Fantastic experience: Dr. Kim is the best dentist I have ever had. She explained what she is doing before, during and after care. She is kind and always remember to ask even about my daughter. Which is amazing to me because every where I go the quality of care and communal thinking is dead. I just found that only with Dr. Kim so far. Even private dental office doesn't treat me like Dr. Kim. Also, her staff are absolutely amazing and professional. I'm really happy with community health in general. It is getting better and better each year, so thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Perry for almost 2 years. He is a very knowledgeable about everything. He is very kind and understanding. He actually listens to you and tries to help in anyway possible. He's just a great Doctor all round and his beside manner is good. His nurse practitioner Mike is also very good. The girls up front are also great. I would recommend completely.

Fantastic experience: My provider Heidi Harper is the most kind and considerate Dr I have ever met I always feel the satisfied and comforted when I go to see her and she always has a good solution for what's going on I highly recommend her.

Positive experience: Awesome provider, takes great care in your needs and shows compassion. Very professional, the only downfall is he seems to be over booked and your appointment gets rescheduled and your appointment is always way late, but he's great.

Negative experience: Health Care is not a fast food transaction. At the fast food joint you pay your $15 in advance and you leave with your food. Outrageously, at the Community Health Center you pay your $145 in advance and you leave with nothing. Very disappointed. I hate to leave a bad review but my frustrating and $145 costly experience at the Edmonds CHC walk-in Emergency dental clinic warrants this complaint. For a non-profit, charging a low income patient without insurance, an outrageous amount of $145 (IN ADVANCE) for a 15 minute dental consultation in which I saw the dentist 5 minutes, and the only thing I got was a printout with a list of private dentists and a recommendation to make an appointment with any of the private dentists on the list, because at the CHC Emergency Dental Clinic they couldn't perform a simple tooth extraction. Although everyone was very nice, there was no transparency on what was going to be covered, or if any procedure was going to be done for the $145 paid IN ADVANCE. Had there been any transparency and had I been told that the "emergency walk in clinic" as posted on their website, is not really equipped for a basic emergency like a simple tooth extraction, and that this $145 fee was just for an evaluation I would have left before paying IN ADVANCE $145 for nothing. So after I left feeling disgustingly ripped off from Community Health Care Edmonds, I found on google Lynnwood Dental Studio, that generously, within an hour of leaving CHC, opened room for my emergency right away, with a kind staff and a phenomenal, compassionate dentist that charged me only $79 for the consultation and did my tooth extraction right away and at a very affordable price, not even twice the cost of the $145 IN ADVANCE fee that I had to pay at Community Health Care for nothing else than aggravation and more pain. Within the hour (including the time doing the paperwork) I was leaving the Lynnwood Dental Studio, a very satisfied patient, plus they didn't charge me IN ADVANCE.

Negative experience: Yesterday I brought my daughter in there and the front desk ladies were so bad with us, so after waiting for one hour we decided to leave because they didn’t call us.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with desk staff, dentist, and dental assistants.

Negative experience: All the team ( doctors) from 2018 to 2023 we're all bad they never treated me I was sick and every time I went to the appointments they would just tell me to take naproxen or Ibuprofen that's all they knew I would always ask them to change medications but they would say oh I know what's best for you and I think this can help you and I would always say but I take this all the time and it doesn't help me, they would always give me medication to treat me in like a week and then I would have to go back again to get treated again, they were like scammers they just wanted You to go see me them again and again. They didn't want to treat you they just wanted you to go there over and over again so they can just keep getting your money. They know how to treat your sickness but they don't want to treat you fully so that you can heal.

Fantastic experience: Heidi Harper is an excellent provider. A real human being who treats you with the patience and respect, who will work with you to get to the bottom of your health issues.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to CHC Edmonds for 10+ years, even after getting better insurance that afforded me many other options. I’ve received the best care at CHC of anyplace I’ve gone for primary healthcare. I hope I never have to switch primary care providers.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Borah Kim is the best dentist ever, both knowledgeable and caring, I don't go here anymore because it's too far but wanna say she's great and all dentists should be like that.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Perry is absolutely wonderful. I have been under his care for two years and cannot imagine being with anyone else. He is one of the kindest, most methodical and professional doctors I have ever worked with, and I mean that, earnestly. If you are fortunate enough to be under his care, you already know this. The same can be said of Dr. Perry’s coworker/MA, Mike; who always has a smile on and even on the busiest days and makes you feel welcomed. Let be real, nobody likes going to the docs office (I have a pancreatic disease and have been in and out of the hospital for 30+ weeks with 12 surgeries) and for my primary care I choose Community Healthcare hands down.

Positive experience: Gave me some amoxicillin that didn’t bring down my swelling for my wisdom tooth I had to go to a different doctor to get a higher prescription

Positive experience: We were 4 minutes late and the doctor just left when we got there. Our appointment was just canceled like that. And we sometimes had to wait more than 15 minutes before seeing the doctor. It’s okay for them to be late but not ok for the patient to be even 4 minutes late

Negative experience: While I was checking my mother for her appointment. We not only witness an inappropriate a women yelling at front desk lady and just belittling her in front the late patient. We saw the lady walk away from the taller lady and the taller lady was following her. She was yelling and antagonizing the lady who was walking away. While we were in the room, you could her the lady say you don't need to talk to me that way because its unprofessional and you can hear the other lady say sorry this is how I talk its very direct. Then you can hear the other lady saying stop talking to me that way. I felt bad for the women who asking her to stop talking down to her. I felt as if he manager was listening to the women who said stop talking to me that way. You can you her saying if your a lead you should know better and you haven't made a mistake. But honestly seeing and hearing this only broke my heart because why would you have a person work here who talks to employees like this. Its not a huge mistake but barking and disrespect isn't appropriate.

Fantastic experience: Professional caring about their patient. Especially Dr. Kim at the dentist she is gifted her what she do is so natural for her. We need more like her in an hour medical field.

Negative experience: We didn’t get the treatment we expected; the doctor was racist. They said tuberculosis (TB) is only from Africa and that they don’t see often in the USA. Everyone deserves equal treatment. I found that very disrespectful and I’ll never go back to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I called to schedule my appointment on Wednesday, Sept 4th, and was going to be seen in November. The next day, Thursday the 5th, I received a phone call from dental reception around 9:00am. They asked if I would like to come in for a 10:50am appointment the same day. I was super stoked because I had waited for an appointment a couple months and then missed it. So needless to say I was all over it! I checked in online, and when I arrived I waited no longer than 3 minutes to go-to the dental chair. The dental assistant was so cool! She was very personable and funny. We laughed a lot and had a great conversation. I really enjoyed my time with her. She made me feel good. I had a very pleasant visit with Dr Kim as well. She was thorough and explained everything I needed to have done, with options. I wasn't stuck doing something I may have not wanted to do. Dr Kim and her assistant were both extremely kind and patient. I felt so comfortable with each one of them and I am grateful for their care!! A huge Thank you to CHC DENTAL OF EDMONDS!! Negative experience: I highly recommend not to visit this place if you want your teeth to be healthy, after consultation on their recommendation we started to treat the tooth, during the treatment the nerve was affected, according to them they can no longer help me with this problem, but they recommended to go and remove the nerve and put a crown, so look for another clinic for treatment if you want healthy teeth

Negative experience: New patient, got scheduled for first check in. I had a painful cavity, asked for early app. They said fully booked. One week later, I called again since I'm in pain I can't wait another month for my app. Again they declined to give me early app, instead offer me another evaluation without treatment!! How does evaluation gonna help at this point? So ridiculous! I'm Disappointed!

Positive experience: The staff for both the Medical and Dental are phenomenal. They are wonderful with small children and adults a like. The ONLY issues I've ever had have been with the billing department. I have insurance, which they are aware of and yet I'd get bills mailed to me that should have gone to my insurance first. It took time, effort and money to correct thier mistake but they are human too and made a mistake. Other than this, it's been all great experiences.

Positive experience: My dental hygienist made me feel realllly uncomfortable talking about my body. I didn’t respond much because obviously I was getting my teeth cleaned but saying things when one can’t respond especially about ones body that clearly isn’t your business, and then to repeatedly do it continuously-wow I’m half tempted to file a lawsuit or grievance because it was bordering on outright harassment and I don’t think anyone should have to tolerate that left a 3 only because it was a quick fast cleaning and did a decent job.

Fantastic experience: This review is specifically about my interaction with your phlebotomist Marisa. I am a very large woman and whenever I go to get my labs drawn anywhere (including Swedish) I don't fit in the blood draw chair and it's uncomfortable, they can't put the front arm table down to rest my arm on it. At this Edmonds location they have a bariatric (large) blood draw chair and I was so grateful that I actually cried. Marisa said she requested the chair for the larger patients because accessibility is important and I'm so grateful she did. It's the little things like that, thank you so much for having someone so wonderful like her working for y'all.

Positive experience: I would give five stars to my Primary Care physician, four stars to the staff, and one star to the online medical records and communications portal. I have tried to give feedback and asked for assistance regarding my records online, but have not received a response from Community Health Center. The portal is hopelessly defective. The service MyChart is by far superior.

Fantastic experience: Douglas was great! I went in for a deep cleaning and he was great. Didn't need any numbing agents and was in and out. He made the cleaning as painless as possible. I normally regret going to the dentist for cleanings because I have excess tartar build up and sensitivity at times but it was great! One of the best experiences ever for a cleaning.
