Fantastic experience: Everyone from Gabriella (at the front desk), and the pre-procedure nursing staff to Andy, the CRNA and Dr. Chris made the surgery day go smoothly and calm my anxiety. The postoperative appointment the next morning went very well, I met with Fabiola, Dr. Huang and PA Malik. The entire staff are friendly and efficient. Fantastic experience: This clinic is absolutely wonderful. The staff is very personable. They’re sweet and kind. They’re very efficient. They take their time. Fantastic experience: From arriving late due to living out of the city to awakening from the anesthesia, the IBI team took good care of me. The ladies answered my numerous questions about sanitation to aftercare, my meeting with doctor Khan before surgery while swift was informative and his bed side manner was great, my anesthesiologist (though his name runs from me) put me at ease before the sleep. I was well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jenny Huang has been friendly, understanding and very professional in choosing the best weight loss plan for me. I previously experienced difficulty communicating through the phone care team but I was promptly contacted by the CEO with a follow-up call as to how they could best rectify the communication breakdown and he actually listened and acted to my concerns. I am very pleased to continue my weight loss journey under the care of Dr. Huang and that I am able to utilize my Health Insurance coverage in conjuntion for an affordable treatment plan.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service. My appointment was canceled twice, each time just three hours before it was scheduled. This is very unprofessional and has caused me significant inconvenience. I requested a refund for the fee charged prior to attending the appointment, and I am still waiting for it. This experience has been very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Hello. Today I spoke with IBI healthcare about my prescription and it being out of stock. I could not be on the phone long because I had to go to work so I had to hang up eventually. They did call me back they let me know that the shipment was coming in today and that they would be sending it out to me as soon as it arrives. I was greatly surprised because usually I don't get a called back from the agents or the company about a product but they did call me back and I was very happy. The agent is named Fabiola and she was extremely nice and polite. Thank you, Fabiola.

Negative experience: This place permanently disfigured me. I had SiLac here and not only did I have to do a follow up procedure since immediately after the first surgery I had a reoccurrence of the cyst, but now there is still a portion they missed! They are not thorough.

Negative experience: Updating my review as I continued to visit this place three more times despite the consistently poor service. The sole reason being their exclusive availability of Tirzepatide. However, I've discovered another office that has it (Medical Weight Loss by Healthoginic), offering better customer service and pricing in the same city. Consequently, I won't be returning here, and this serves as my final review. The lack of customer service is astonishing. On one occasion, I noticed I was charged $300 less than the usual cost for my medicine. Upon inquiry, we discovered they had mistakenly charged me the incorrect amount and insisted I pay the difference. Despite my request to honor the original charge, they refused. Unfortunately, such poor customer service is expected from this establishment. Another incident occurred recently. I called 24 hours in advance to confirm that I could pick up my medicine without scheduling a consultation, as I was previously assured. To my dismay, I called on my way to triple check and I did need a consultation. Despite expressing my inconvenience and the unprofessionalism of the situation, they managed to squeeze me in. However, during the consultation, I was told something entirely different from what I was informed on the phone. They unnecessarily made me restart my medication on the lowest dosage, disrupting my weight loss process without any valid reason. This establishment is not recommended. I rarely leave reviews, but this is one place I feel compelled to warn others against. They demonstrate a complete lack of concern for their customers and their reputation. If you're looking for a place that doesn't care about you or your health...this is it!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best medical team I have ever encountered in my life! Dr. Chris has an extensive knowledge of surgery and bariatrics in particular. The entire team: anesthesiologist, nurses, patient coordinator, reception staff worked like attentive professionals with precision and efficiency that I have only seen in Formula 1. Like any patient, I was a little worried about what my examination experience would be like, but from the first minutes I was accompanied by clinic staff who explained what would happen at each stage. Most importantly, team members supported me and communicated in a respectful and supportive way. It’s as if you are visiting old acquaintances who are genuinely committed to assisting you with your health concerns. My situation was handled exceptionally well! I have no unanswered questions after my visit and procedure. Nothing but praise for the clinic and gratitude to each team member. Negative experience: I had a disappointing personal experience. Despite paying a significant amount of money, I didn't see significant results from the revisions. What upset me the most was the lack of in-person visits after the surgery. Instead, I had online appointments, some of which lasted less than 5 minutes, and I was still billed for them. It felt like they were only concerned about making money. Out of frustration, I made the decision not to return and accepted it as a loss. In the future, I plan to try someone else who requires in-person follow-up visits after the surgery.

Negative experience: I didn’t have a good experience. The day of my Procedure I found out it was a different provider than originally told that would be doing my procedure which made me nervous but I went with it. Fast forward a year and I never felt like I had proper follow Up care and the “nutritionist” assigned to me was truly a joke and not helpful although she was friendly. I am now pregnant and my OB wanted me to reach out to IBI to make sure a medication was safe to take post procedure and they put me on hold and came back telling me they’d answer my question if I scheduled an appointment…aka give them more money. It’s a simple “yes you are safe to take that medication or no you are not” which if I still had my post op paperwork I’m sure it would be listed on there. Needless to say there’s a reason I have t contacted them on 9 months because I was dissatisfied from the get go and certainly wish I didn’t spend my 10k there :(

Fantastic experience: For years I was struggling with Heartburn and Acid Reflux. I was skeptical about booking an appointment. Somehow I mustered up my courage after a friend's recommendation, who had a weight loss surgery earlier at IBI Healthcare at Loganville facility. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire team. The facility itself is equipped with a modern operative system ensuring safety. Negative experience: I submitted for an appointment call. I got a call on July 4 from someone wanting $100 over the phone to set up an appointment. This whole place is either a money grabbing scam or their system has been hacked and my info leaked. Either way, I will try somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had my gastric sleeve done here last week. It was a great experience! I came from out of state, and unfortunately I was alone (my husband stayed home with the kids). I flew in the night before and stayed at a hotel. Then, the day of the procedure I took an Uber to the surgical center. I did have to wait a little bit before being seen, but it was totally okay. I had Netflix playing on my phone. The waiting room is very clean and updated. Once I was taken back, we went over all the paperwork and I signed a bunch of forms. The staff was extremely friendly! Because I was alone, I was crying, and one of the medical staff members made me feel so welcome and assured me that everything was going to be okay. I was mostly worried about anesthesia and having to take an Uber back to the hotel by myself, but all of that went okay too! It was hard to wake up after surgery, and even in the Uber I was drifting into sleep, but everything went as planned, thank God! The more you walk, the better you feel. By the next morning, I was perfectly fine. I had very little pain and didn’t need the pain medication that was prescribed. I would suggest that if you are alone for the procedure, ask if you can pick up your medications ahead of time. I didn’t, and I had to take another Uber to the pharmacy the night that I had surgery. I had no comorbidities, so I think that played a part in how great I felt the next day. Overall, I would say 10/10 for service! I would totally do it all over again if I had to. I’ve lost 13 pounds so far, including the time when I started the pre-op diet.

Negative experience: I was forced to pay $1000 before a procedure even though my deductible was met. I was promised a refund that never happened in full. There is no way to call the billing department and they do not respond well by email. It has been over 2 months and still waiting on $100s of dollars. Great doctors... terrible billing. In response to your response. BCBS said today that, your office failed to put the name of the service provider on the claim (something that is always needed, you left blank) and it needed to be resubmitted appropriately. It is your responsibility not mine. Own up to your mistakes.
While we understand your frustration and the need to vent and blame us, we believe we acted honestly and professionally in processing your claim. Your insurance company did not pay for your facility fee and determine it to be your responsibility. Thus your post across multiple platforms are erroneous and constitutes actionable acts of disparagement. Unless we receive another determination from your insurance company, our decision is final.
Fantastic experience: Excited to meet Dr. Huang. She sounded very nice and caring during my virtual first appointment. I have to admit, I was a little frustrated coz my appointment was late and I had another appointment, but after talking to Dr. Huang, I am confident that I am in good hands. She was very thorough and professional. Looking forward to my procedure and get back on the right track.

Fantastic experience: For the first time a doctor actually listened, understood me, and included my thoughts in my care. We as patients are desperate for answers. Especially when you have chronic health problems, like I do, that dramatically change your life and leave you with pain and exhaustion. Added weight is a death sentence. Hearing that there is a sliver of hope is everything. Offering multiple options was especially nice to hear too. Knowing that there are options to your care and that your doctor is thinking about you specifically and not just as a patient number was a breath of fresh air. I couldn't be more happy or more hopeful. The doctor got to work on a plan for me immediately and this was in stark contrast to so many practices who wouldn't even take me as a patient. I'm extremely pleased and looking forward to getting my life back.

An extra special shout-out to Natalya Ozemen for moving my process along when I had roadblocks, to Dr. Reynolds for her knowledge, professionalism, great bedside mannerisms, and of course her surgery skills, to Genedix Young RN for the extra special attention that she dedicated to keeping me compliant with my employer. Nurse Gene, has been very attentive and dedicated to making sure all of my paperwork for work was completed timely and accurately. Negative experience: I have been battling this business since April trying to get a refund of $1600 back and to no avail anybody will give me my money back I did not have surgery with them they know they need to give me this money back and still everybody keep giving me the runaround. They was quick to pull it off my pay flex card but slow in trying to put it back on.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever . Bedside manner the worst as well . I paid for laparoscopic surgery and ended up going with endoscopic sleeve which is about $2,000 cheaper . This was back in July 15 it is now august 3rd and they still can’t give me any reasons as to why my refund has not been processed . Every time I call their answer is that they can’t see why I have not been refunded . Also keep in mind that none of my calls or concerns have been noted by the stuff and the fact that I’m in pain 2 months after my surgery is not important to them I’m a self pay patient. I’ve called every week 2 to 3 times letting them know that I need an appt because I’m still to this day on so much pain but they will not give me an appt . Also before my surgery I specifically requested my surgery and follow ups with dr. Ibikunly and I have not seen him once . To be honest I don’t even know who did my surgery as I did not even speak to him . Negative experience: I had an appt with Rosielee this morning at 9:45 to get the saxenda. I got a call at 925 and was told they were calling to check me in for my tele appointment. No, I am going on site. They said, she was not in and this is why it was change. This is when they asked for $50 for the consult. It is not a consult. I sounded suspect and I won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Khan did an amazing job with my weight loss surgery. I had the sleeve on 6/28/2022 and I have not had any complaints or complications. I’m in several bariatric surgery support groups & Facebook groups and when I tell my experience with my Dr. people are surprised! I see stories nonstop of people being sick throwing up having to go back to the hospital & have a rude Dr. but I feel perfectly fine. I’m so fortunate and blessed to have such a great recovery & I know that the skill of Dr. Khan has played a big part. Positive experience: Now that I have had my surgery and post op appointments I can give a thorough authentic review. I was torn between 2 or 3 stars. Dr Reynolds was excellent and if I could rate that experience separate I would. Reasons why the review is not so great 1. Communication and Customer Service between staff is pretty awful . Over the phone and at front desk 2. My prescriptions were sent to wrong location 3. I specifically asked my first in office consult be with Dr Reynolds was told it would be had her on the schedule got there and met with someone else (things happen and that’s fine but this seemed more planned which gives me the mindset of the integrity of the company not that great) 4. I was considered self pay so I used their credit options and was told I’d be paying day of , they called me day before literally asking for payment etc and it was awkward because everyone was confused 5. Definitely not a timely place I think my wait time was actually longer than my most recent post op . 6. My first op with the iv liquids they forgot to turn something to release the liquid and I brought it up to someone they did something that didn’t help at all - it was actually an employee in passing that saw me come in and questioned why I was still there and why my iv bag was still full. I’ve read through some reviews and hope I’m not noticing a pattern. The surgery itself went well, my recovery is going well. The staff in back the anesthesiologist , nurses etc had lovely sense of humors and I felt good in their care. For these reasons I rate 3/5

Positive experience: Doctor was thorough and detailed about what to expect, she was not pushy and allowed the patient to decide what methods were best for them. The intake nurse or medical assistant seemed professional but should learn not to assume the patient knows there process, she should practice being helpful and not condescending.

Fantastic experience: Very great experience!!! As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by the young ladies at the front desk. Doctor Reynolds was very informative, and patient while answering all of my questions. Her assistant was just as pleasant when drawing my labs and answering any additional questions I had. I was provided plenty of information and did not feel rushed. The overall experience was great. I am looking forward to being a continued patient. Fantastic experience: I read all their reviews and felt as if they were good to used them fir surgery. I want to talk about my experience. Day or when I called they took care of me within one day. Hi called other places and they got back to me 3 days later and some never got back to me. Originally I talked to Dr. Chris and he was very thorough and understanding. During the process they asked me if I minded changing to another physician as he had called for a training. I had the chance to reschedule Or accept with the new physician. It was up to me. I chose to move forward with Dr. Reynolds. The day of surgery was amazing, I had the Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty with Dr. Reynolds. She was amazing and I had no complications. The next day I was walking around with minimal discomfort as it was not pain. The staff was so courteous from the reception to the nursing staff. They were thorough and I am the type that likes explanations to the point. They were fast and accurate and started the procedure on time. They did not have me waiting forever, I checked in, got prepped and off to lalaland I went. I had a great experience at IBI. I sincerely have to say it was very smooth. Also, I had the follow up visit with Nurse Melisa Scaparo she was “Awesome”. I highly recommend them as I felt it was a super professional atmosphere. Now let’s wait for the results.

Negative experience: I contacted this office because of the great reviews but my somewhat nightmarish experience just trying to do a teleconsult visit is why I'm only leaving 1 star. I was supposed to have an appointment today (4/29) at 2:30. Received a call about an hour beforehand and I missed it as I was driving home from work. Voicemail stated they had earlier appointments open and wanted to see if I wanted to do my visit sooner. Called them back once I got home and waited on hold for a while. When the lady finally comes back on, she says they will have someone call me back. No one ever called me back so I just waited until my appointment time. They send me a link to sign on for the visit. I do that and wait. 5 minutes past my appointment time and no one comes on so I call the office. After waiting...again, I finally speak to someone and she starts asking me about a payment. What payment? Since my insurance does not have bariatric coverage, they tell me it will be $100 for the visit. Which would not have been a problem if I had known beforehand. I've been in contact with them ALL week about this appointment and on the day of my appointment I get no where? And I took off from work to get no where...Don't bother rescheduling because a first impression is a lasting one!

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the customer service with checking in on the phone. They saved me from traveling a long way. I really enjoyed talking to the doctor about it also. Fantastic experience: Dr. Reynolds’s was my emergency surgeon at Eastside Medical. My surgery was unexpected and I was well taking care of. Fantastic experience: Very inpolight first hernia surgery December 7/2022 mesh migrated. Second surgery may 24. 2022. Third surgery December sixth 2022. Lost testical. Got to do testosterone shots every week. Never seen any mesh. All they wanted was 60 dollar co pay. Brought young women/ students. Asked if they could touch my swollen scrotom. Very inbaracine. Sad place bad surgeon.

Fantastic experience: Best surgeon in Gwinnett, really took care of my wife. She’s been in pain for the past week been to multiple hospitals and multiple surgeons. Yet, none of them were helpful and seem as if they didn’t care. However Ty and Dr Khan was very helpful and made us feel comfortable in a stressful situation giving ease to the situation. Also there is a ghost that came and randomly opened the door and I bodied him so y’all good.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here was very attentive and responsive. They even had me return for fluids to ensure I didn’t get dehydrated. You can call anytime to ask questions. Fantastic experience: Update to my original post I wish I would have been more informed about the procedure I have now gained my weight all back and wishing I would have looked at other facilities before I settled on IBI I feel that all my options weren’t discussed and I would have gotten the insurance for revision in case of failure of stitching but I wasn’t informed of it now I’m in need of a revision and I can’t get it done because I can’t come out of pocket a second time. Kinda feeling like I was just dollar signs……Below is my original post “I had my procedure with Dr. Chris on February 4th, 2021 and I am down past my original goal of 140 and I haven't looked back! Fantastic experience: I am so happy I went to them for my gastric sleeve. Dr. Ahad Khan was my surgeon and he has such great bed side Manners I couldn't of asked for a better doctor and my surgery went so good. I want to say thank you to the clinic staff for being very helpful and very Supportive so a big thank you to Rosey Kuriakose, MSN, AGACNP and Danielle, Jo, Ty and Izzy. Thank you all for your support. I can't wait for the rest of my journey.
Negative experience: All seemed to go well until it was time to reschedule. The lack of communication & miscommunication are what caused me to cancel my procedure, that I was looking forward to having performed by Dr. Reynolds. Although after stating my decision to cancel my requests were finally addressed by staff, it was too late that point. The $250 "procedure fee" is the price I didn't mind paying to be able to have it done elsewhere. There are other offices in Atlanta that will provide me with the interaction that I need when paying thousands of dollars cash for a procedure.
Fantastic experience: No one likes going to the doctor’s office. Somehow they have managed to make it more pleasant. The ladies at the front desk are always so personable and efficient. I have small veins and Ty is always able to draw blood on the first attempt without me even saying “ouch” and I am terrified of needles. NP Kereene is a wealth of information and gives the best care and tips. Dr. Reynolds’s and Dalene, are amazing. Thanks all!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with Surgicare for a while, I can’t give you one complaint. They were sweet, handled anything I needed when I called. I just had my procedure done Friday, they’re still checking on me. I love them!

Negative experience: This place has no idea what they are doing, my bf when for A bravo testing , they ended up telling to to turn on and off the machine making it cancel the test which ended up making him reschedule a whole new procedure to do another bravo, then they wanted to charge him $200 to reschedule when we wouldn’t need to reschedule if it wasn’t their mistake in the first place..on top they called him for his endoscopy results and left a voicemail yesterday and nobody knows who called him or why they left a voicemail. We spent $2000 there for this type of service ? Lol this is pro tune worst place of service we’ve been to for his health.
Fantastic experience: All of the above. I had a great experience. It’s been two months and I feel like a new person. Dr Kahn is an excellent surgeon and I trust him. The entire team from check in to check out were fantastic. I couldn’t believe how efficient they were.
Positive experience: My low rating is solely based on how I was treated by the surgeon afterwards. The entire staff is so wonderful and I really appreciate you all! The Surgeon made me feel like my pain and concerns afterwards were not valid and I was not important to him at all. He was too busy patting him self on the back about how quickly he performed my surgery.
Fantastic experience: my husband and I recently had an tubal reversal done march 26.2021, i went into the office because of discomfort, that i thought was from the surgery, they gave me a pregnancy test in the office and maaaaannnnnn i was fighting back tears when they told me i was pregnant!!!! i ;ove the staff they made the process very easy and i felt like family. we are 4 weeks pregnant
