is by far the best Urgent Care facility I have ever been to, so much so, that my previous skepticism about Urgent Care has made a 180 degree turn into a positive one. Clinics like this one deserve a legitimate, respected niche in our Health Care System —- for the true quality of care and purpose it serves.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to the Dearborn 1st Choice office for urgent care, for myself and my family's healthcare needs for the last 2-3 years. I've received great care every time. Plus there is no long wait times. Today was no different. I was able to see Dr. Crystal Shagena, within 15-20 minutes of arriving. I signed up for save my spot online, for quick and easy check in. The staff is professional and courteous. I recommend this office to anyone seeking urgent care for themselves and their family.

Negative experience: Don’t go here if you want an accurate Covid test result. My son tested positive for 2 different rapid Covid tests. His employer requires a PCR test to be performed. I brought him here for testing and the nurse just put the swab in his nose and counted to 10. Didn’t move the swab around and didn’t have it deep enough in his nose. We got the test results today and they were negative. I had to take him to another clinic today to be retested and of course his results come back positive. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I went into the clinic on the evening of 7/24. I did not get the name of everyone who assisted me, but there was a young black woman with locs at the desk. She was so polite, professional, and patient. She got me registered, explained the process and I was good to go. I don’t think I was waiting 15 mins before I was called back. I believe Angela “soccer mom if she sees this” (I hope that was her name) was my nurse. One of the best Nurses I have met in my life. She was extremely nice and gave so much information, helping me to feel at ease during my visit. she creates a judgement free zone, and even though she had a mask on, you could tell she had the biggest smile and the most sincere heart. She was also very sweet to my son, and we were able to relate because we both have young ones. Throughout the entire visit, she was patient, kind, and I didn’t feel like like my time was being wasted, or that she didn’t really want to help. She has such a positive attitude and she is a rockstar. Dr. Tatomir was kind and got to business. He assessed my needs and made sure I was good to go. I enjoyed his attentiveness and his calm demeanor as I was freaking out in the inside. At the end of my visit, I got to speak to the office manager (I believe Lisa), to express my happiness with the appointment. She seemed very genuine and even though she was busy, she didn’t mind taking time to hear me. The facility was clean, the wait time was low, and the staff was amazing. i have been to other urgent cares. While every one of them is doing the best they can, some just don’t have the necessary elements to make me a return patient. I traveled from Detroit to get here, and it was the best decision. It may not seem like a big deal, but I passed up many urgent cares to reach this one because of the reviews about the type of service and care you would receive, and I was not disappointed. amazing work. thank you for everything you do.

Fantastic experience: Welp! I'M BACK!! The online check in service and book an appointment was quick and smooth. When I arrived at the facility, it was a 2 second check in and I was seen shortly afterwards. The nurse and doctor checked & tested me for the flu and strep throat and came back with the results in 10 minutes..( Strep throat)...My medication was sent to CVS and I was a happy customer. I will continue to support this location. VERY professional and efficient.# feeling better on day 2 # 2/20/24

Fantastic experience: After having symptoms and testing positive for COVID-19 with the home kit I was able to make an appointment online late in the evening and still be seen. The online scheduling and preliminary paperwork process was actually rather quick and easy if you are savvy with your smartphone device. It truly made the check-in process super quick and I probably was back in a room in less than 10 minutes. The nurse was gentle who administered the test. The doctor on duty was very kind and efficient and gave me the antiviral medicine in the office to begin treatment right away. I would recommend and possibly come back in the future if necessary for any other issue as well!!

Positive experience: Everyone there is pretty friendly. After the first time you create an account online it's pretty easy to get there and get out quickly. The doctors and nurses all seem to care. 4 starts because of some small mistakes that usually happen. Last time they sent my RX to a pharmacy about 20 minutes away from me, they had also forgotten to charge me for my last visit. I have the $ but my copay isn't cheap and wasn't a happy surprise. Overall I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Honestly I don’t know how anyone could rate this less than 5 stars. If I could give more I would! So recently my entire family has been sick. From me, my husband, my parents and 2 kids (7 and 1.5 years old)… we all came here at different times, even during their busiest times. We made an appt online first, showed up and checked in and each time we were in and out in under 15 minutes! This place is so clean, so nice and super fast! They get you in and checked out but are still super efficient! They just get right down to it instead of just making you sit and wait. I’ve been here for a rapid Covid test and same thing. In and out. Just like that. I’ve been to urgent cares before and usually I’m dreading going, especially with my young kids knowing that I’ll usually be waiting a while. I’ve now been to this place at least 4-5 not counting the times my parents went and I’ve never spent more than 15/20 minutes each time. Even when there was a waiting room full of people. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more. Everyone here is super nice. The doctors know what they are doing (I’ve been to urgent cares where they seem like they don’t….) I love this place.

Negative experience: Zero stars. Overcharged $300 for a procedure by using wrong code. I called several times to dispute but they never returned my calls. Tried setting up a payment plan and they said I’d eventually get sent to collections anyway so what was the point. Ended up saving and paying it off months later. Go at your own financial risk. Also see how another person had a similar issue to me in the reviews and how they never got a reply either. Unbelievable

Fantastic experience: I just brought my 2 year old son here because he shoved something up his nose and I couldn’t get it out at home. The staff was incredible. The front desk helped me figure out what I was doing as a new patient and were so kind to my son to keep him calm. The doctor was also very kind and went the extra mile to make sure my son was comfortable, and she got his nose cleared quickly.

Fantastic experience: I was able to make a quick appointment. I walked in, got my COVID-19 test and walked out in less than 15 minutes. I received my results with in 8 hours. Great service and professional. will definitely go there again if necessary.

Positive experience: Appointment and sign in was fairly easy absolutely no wait time, staff may have been having a rough day and weren't that friendly, but it seems it was just a one off because the other reviews say they are friendly. it was 7 pm on a Sunday night so I'm happy that they were open, but it all seemed a bit rushed. no instructions were given about how to treat the symptoms of Covid, guess that's what Google is for ‍♀️ . Also something to note even though it's probably out of the hands of the staff, the vending machine was empty so byob (beverage not beer you weirdo) Parking was okay but it was very dark with some strange ambient lighting from the business next to the clinic, Fortunately we were able to park right next to the door.

Fantastic experience: My first choice in Urgent Care. Make an appointment online , check in, head to the clinic and usually get in right away. Staff was nice and doc top notch. Listened to my symptoms, did testing and I left with a script.

Fantastic experience: We have done many covid tests and this was by far the easiest one we have gone to. I called the clinic to be advised to make an appointment online. I was able to schedule four tests within an hour. We were all welcomed and treated in the most respect. Everything is so organized. Keep up the great work !

Negative experience: This place doesn’t even deserve any stars. The worst place I’ve ever been to it was my first and last time. I walked in and waited in line and when it was my turn at the window this very rude employee kicked me out for having someone in when before and after me people had MULTIPLE people with them she could’ve politely said can she wait in the car I would’ve but not when she’s yelling at me for no reason and keep in mind this is my first time ever walking into this place. She proceeded to yell at me saying get out we’re not treating you and I did also because that’s not how you treat a first time patient. Also as she’s yelling she threatens to call the police on me and I’ve now been calling the office since yesterday when it happened till today and nothing. Don’t go here.

Negative experience: The online info stats “no appointment needed” but with the surge, I decided to call first but of course no one answers goes right to voicemail and voicemail is full. So I decided to show up first thing in the morning and was told unless i’ve been there before, they are not excepting new patients. I didn’t realize that urgent care locations were that selective I thought they were open for everybody hence the name “urgent care” I completely understand the Covid surge right now and the limited testing availability but at least do have some courtesy to people looking for help and update your information so people aren’t driving all over the state looking for help only to be turned away because they haven’t been to your location before.

Positive experience: The staff was very friendly and they were very gentle while testing my son for COVID. However, there was an insane wait time. We checked in online through Solv 10 minutes early as they requested, and waited in the parking lot for 2 hours while we watched the live waiting room line. When we got to the front of that line we went inside and were told that the online system is useless and we should have come inside to check in. Then we waited an additional 30 minutes inside while they tried to squeeze us into the line. Parking was also very scarce; you may find you'll have to wait in Kroger or Bob Evans' parking lot if there are no spots nearby. I think if it weren't so busy I would go back, but that day there were just way too many people.

Negative experience: The business hours say open until 9pm on Saturday, I get there a little after 8pm and both doors are locked. I can clearly see the staff cleaning and walking around.. as I’m knocking on the window they are making eye contact but are ignoring me. I have a video where you can clearly see the man at the computer put his head down as if I didn’t notice. This place should be restaffed because I was not the only patient that was turned away because they wanted to close early. The female employee that came to the door was so rude to me as if I was wrong for coming to a business that is scheduled to stay open until 9pm. I have never experienced such terrible customer service.

Fantastic experience: My son had something embedded in his foot and I took him to his pediatrician and she told me it was a cut and completely dismissed me. My gut was telling me it was something else so I took my son to this urgent care and the doctor here was so wonderful! He took my concern seriously and ended up making a small incision in my son’s foot and pulled out an inch long what appeared to be dog hair. If I would have listened to his regular dr it could have gotten infected.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would this place is awful please never send yourself or family there. I came in for Covid testing & my son needed 2 prescriptions I had to go back and fourth 5 times in total for them to send the correct prescription to Walgreens BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR ELECTRONIC MESSAGES FROL PHARMACY. Not only did they waste my entire day on this 9am-7pm now they also were very degrading and rude. The front office lady told me if I wanted them to answer the phone so bad maybe I should apply for a job there. How you disrespect a patient who is only trying to get the correct prescription FOR A SICK CHILD! The medical director Dr Hassan wasn’t any better. He took no responsibility for his staff. These people tried prescribing my son medication without ever having taken his weight ! Terrible place I will be reporting them to whoever I can!

Negative experience: Took a pcr test and waited in the room for the doctor for 45 minutes and finally I poked my head out and said I have been waiting for a long time and no one came in and the lady told me I was next on the list then the doctor proceeded to see 3 other patients before coming in to see me and he didn’t believe me when I told him I’ve been waiting for an hour and then all he did was check my heart beat and tell me alright you’re good he didn’t ask any questions or anything I’ve been here many times and not once have I seen such a lack of professionalism. I also called the phone the next day a large number of times and not one person can pick up the phone and tell me my pcr results so now I have to go in the office to ask for them. Huge inconvenience and after today I’ll never be back.

Fantastic experience: I've had myself and family tested here several times. Even when the office is busy the staff are kind, friendly and do a great job keeping the appointments moving along efficiently. Go to the 1st Choice Urgent Care website and fill out paperwork to save a spot in line prior to coming and in. It saves so much time.

Negative experience: We get it, your busy, so is everyone else. But you do not need to be rude to people. Unbelievable how mean the front staff is. There are ways to handle a busy office and being mean to patients is not one of them. If I was dying I would not go back. I walked out because I would not deal with miserable employees.

Negative experience: I was seen by a rude female Dr that said she was irritated that she was exposed to covid by us because we weren’t vaccinated. She had no empathy once so ever. Her tone was very condescending and beyond rude. I’m sorry you chose to become a dr and expose yourself to different types of illnesses. If you don’t like ur job you shouldn’t have become a Dr.

Negative experience: I was just seen today for a PCR test. I purposefully called before to confirm that we get the results today because I’m traveling internationally early tomorrow. They had me take the test (and seen by the doctor for no reason - not sure if it’s a way to bill my insurance a higher amount) and as I was walking out I asked again but the receptionist said it will be 24 hours !!! She completely denied the information someone from their office gave me on the phone with an attitude. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would never go back again nor recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this location 3 times for COVID testing (all negative thankfully). Every time the staff and been friendly and extremely efficient. When I walked in today there were 5 people ahead of me and I was seen within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend. Only issue is the parking lot but they don’t have much control over that.

Fantastic experience: Went in as a last minute decision for me and my son to get a Covid test. They were pretty busy but still manages to get us in and out with results in less than an hour. Everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Online check in made the visit super fast and convenient. Front desk ladies were awesome and friendly! Doctor was awesome and said he'd have my son better in 2 days...he had him better in 1 day. I would definitely return for quick illnesses/injuries! Perfect experience with an urgent care.

Fantastic experience: Carly and diane very very helpful. I would’ve went home without being tested but they did the upmost with helping me get my insurance and finding a way to make me get tested. Wonderful young ladies, they honestly bring the service in customer service. It’s not easy to find customer service like that anymore. Much appreciated great team! I will recommend everyone to come here especially this location

Fantastic experience: Went for rapid covid test. Walked in and was informed to scan a QR code and sign in online. Process was easy and immediately puts you in line, also you can see how many people are in front of you. Was seen and had my results in under a hour. Would recommend downloading the app and pre signing in to save time. Staff was very professional and friendly.

Negative experience: 2022 Review: Front desk is grumpy and unprofessional, she needs to work on her customer service skills . 2024 Review: Went to do some tests, front desk was better than 2 years ago, but was still very unwelcoming. I don't get it, this should be the face of the business.

Fantastic experience: I took my Daughter to get tested for Covid. We were first time patients and didn't have to wait long at all. The registration process was very simple and I had no physical contact with anyone or thing. This is by far thee best experience I've had at any medical facility. Also, my Daughter tested negative!!!

Negative experience: The people there are very nice and professional, but their testing results leave something to be desired. I had a 10 am appointment for PCR test that was supposed to be same day results. It's 6 am the next day and my results are not in. Because of this, I'm going to lose another day of work.

Fantastic experience: I took my car to get serviced and had been so sick and needed to go to an urgent care. 1st choice was right next store. It was busy at 9am but girl at desk helped me with i pad and showed me how to do it . Everyone was friendly and worked as a team. Doctor was fantastic. He listened as did nurse. Everyone knew their role as making this a great experience. And i walked out knowing i would feel better !!. I would recommend this place to everyone... Thank you

Negative experience: I called this location to ask about Covid testing. The woman on the phone told me that they could do both PCR and rapid testing, but insurance would only cover one. I was fine with that so I went into the location. The receptionist was extremely rude and refused to offer me the services that I was promised on the phone. Thank you first choice urgent care for wasting my time, gas, and energy.
