Negative experience: Before arriving I prepared a letter of complications I'm having with my body and a brief review of family history. The doctor disregarded my observations of pain because my insurance would not pay for it. The next day I found out I was being electrocuted by my car seat. The doctor said he seen no warnings of this. I'll get Mercedes to find me an appropriate doctor. And the doctor did not ask about anything on my list. Andre Brookins

I am a senior citizen now, and he has cleared up few health issues that I have had over the years. My 90 years young mother is also under Dr. Sibanda's care. He takes very good care of her. My mom and I are quite comfortable with being patients of Dr. Sibanda's.

Negative experience: I wasn’t heard by this Doctor!!! I told him how much pain I was in. I explained all the issues of my many chronic diagnostic illnesses. I am on very very low doses of muscle relaxer and pain pill. He said I had to go to pain management. I told him I couldn’t afford the copays already of all the specialists I had to see. He refused to increase the doses of my medication. I was very disappointed. He left me feeling helpless and like he wasn’t concerned with my pain. Looking for new PCP
