Fantastic experience: Love going there because they have all the vitamins and herbals supplements I need and staff is very helpful in assisting. Plus the prices and sale are great. I try to make special trip at least once a month, but for sure within 6 weeks period.

Fantastic experience: I love how there is always someone nearby to ask questions of, on the Vitamins Plus side. If not for the courteous, knowledgeable employees, I'd never find anything I need.

Fantastic experience: I love shopping here I always find great values and unexpected things that I find quite useful. I am only disappointed in that they have stopped carrying but two brands of olive leaf extract and neither of those two brands provide a medicinal value for the olive leaf extract.

Fantastic experience: I love Drug Emporium! I love everything about them. When you first walk in there are always a variety of products set out at reduced or low prices. I love Vitamins Plus as they have everything you need right there along with essential oils, alternative foods and cereals and drinks galore along with helpful staff. Most of all, the ladies who work the counters at the pharmacy, the front counters, the cologne station are all the nicest, hard working folks you'd ever meet. This also goes for the staff who are always out on the floor stocking, cleaning, and just doing what they do. The pharmacy has gone out of their way at times for me when I ran out of blood pressure meds and gave me enough to hold me over till my Doctor could be reached. This is just one of those stores that I love to look at stuff on sale, and frequent without any issues. One time at the cologne station I asked the lady what cologne was popular that would drive my wife crazy and she was quick to show me the St. Yves Laurent brand that her husband uses. It was more expensive than the average colognes but oh my gosh worth every penny when my wife smelled it on me ! It's all I use now. Thanks Drug Emporium! You guys are awesome!

Positive experience: I like how they have kept old school ways of business. No scanners, just cashiers manually ringing up items. There is a plethora of things to shop for. The only semi-negative comment is the cashiers always seem moody. I would like to see a little personalization, some small talk.

Negative experience: Love the store and the people in vitamins but the ladies in the from make you feel extremely unwelcome! Tall blonde and short blonde elderly ladies never smiled once and even tossed my receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me. I was actually still nice and told her thank you, which all I got back was a dirty look, I feel as if they didn’t like my special needs child sitting in the basket, so I will be recording next time and posting all over social media!

Fantastic experience: I visited this location, Longview, while attending a track meet in Spinghill. I wish I could recall the gentleman's name that assisted me . I was having shoulder pain, he was very attentive to me explaining my pain. He suggested a CBD gummy that eventually helped ease the pain . More employees should try being as knowledgeable and attentive as he was.

Fantastic experience: I drive 45 min to this location to buy my kefir. They have a nice selection and the brand that I prefer. Product is always fresh, store is clean and they have great customer service.

Positive experience: Not as good as it was a few years ago. Need to bring back some of the nicer fragrances, like Dior Poison and Dior Hypnotic Poison and others.

Fantastic experience: One of the best stores in Longview to find a variety of foods and snacks for most diatery needs or requirements. Also one of the better places to find lower priced discounts for previously mentioned items. Nice pharmacy as well. They Cary almost any supplement or vitamin you are looking for. And if you like expensive colognes/perfumes you can get smaller sample sizes of almost all the popular name brands at a discount compared to buying a whole container.

Fantastic experience: Never in the store more than 10 minutes to get my medications comparing to Walgreens is usually 30 minutes. And they're extremely helpful for working with my doctors to get my medication quickly. They've also got a very large variety vitamins and supplements

Negative experience: So I just popped in to dp for a quick energy drink and witnessed one of the managers go in the bathroom with a case a diahria then proceed to walk out of the bathroom without washing his hands!!! Then I see him playfully snatch the phone out of one of the girls hands that works at the perfume counter

Fantastic experience: What's there to say? You either love this place, or stay far away from it. I happen to really like this store, and since I live close by, I try to stop here once a week. You never know what you will catch on sale.

Positive experience: I went in to get my daughter some perfume. They were a little busy. I had to wait close to 30 min for my turn. There was only 2 girls working behind the counter. The girl, or I should say young lady, that helped me was very friendly. I didnt end up buying any perfume because they didn't have the size I needed. The only suggestion I have is maybe they need 1-2 more girls working that area during the holidays.

Negative experience: Went in to use the restroom and someone had smeared fecal matter all over the toilet seats and stall walls. The associate with friendly and apologetic when informed The store seemed well stocked and faced. I did no shopping as I was in search of a restroom. Because I was not able to use the restroom, I didn't have time to shop due to my bladder. Had to go elsewhere

Negative experience: This used to be my go-to, over Tyler, but this store has gone downhill. It would be easier to support local, if you would set your hours, and keep them. You were always 9 am on Sundays, I called, voicemail says 9 am, get here, and door says 10 am. Really bad customer service, when people drive over 30 minutes, to find a locked door, contrary to the hours on your phone message. Your management needs to get it together.
