Fantastic experience: Workouts have a variety concentrating on different muscle groups. A good mix of strength, cardio and endurance. Coaches work with each individual, help maintain the form and also show common mistakes people do for each workout.

Fantastic experience: I recently relocated from Florida and was on the hunt for a new CrossFit gym. With over five years of CrossFit experience, I was delighted to discover Sanctum CrossFit. The facility is impressive, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The coaches are both experienced and knowledgeable, making me feel welcome from the very first day. Even though my children are no longer small, I appreciated the fantastic space they have for little ones while parents work out, with staff on hand to assist them.

Fantastic experience: I am on my third week. Instructors have been great with giving detail on all movements with good modifications for beginners. Gym members are very friendly and encouraging! Very energetic environment. Definitely recommend to anyone trying to get in shape.

Fantastic experience: best gym in prosper! My wife and I decided to give this place a shot at the recommendation of our friend, and we have not been disappointed. Everyone has been so nice, and the instructors are great, The classes all have a nice "team" feel to them. Constant encouragement and positivity from both the staff and our classmates, I am already feeling a difference after 3 weeks, and I know I will be seeing the results soon as well! Come check them out!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome !! If you want results this is the place. I look around for a gym for a couple of months but once I came it was amazing every instructor works with you and make sure your doing every move properly or if you cant they substitute with something you can handle until you are comfortable. We burn off calories in those classes!!!! I love it

Although she’s often the youngest one in the class, the coaches and other members are supportive, encouraging, and kind beyond words. As a competitive gymnast, my daughter needed a more rigorous workout than traditionally offered to kids her age, and Sanctum has been phenomenal! She’s gained so much strength and stamina in just a few weeks. We highly recommend Sanctum CrossFit to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in prosper! People and coaches are great. Nate, Kat and other coaches are always focusing on where and how we can improve our performance in the class. They provide very specific feedback which helped me a lot. 100% best CrossFit in Texas. I and my wife love working out there and my daughter loves to bike, hang and lift weights heavy 5lb weights(she is just 23 months). I love the way other people are always trying to push you harder a that’s make this CrossFit gym environment more enjoyable and exciting.

Fantastic experience: If your core goal is to strengthen your body core, then look no further. Sanctum CrossFit, located in Prosper, is the way to go. I joined MetCon class and saw real difference in my energy levels overall how I feel. Our instructor Val is great. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: We finally found a place to get the kind of workout we were looking for. It is by far the best gym in Prosper. We do the crossfit METCON that is a 45 min crossfit/HIIT like workout. We spent thousands at a local personal training place for the same workout. Other gyms that do the same workout cost way more. The instructor is great and love the sense of accomplishment after every workout.

The programming is creative, the coaches are great at what they do, and there are so many ways to get involved in the community and make friends. I especially love that there are different types of classes and something for everyone, regardless of your level of fitness. It’s a really well-run small business, and the gym is huge!

Fantastic experience: After quite a few tries at various gyms, Sanctum Crossfit is by far the best gym experience for me. The staff is friendly and helpful. It almost feels like having a personal trainer. Feels like my exercise regimen is personalized even in a group setting. Coaches Mike, Nate and Carson make it a very worthwhile exercise facility.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is part of the Kids Crossfit program and I’m impressed. Each of the coaches bring their own style and my daughter loves each of them, they’re so great with kids. This is an excellent class that actually gets the kids moving and has them leaving in a sweat! I also appreciate how they take the time to teach the kids proper form when it comes to each exercise. We’ve already seen the growth with our daughter and intend to be long term customers of Sanctum Crossfit

Fantastic experience: BEST gym in Prosper! So thankful for this community. It's always a challenge finding a place to workout when you have kids, but Mike and Lori go above and beyond. They provide babysitting services to give moms a little time for themselves. They have a designated room for little ones furnished with all things kids related. The Sanctum community has been my new family, ever since moving here 2 years ago and not knowing a soul. Forever greatful for Mike, Lori and all the awesome coaches that make Sanctum what it is.
